October Flynn ( Y1 Mist trainee ) - currently a giant centipede
A howl of anger escaped the centipede's throat. The slash from the sword sent him careening to the side, spitting angrily, elongated body writhing in the sand. The pinsirs clicked, and October surged forward, jabbing hard into the girl's leg, the hunger soaring.
HP: 15 / 40
DMG: STINGING
CHARGE: 0 / 3Quote: Congrats, October is now a centipede roughly the height of however tall he is. Yes, actually a centipede. He can't remember anything, and acts exactly like one of the mobs, just attacking out of voracious hunger. He can attack anyone, he does the same damage as his Hunter dice rolls.
Instead of charged attacks, he can choose to sting a player after 3 attacks. If he does, they become paralyzed for 3 turns, and if nobody rescues them in those 3 turns by quoting that player and ICLY dragging them out, will also get dragged into the sand and turned into a centipede mob with the same effects. Unless he/ any of them is defeated, at his remaining HP down to 5 (cannot go below 0), he will remain stuck in centipede form.

Lawr would hear the voice as something inhuman, something very horseman-like. A thin, red centipede approached him, longer and brighter than the others. It gazed at him evenly like someone to prey. "This one is cursed, his flesh is rotting, his skin is peeling, he will die soon. Shall we lift this curse, shall we give you a gift?"
Nobody else could see who or what Lawr was talking to.

Lunaire watched her sister cutting into the bug as she strugged up to her feet again. She finally managed it grabbing her weapon again dragging the suddenly very heavy ring through the sands. "Wha? I thought.... isn't this the VR game? I woke up.... in the pod we got into." She shook her head a bit. It couldn't be real. But if it wasn't why was she so tired? Why was everything so vivid and HD? Matrix? She could chalk it up to that maybe. But a matrix with giant bug monsters? Sluggishly she turned to Ever, "I uh. I guess me.... is this. Is she right is this real?" HP: 5/40 Sol / Lun Boss: HP: 50 Chrg: 2/3

Cee was sweating from the heat of whatever was sweeping through her body. It had soaked into the fabric of her clothes and just touching her skin caused more of the blisters to pop up. The bandages caused some relief, enough that she cracked her eyes to see Zeke's face. " -Eat-Devour-" The words in her mind had started to come through into her speech but she realized and stopped. Cee grimaced and groaned, "<******** she'd never qualified with bandages, most likely never tried, so she had nothing to contribute to her own survival. ------------------ HP: 35/50 Status: POISONED - NEEDS 5 HP HEALING Charge: 3/3 beejoux neutral let her die zeke shes not worth it lol

Terry called up Agata, ready mostly to shove away and protect himself from whatever horrible disgusting wriggly things that lived in Sahara. The teeth of the shield smashed down on the closest one, sending the other two scurrying for some distance.

Lawrence paused, eyeing the centipede with his usual animal sort of detachment. Rodney wasn't here so he had no real reason to act as if he was altruistic or anything more than curious. He raised a brow. It had to be referring to Nest, it had to be referring to what she'd done to him. She'd made him older, she'd given him youth only to take it from him again.
"What's the catch?" he asked levelly.

Fredrick nodded quickly, beyond pleased with any plan that both got the skull out of his hands and hopefully got the bugs in it very dead. He leaned down and then dropped it carefully on the sand between them, then brushed at his jacket sleeves with the sudden thought that some might have gotten on him. Then the Death trainee hopped back and nodded to Peyton again. "Alright, it's all yours!"
Quote: Frederick can choose to get rid of the skull. He will need to find someone who has a runic torch to set fire to it (quote whatever players you want, especially the ones in the tent!). If he tries anything else, or leaves it, they just keep on writhing out. If these larvae are not defeated by specifically a runic torch, all the centipedes on the next GM ORP round, will grow into fully sized ones that will make all players take -5 auto damage every post.

Joy's remembering all the things that made her hate the Sahara missions and it always, always boiled down to all the mader paking bugs! She shuddered and tried to swing at them to get them away. ******** why where there so many?

"I won't leave you behind, but I think I will need my hand," Lin told the girl, taking a quick look around at the increasing chaos, the larger centipedes that were beginning to show up. "My weapon needs two hands and I think we will need to fight more." Her shoulders were beginning to twinge from the effort of carrying and using Anax. He wasn't as heavy as she suspected he should be from his size, but he was heavy enough to make using him an effort every time.

Why was he waiting for someone else to tell him what to do? Tweet furrowed his brows, never in his life had he depended on someone else. Why was he now? Hands tightened on the weapon he held and a look was given to Aiden. "I'm going! Be safe!" He sounded anxious, every bit as fearful as he felt. He could do this, he had done other things, sure nothing like fighting monsters but still! Running with the large double sickle was a pain in the a** but he managed. It was as he broke through one crowd that he came across a girl and six of the damn things. "Loook out !" A cheerful almost cry came as he lunged towards the girl and the mob of monsters, swinging and managing to dissipate at least one.

Brittney shuddered in disgust as her face screwed up into a foul look. "Get the ******** away from me, you limp d**k noodle s**t!" she yelled, backhanding the centipede and watching her weapon slice it open.

"Woo! Dude, yes! High five!" Realizing he could not give Wags a high five, he high-fived himself, then gave Wags an attempt at a spin. It didn't work out all the way, and he dropped Wags in the sand.
"Whoops! Sorry, bro, here," he dusted Wags off hastily. Wags didn't seem to mind, only saying, *It's okay, dude! Let's do another one!*
"Hold on," Kingsley said, halting a trot over to another centipede, "That girl is in serious danger! ...Of going on a double-date." He went to where Lin and Tyra were, offering them both a hand.
"Sup, girls, am I in heaven? Because I'm suddenly seeing angels!"

Terry really wished really hard that his future missions will not involve the god damn Sahara. He heard the sound of a camera clicking, and immediately knew "Kim, please don't," he said with a tad of tiredness.

Merric stumbled back a few steps as Lysander came free, sliding and slipping in the sand and almost falling back onto his backside in the process. But at least the other man was free now, Merric brushing a hand over his slacks; they'd need dry cleaning now, that much was obvious.
He was still looking at them in some dismay when Roswell's hand came up around his, Merric glancing up in surprise at the shake, even more so at the card that was passed over to him. He looked down at the name, then tucked it carefully away in the inner pocket of his coat, offering both men a nod of understanding.
"Thank you - and I'm glad you're safe," he added, with a glance at Lysander. "Yes, I wholeheartedly concur. This place is an absolute chaotic mess; we're not paid nearly enough for this. Any ideas how wet get out of here? There must be an exit somewhere..."

This time, as the centipede surged, Vash got a nice moment to just breathe -- getting himself shakily back up to stand, oddly woozy, as the monster stabbed out at Dottie, instead. For a moment, he considered just watching (served her right) but then she seemed to lose her fire, started to be pulled back toward the thing's mouth, down into the sand. Blinking a bit, he raised his gun again to fire. HP: 6/40 DMG: 4
