The band on the headpiece should be the same brown as the collar around Penthesilea's neck with the trim of the band being a darker brown, the feathers should be colored to match the ones in Pen's mane, brown with teal markings. The two circles on either side of the band that hold the smaller feathers should be a sort of coppery color like the top band on Pen's legs. On its own tag, a soq's, or both?: Both, Penthesiea's tag.
