Edited. Lethal Image clones are good for 1 attack per energy usage and there is a three post cool down before you can use it again.

Skill description: Ke-pu Yoroi infuses the cape with so much energy that the cape becomes durable, yet maintain its fluidity. The cape is capable of stopping normal bullets as well as skills up to C rank. This armor lasts for three posts and a cool down of two posts is needed.
Sample: Just then, an explosion of gunpowder shot from a distance. The bullet traveled towards Amaya, aiming to shoot her in the back. Upon hearing the explosion however, Amaya had just caused her cape to solidify, transforming into not just a cape, but a powerful armor that was able to defend her against the bullet. Turning around, Amaya dashed towards her opponent who was standing several yards away from her. The man continued shooting, yet Amaya continued fueling her energy into the cape, using it to power through the bullets. As the bullets richochet off her armor, Amaya continued until she got to ten feet away from him.

Skill description: After years of using piercing roar, werewolves havve eventually evolved a defence against their own attack, This skill involves the werewolf folding his ears down, which then allows them to form an extra layer of skin so they don't injure or stun themselves during their roar. Can only be used in defense against piercing roar.

Dante was already tired from his fight with the vampire, and really didn't want another fight. But the robbers that jumped from the trees thought otherwise. They wanted the head, although they weren't getting it. Dante shifted again, and there was a flicker of fear in the leader's eyes, who happened to be a gunslinger. He pulled out a pistol and shot at Dante, but Dante was faster and teleported out of the way with his trickster speed. they all had their weapons drawn now, and Dante just laughed. They had no idea what was in store for them.
Another robber shot an arrow at him. You'd think they'd learn. He teleported directly on top of the robber, landing on him and literally ripping his head off. He then teleported again,behind a tree so he could prepare his howl. He pulled in a lungful of air, but suddenly remembered to cover his ears. He folded his ears in, a second layer of skin forming in front of the flaps. He then pulled in another lungful of air and used a howl that could be heard for miles. he teleported directly in the middle of the group, who were now on the ground covering their ears. He gave one more laugh before using needle fur barrage and instantly killing all of them. He deformed into his human state and began walking towards Lumira city again.

Uh, Fenrir, the his technique was denied is because he created a new technique that stuns people. I made it so that for half the time his opponent is stunned, he is. Otherwise the Piercing Roar will need to be denied.

Please tell me you didn't approve a technique that instantly stuns people. stare Oh, well in that case his ear flaps skill would still need to be denied anyways since it lets him ignore his own skill's weakness.

Nope. It has a one charge post where the Lycan using it has to build up a huge amount of breath in their lungs, and that is all they can do during that post. IE:
Begins using skill
Breathing post
Skill goes into effect.
Also, it is Expert ranked and above.
And that's the same reason I gave when I denied Ear Flaps.

The dragon flies towards opponents and almost instantly freezes anything it touches. At double the cost of energy, Zane is capable of creating multiple dragons that can attack from various angles, as if the dragons themselves were alive. Fire attacks of B rank and above can destroy this skill, as well as attacks of a higher rank than this skill.
Sample: Zane now found himself stuck in a rather sticky situation. Considering that there wasn't much water here that he could draw on, Zane sighed as he saw his foe charging up more energy again. Unsheathing his blade from the sheath strapped to his back, Zane prepared himself for the oncoming onslaught. Gathering his energy, Zane began channeling it to the hilt of his sword. The hilt began pulsating with a light blue aura as it began surging upwards and touching the tip of the sword. As his foe dashed straight for him, Zane brought his sword back behind him and slashed downwards. The immense amount of energy gathered at the tip of the blade overflowed outward, creating a flow of ice shaped like a Chinese Dragon. The dragon roared wildly as it aimed to swallow his opponent, and as his foe stopped dead in his tracks it was too late. The dragon swallowed him completely as an explosion of mist enveloped the area. Once the mist cleared, Zane's eyes zoned in on his opponent, encased in a prison of pure ice.

It is very life-like as it can appear to bleed and has the same strength and speed as Zane does, however it can not perform any skills, for it does not have the flow of energy it does. The clone smells and seems like the real user itself and only one with the ability to detect energy can tell the difference between it and the real Zane. Only one clone can be created at a time.
Sample: Zane transfered his energy unto the blade, swinging it downward as ice exploded out of it. The ice began to go through a metamorphisis, taking on the likeness of the real Zane and becoming a perfect clone. Everything about him was exactly the same, the clothes, the hair, the scars, even the smell was exactly the same. It could even bleed. This way, Zane could be able to fool his opponent into thinking that he had delivered the finishing blow. From there, Zane would use his speed to sneak behind his opponent and cut him down.

The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound throughout the entire area (thread). Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an addition 10 points for every extra post the user wishes to maintain the skill. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques to attempt to see through it.

This technique allows a necromancer to perfectly revive any recently killed being, enslaving it to the necromancer’s will. Energy cost is equal to rank of the creature revived. Not usable on RPCs. Sample: "You're out of options necromancer!" The biochemist Singultus had been fighting raged. He had killed all of the man's little pets, but in return, all of his zombies had been destroyed too, and would need repairs before he could use them again. There was no time for that however, as the angry animal lover was advancing on him blade drawn. Holding up his hands, the necromancer began to chant, a smirk crossing his face as the chemist drew back, wary of what was going to happen. And he was right to be wary too, as not the necromancer's zombies, but the chemist's animals began to rise, lurching to their feet as they all began to let out snarls and growls. The biochemist was too shocked to to anything but scream in rage as his own animals began to tear into him, raised from the dead by the necromancer's power. Or so it’s said, but the corpse truly has no choice in the matter. Finding a corpse, the necromancer spills his own blood on it, along with some of his energy. This does not revive the corpse, but rather binds it to his will, allowing it to be summoned by the Minion Summoning technique. Energy cost is equal to the rank of the corpse. Sample: Singultus smiled, looking down at his recent find. A dead dragon, freshly killed if he guessed right. Unfortunately, he had no need of a dragon at the moment, and it would be rather cumbersome to have following him around. This technique sinks the corpse underground, inflicting a similar state to the Stasis skill, while also getting it hidden out of sight. Bodies hidden by this method can only be retrieved by using the skill again in the same place, to pull the body back out of the earth. While hidden by this skill, the body does not decay, nor give off any odor or other signs of it being there, making it impossible to locate and steal. Sample: Singultus sighed, looking down at the body at his feet. "You're useless to me without your soul, and I'm not quite ready to get that." The man muttered, sighing once more. Holding his hands out over the corpse, he began to mutter a chant under his breath, his energy seeping out of his hands and into the corpse, wrapping around it as it began to sink into the earth. "I'll be back for you when I'm ready to bring you back." With that, he stood and walked away, muttering under his breath about finding a certain tome.

Second is... Ehhh. Talk to me. Can this summon beings in Stasis? Or in the Corpse Burial? Because if it can just summon a random dead body, then you'll get a rotting cadaver that's useless.
