Snickering, Liozu wriggled his fingers in front of Teioz's face while his other hand carefully petted Yoko.
"I'm sure I won't taste very good. I'm too thin." He stated cheerfully with a grin. "You think we'll find the Queen?" Of course, there really wasn't any other option... if she somehow didn't die before they found her... which really wasn't anything to think about. Looking out over the sun-drenched garden, Liozu shifted. He'd have preferred if it had been raining. Rain, he liked. He thought better then, and there was no past, present or future. Just the now being washed clean by rain.
'Why are you always out in the rain? You'll only get wet.'
Shaking his head to clear it of the remembered conversation (but I haven't talked with anyone about that...) Liozu looked back down at the White dragon officer again.

Midare was jolted a bit as Hayate stopped maintaining the cushion of air underneath her. Then she kind of awkwardly reached out to pay Meeya on the shoulder. "It's all right ... but we should do something about that damn youkai," she said, glaring up toward Jindra.

Nash screamed defiantly at the pain as the sword sliced through his leg and lost his balance on the pole. With that, and once the sword had finished cutting, he landed hard on the ground. He had just enough prescence of mind to roll away a few feet. He stopped up against a random wall, curled into a ball as he tried to not pass out.

The youkai gave a cry of pain and had to fall down to one knee because of not having suspected the attack, covering the gashes with one arm and holding his balance with the spear in his other.

"Kanak!"

"No." He gave the strange, and powerful, youkai a glare. "Keep your focus, Riwa-sama, keep your focus." He said as he slowly stood up again, keeping his eyes on Tenjou. "Who're you?" //Actually, I couldn't care less, I've had enough of unwelcome youkai to last me for months.//

Eyeing her adoptive father's wounds, Micoi's eyelids dropped down so low that they were almost closed. A glimmer of a sparkling, golden light came from beneath her almost closed eyes, Kanak's wounds closing. Meeya had no... "real" healing powers, Midare was too far away and involved inother things and she knew exactly how to use her Dragon Eyes by now. And it should be a fair fight, if anything.

Kanak just snorted and took a better hold of his spear, ready to use it any moment. "Sorry, but I'm not going to die anytime soon. Not before Riwa-sama anyway." He smirked.

"Sure, granny, as long as you don't need a stick to keep you upright." Kanak smirked then snorted lightly." But I'm not stupid. I'm younger than you and so I've probably gotten less battles behind me than you." He said as he raised his spear. "Therefore..." Micoi took a step closer to Kanak, standing with her back to him, sword raised. It was clear that what he would have said was that he wasn't goign to fight Tenjou alone.

Smiling lopsidedly, Liozu waggled a hand in a so-so gesture.
"Maybe... but that's a secret, so don't go spill it, alright? Guess I just haven't had enough sleep. Dreams will do that to you." Liozu said cheerfully, shrugging dismissively.
"Yourself then? Usually you don't fall asleep in the middle of the day." The Earth Knight pointed out casually.

Meeya took a deep breath and released it, getting up on his feet again.
"No.. what we need to do is get out of here. If this continues, there'll be casuaties. And there's no way of being sure that they'll only be on the youkai side." He pointed out, wondering how this would turn out. In an emergency, he could use one of the Saen Madis, but that was a sure-fire way of guaranteeing that there would be deaths... If they couldn't control the fog somehow, and get away using it as cover. But he had no idea how...

"If you want her you'll have to fight more than just me to get her because this little princess isn't going anywhere soon." Kanak snorted.

"Exactly. Also, me and my lover's going to take over Arinas so I won't be a princess much longer either." There was a soft smirk on Micoi's lips.

//.................. I guess you become like the ones you spend your time with...// Kanak sweatdropped, but didn't show that that had been unexpected. Instead he smirked. "Come on then, but if you hope to leave with one or both of us dead you'll be disappointed. Since neither of us plan to die here."
