Lady Black Rose Dragoon I had an interest in claiming him for Lelia. I could play him, I could probably play anybody if you guys didn't mind waiting a week for me to think of something I was certain fit their character all the way around, but I'm not sure anyone else would find it fair that my girl got him just because I was playing him.
Yeah...to tell the truth, that might raise the "fiddling around with canon" issue. I mean, Zelos/Sheena isn't really absolutely confirmed, but the implications are so strong that it's as good as canon. That...might bother some people (including people who join in the future) here. 
You can still take him if you want, but I'm just saying, try to veer him away from being too close with your character. sweatdrop
Heheh...heck, I tried that a few times myself...trying to pair a partial self-insert character with Kratos...but eventually it just felt wrong. Like I was messing with canon in the extremely wrong kind of way. So, Azura only ever stays in the friend acquaintance zone with Kratos. 
On another note, that is exactly the way I think of Marta too. I mean, the way Rose put it. And I adore Emil. :3

I've never made any characters to pair with any canons to be honest. xd I mostly prefer canon pairings.

I would like to point out that Sheena has a crush on Lloyd that's actually a lot more obvious than Colette's. Colette's feelings could be interpeted as little sister to big brother, whereas Sheena actually out and out says she wishes she'd act a little girlier around Lloyd sometimes so he could "rescue" her.
Her feelings for Zelos, on the other hand, could probably be summed up in a word that's impolite to say.
And if anybody else plays Zelos, I'd just play it the way it went, but if I had him I'd not be able to resist temptation which is why I am NOT saying I'll be him.
Although I'm offended you think I'd try to introduce something that I haven't knocked on quite hard to see if it'd fit.

Now now, let's not let this escalade into a canon pairing war. Heaven knows how bad the fanbase is broken up on the whole Colette thing. Azura's just trying to keep things going in a way that won't turn people off to the roleplay.

Look, what I originally told her and repeated several times is this, I will not take Zelos because the temptation to pair him up with my girl just because I want to would be too strong.

Lord Lee Major At first I couldn't stand Emil, then it slowly turned towards Marta and ended up liking Emil, Marta did turn rather annoying in the latter half of the game for me. Me too. He was too awkward... And, um, used too many ellipses... Richter? Are you okay with him... Using all these? Richter: No.There you have it... Argh, mother-death-blamers! Chocolat, you moron! Listen to me for ten seconds! She was turned into a monster and Lloyd fought in self-defense, and she blew HERSELF up!

I did find that annoying with Chocolat. xp Though her name makes me hungry. Funny thing was that on my first playthrough, I've completely forgotten about her until Kratos brought her up when they had to go to the Iselia Ranch. xd

XD You know, the way he says her name kinda makes me laugh for some reason. Hmmm....You can play a FF game that you haven't tried yet...There's also the Breath of Fire series. Those are good RPG's, though I don't much recommend Dragon Quarter.

That said...still, it looks like you guys are headed for Meltokio next, but there's no one to play Zelos. sweatdrop
On the other hand...who said Zelos had to be in Meltokio? wink It's implied that he's most likely there, but there's still the chance he isn't. Maybe you guys could go there, find out that he's not there, and go searching for him or other canon characters elsewhere. This buys time until someone decides to pick up Zelos or other canon characters.
It also buys some time for some of the plot points to be plugged already. Like, the other characters that haven't made their appearance yet can show up, or the Tiger Brothers can get the first of three bouts in. 3nodding
Oh yeah, Sirea...I noticed you mentioned Emil? Does this mean you have an interest in taking him?

Yeah, I've been thinking about it for a while actually. 3nodding I also had the thought of maybe some of the other characters would join up with Emil during his travels until eventually encountering Lloyd & Colette's group.
