Now that we have Cae's little speech out of the way, I need to get Lunette back into the picture. I'll try to make it brief to sort of make up for that long rant. sweatdrop Besides, I need to give Cree something to play off of, and I might be able to get Charm some convo action as well. We'll see. Edit: Ok, Lune's now in the kitchen and bluntly getting down to brass tacks with Prim. The ball's yours now, Cree. wink I deleted Lunette's post since Chibi and I need to finish up the issues between Aylin and Caelen. I'll put the post back up as soon as things get sorted. Celestine Ravencroft The long ramble is now posted. xd I wasn't kidding abut heavy monologue. Ack, I think maybe I overdid it, but from my perspective, Caelen's been wanting to clear the air for some time now and just never had a chance. No you didn't overdo things. Caelen has a few misconceptions with why Aylin said what she said but that's to be understood. They haven't been around each other enough to know these things. It's not about ranks but about equality for her. She's had it in her head he doesn't see her as equals with Chef or the others because she'd rather spend nights at her little cottage than at the manor. She's had it in her head that he also sees her as the town oddity because of how much she clings to that tree in order to hold onto something happy in her life. On top of that because of how she can come across upon first impression Aylin believes Caelen sees her as a little child.
Besides, Aylin needs to have this. She has a lot balled up in her. Man I really need to think about how I'm going to properly attack this and how this might affect my next morning plans. We might just have that guilt trip she's bound to put her through. Oh and just so you and I are on the same page I have it so their fighting has been away from the others and that they both fought tooth and nail to remain civil around the others. It's why she pulled him out of the kitchen in the first place because she doesn't want Prim to think she can't trust either one of them and that she's being lied to about the whole situation.

Funny thing is, Cae doesn't even know jack about the Treebie thing. If Aylin asks him about that, he's going to to be nine kinds of confused. For some reason it was the one rumor he never heard out of all the things he could have missed.

Celestine Ravencroft Funny thing is, Cae doesn't even know jack about the Treebie thing. If Aylin asks him about that, he's going to to be nine kinds of confused. For some reason it was the one rumor he never heard out of all the things he could have missed. This is going to be one hell of an emotional ride by the time he finally makes it into the kitchen. I hope you don't mind me catching him before he actually gets into the kitchen because he still needs to be there in order for what she has to say next in order have the full effect on their relationship with each other.
Oh and a question, does he know about her fifteen years in the military because he did act like she was never in charge of anything this major before the GCA.

I might have to edit my Lunette post slightly for this to work, but that's not a problem. I suppose I can copy the post to my files and delete it for now if necessary. I just went ahead and deleted it so I can re-post it later when it will make more sense. Yeah, it'll work since I didn't say he was actually back inside the kitchen yet. Good thing you caught me when you did. xd Yes, he does know about her military service. It's partly why he made the mental comparison about her dressing down an inferior soldier. Like I said, the only things he doesn't know are what Aylin hasn't old anyone else and that one little thing about Treebie. Other than that, he pretty much knows her story. He was more addressing her way in dealing with people. He wasn't questioning whether or not she ever had any leadership or responsibility prior to the present.

Oh god Hydro said at some point someone was going to cry because of this part of the RP and I'm already making myself cry here with this next post. The one thing she doesn't talk about to Chef and the others and she's dragging it all out for Caelen.

You can't really have a good RP without drama. The character grow an mature when they have to face this kind of stuff. It's what sets the good RPs apart from the pretenders.
