"I see," Mordranna commented. "Does this ship have any auto fire control? And, the durability is good to know," she also smiled back at the padawan. A thought then occured to Mordranna. "If it's all right with you, I'd like to ask you about your friends whom graciously lent us this craft. We probably could've have taken them with us, if only to man the guns. Still," she reasoned, "I should like to know you better, as to better guide you on your way to knighthood,"

He would look down at Drake in the main hanger and then jumped down with his lightsaber in a defensive stance. He would hear Drake's words and deactivated his saber and put the hilt on his belt. He would follow behind Drake keeping his senses open.

"True. Oh well, let's go see the man," Trey said as he walked out the blast-door and found himself in a small hallway.
He walked down the polished white hallway, crested doors and turbolifts on every side. A low hum was present allthroughout the corridor, small green lights lighting the path.
Trey snapped back into reality.
"Did we ever..walk down a white hallway? On a ship maybe?" he asked Angel.

" Very likely, considering we've been to a lot of places. We've been on Tatooine, Coruscant, Bespin, Korriban, Kashyyk, just to name a few, and we used to our ship called the Eclipdra before we were given the Kapella. Also, we had the Red Tempest Star Destroyer, and the Black Void superweapon. " Angel said. " Why? Something coming back to you now? "

Rekan stared out of the viewport for a while. Finally he answered. "The Jedi teach not to dwell on the past, so I will say little. I was raised by GAU, the Galactic Anti-Slavery Union, and worked with them until I joined the Jedi."
His brows raised in a suggestion of nostalgia. "I worked for a long time with them, freeing slaves since I was very young. I learned to fight, but also to reach out and feel the emotions of people."
He looked down at his fists. "I was always a tenacious fighter, and often got angry, into a rage. For the most part, the Jedi have weeded that out of me."
He shook his head. "There's not much to me now. I'm a padawan and nothing more. Soon I will be a Jedi, and from then on, who knows?"
Rekan turned to her. "And you?"

Mordranna stifled a slight chuckle at the "not dwelling on the past". A lesson that I too could benefit from! "An admirable institution, I would say." She then responded to Rekan's question. "Way back when, from the Battle of Yavin, to the Battle of Endor and then the republic taking Coruscant ... there was the Empire." She then adressed the issue of rage. "Rage is a destructive emotion, ultimately. Calm, rational thought should always carry the day. The Jedi know this, and teach you to control it, focusing on doing what needs to be done. Giving yourself to the Force often tends to steer you right." "As for me, I served with the Empire, as an officer in command of stormtroopers. There were those whom refered to be by the nickname of 'the Sapphire Valkyrie', and they even customized a suit of armor for me with blue components. I grew up with a strong emphasis on values such as honor, courage and integrity, and I sought to bring those with me during my service. However, as I would later learn, not all in the Empire thought as I did. Things such as corruption, and slavery, to name a few, were rampant if you knew where to look," she calmly stated, trying not to let her inner scorn show. "At that, I wished to change this from the inside, to fight where I could make a difference. Eventually, I could not abide the more sinister intentions of my superiors, and defected. After that, I went on, I guess you could say an exile of sorts, before finding the Jedi Order, and I eventually found my way to Master Skywalker and his Praxeum. And, that's pretty much it."

Rekan nodded at this. "When I was on Mon Calimari I heard a lot about the Empire, but not much more after that. We usually dealt with small gangs of mercenaries and profiteers, sometimes weaker Hutts, but we didn't confront the Empire until the New Republic took control of Coruscant. As a result of that, I really don't have much negative feelings for them, like most seem to. Afterwards, we mostly did more covert actions to find and remove remaining Imperials. That's-"
He stopped suddenly and was silent. "I...I dislike the higher officers and spies more than any stormtrooper."

"Yeah. I dunno...a big white corridor. Doors on everyside, small green lighting. Humming. Loud Humming. The place must have been huge. A space-station?"

" That would have to be the Black Void then. " Angel said. " I would hope you'd remember that at least. Afterall, that's where we were we both confessed our love for each other for the 1st time. " She then embraced him and whispered, " That's also the 1st time we shared the same bed, and I have to say, you were great. "
