Christof's eyes went wide when the apparition suddenly grabbed a hold of Freya, dragging her back- no! No no no they all had to make it out of here alive! His hand immediately went to the emergency needle and thread tucked into the hem of his coat, but by the time he glanced up... there were two of them! Both looking so worried and bothered and not-too-pleased by the situation... just... just grab one and hope they don't mind a few quick emergency stitches imbued with as much healing Fear as he could muster!  HP: 30
Using 2nd Fear, Y1- "The Chill" to Heal Freya-Monster apparently. (usually 5D4, last D4 is accuracy for mirror monster: +8HP >:/

Freya's smile, and the rest of her, disappeared as the monster pulled on her braid. When they came up again, Freya gaped at her twin.
"That's not fair! Yeh managed to do it without the shirt, why couldn't mine!"
Yes, because that's what you should focus on, Freya.
She pulled her braid in front of her, sulking after having it pulled, and petting it like a long lost pet. It also served as a nice shield. But it still looked borderline crazy.

Herryk couldn't make himself do it. He couldn't make himself attack the fake-Freya for fear of hitting the real-Freya.
Making a loud, frustrated sound, Herryk refrained from attacking.

 "Oooh! Aren't yeh a gentleman!" The Shadow-Freya's eyes turned yellow, and she bobbed a curtsey in Christof's direction before breaking out into hysterical laughter. Its expression on Freya's face was stretched out and distorted.
Then, thankfully, it poofed into its true form again. "Now, let's see... ah, let's have the full experience, shall we!" It grinned hugely and... well, its color didn't change but it grew broader, filling out into a familiar, muscular dark form. "Herryk has good taste," it grunted, running its fingers over the rune necklace. "Shadow likes."

"I had juth abut enouth of thith!" Calder stuck his tongue back in, wincing at the cut. "WE NEED TO FIND BARF - Ouch. My tongue." He glared at the shadow Herryk. Even in fake form, or was it real? - either way, in either form the boil looked like a tree that wouldn't even budge if Calder threw his whole weight at him. So, that's just was he did. He threw a punch for the boil's chest and hoped his hand wasn't going to hate him for it.

Freya pouted hard when Herryk seemed frustrated, but soon enough she found herself in the same situation he'd been in. She would have made the same decision as he had, if she had been in her right mind.
She wasn't.
Freya skipped up to the real Herryk, ran a finger down the line of his abs, and tried to punch him in the stomach.
The wince as she pulled her fist away made it seem like she'd done herself more damage than him. But in fact, Freya apparently packed a mean punch. Maybe it was just emotional pain..
.. no, she'd smacked him something awful.

Herryk didn't like having multiple Herryks around. It wasn't nearly as sexy as having multiple Freyas around, especially when she was punching him in the gut. Scowling at his doppelganger, Herryk cocked back a fist and let fly, socking the shadow monster straight in the nose.

Wait... wait that wasn't Freya! Hell's Bells- In his alarm, Christof tried to swing a punch, but the swirling figure suddenly evolved into a massive Herryk, and the hunchback was sent sprawling back, away from the hulking form with a tight whine. HP: 30

The Shadow recoiled as it was struck again and again; once more it dove back into the mirror, looking angry as smaller shadows boiled along the floor. "You'll regret every blow," it warned, then sprang free. The smaller shadows came with it, shooting up to the ceiling and ricocheting off, falling in a painful rain around - and through - Calder.
When it was over, two kelpies stood side-by-side.

Herryk wasn't sure who he hit. All he knew was that it felt terrible.
"Herryk is sorry!" He wailed, feebly tapping a fist against one of the kelpies.

She'd hit Herryk. No, she'd really hit Herryk. Freya recoiled at the knowledge, her hands sliding into her hair and tugging in frustration. Then they slid into Calder's hair, and tugged in frustration. Nothing made sense anymore. "I don't likes this place.. I wants to go home." She murmured to the kelpie, while pulling on his hair.  HP: 3

He was NOT hitting his buddy this time! No. With a snarl, the hunchback rolled to his feet, fists clenched before swinging- Again! And AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN- each arm taking a turn until his left swung down with particular force. HP: 30

Calder was having it up to here with this Shadow jumping around, but when it came at him, he jerked back and fell back just as it went THROUGH him. It was the sickest sensation he had today, even worse when the ghosts didn't want where they were floating in the hallways, and Calder shivered when it happened. He had another chill when he turned to look at himself standing beside him.
Huffing, he threw a punch and only managed to have the mirror image throw the punch right back in his face! Whining, he managed to rub his nose and wondered if he had hit a mirror again.
But there was little time to consider that when all of his friends were upon him. "Waith!" He cried, but it was too late. He was getting hit on all sides and soon dropped to his knees, covering his head. Herryk was massive but he barely tapped him, but Freya was yanking out his hair and making him whine. He tried to get his pretty locks free from her evil grasp. "ITH NOT MY FFAALT!" He cried.
HP: 20 - 5 - 3- 1 -1= 10hp
Attack: 9 - 6 = 3 (1/2 damage rolled down) = 1 Damage Done To Self
