Arian slipped his notepad under his chair as two more people came over to check out his stall. One passed over the contents without buying anything, but the other bought one and thus help the dark-haired teen make his 26th sale.

Arian didn't mind so much when the next lull came about - after all shifting over half the cupcakes was a lot better than the slow sales he'd gotten at the start

What's in a cupcake? Let me count the ingredients, there's flour, sugar, eggs, some sort of flavoring..... And there goes one more cupcake! Azzo sighed, he was running out of time to sell these, he wished he could just buy the rest himself so that there wouldn't be left over cupcakes. ;-;

It seemed that it was going to be one of the longer lulls, so Arian fetched his notepad back out. So far the dark-haired teen had managed three potential earring designs and one potential pendant design - all based on cupcakes.

Arian knew that there wasn't really a great deal of time left. The day had felt almost endless at first, probably due to all the lulls in between customers. The stall was only booked until midday though - any cakes left unsold by that point would be leftovers.

The next two sales were in quick succession of each other. It suddenly dawning on Arian that he'd sold 3/5ths of the batch.

There was less than an hour left to go and Arian wondered if the 3/5ths of the batch was as good as it was going to get - not that the dark-haired teen would be unhappy if that turned out to be the result. Thirty cupcakes sold out of an original fifty was pretty good by his book.

It didn't seem worth getting his notepad out again, Arian deciding to make the most of the remaining time left - there were still some people out and about - maybe they'd be interested in a few cupcakes.

So far none of the people had seemed interested, too busy hurrying on to wherever their destination lay - it didn't stop Arian from continuing to try to sell the cupcakes that were left however.

And yet another last minute sale - Arian smiled ruefully, the dark-haired teen bemused at the fact that sales were coming in more steadily towards the end.
The dark-haired teen reckoned that he had nine or so minutes to try and push for a final sale and then that would be it.
