Since I ranked up... I shall now add a few skills to my talent. I would put this in custom skills... but this is an upgrade of my talent.
Also, a few small passive upgrades. *Harbinger's blades on his back will go from 8 to 10. *Data Drain will do 30% HP instead of 25. *Harbinger can now go in front of Caesar, too. Not just the back. Though, his positioning of front to back can only change every two posts. *Harbinger can now learn one fire element skill per each rank. e.g., one trainee fire skill, one novice, one adept.
(Drain Arc -- A)
This is simply an upgrade to data drain. It, however, only works on Protect Broken enemies. Simply enough, it can hit more than one protect broken enemy at once. That is the only difference from Data Drain. But, to do this, the drain does not go forward. Harbinger will shoot the drain at the ground, and it will spread around him for a 30 feet diameter. It ONLY effects protect broken enemies.

RPC Name: Singultus Rank: Trainee Bloodline & Class: Necromancer Talent Name: Path of the Lich Talent Description: Singultus is able to possess the bodies of those he has killed, with the only restriction being that they must be humanoid in form. To do this, he must slit the throat of the corpse he wishes to possess, cut his hand, and grasp the corpse by the neck, mingling the blood. All of his energy will then flow into the new body, along with his consciousness. To work, this must be done with a ceremonial dagger which he keeps with him at all times, for reasons explained in the weakness. This talent also makes him impossible to kill by normal methods, also for reasons found in the weakness.
When taking on a new body, he gains the physical abilities that body held in life. He does not however gain anything else, such as their skills, or racial strengths and weaknesses. Only their speed and strength.
Talent Weakness: The reason this talent is possible, is also the talent’s main weakness. Singultus has become what is commonly referred to as a Lich. An immortal mage, living in a state of death. For this to work, he has trapped his soul in a ceremonial dagger. So long as the dagger exists, he is able to possess a new body, or even revive his old one after a time if he is killed. If the dagger was to be destroyed however, he would immediately die. How did the character get this talent?: Having chosen his path as a necromancer, Singultus felt that his weak living body was not a sufficient match for his new profession. To solve this issue, he dove into myth and lore, eventually piecing together the method to a lost magic which would grant immortality, in return for the loss of life. Choosing a ceremonial dagger as what the tomes called his phylactery, he used the dark magic, fusing his soul into the weapon.
Sample:
Singultus stood over his most recently felled opponent. A strong man indeed, who had managed to nearly overcome him, even going so far as to take his left arm away. But now, he was dead. However, Singultus was now in need of a new body. Bending down to the man’s ear, as if he could hear him, the Lich hissed in his ear. “How about, I take your strength?” With that said, the man stood, stepping back a pace from his victim, as one of his zombies came up behind the corpse, and lifted it into a standing position. With a flourish, the Lich pulled his dagger from his waist, slashing through the man’s throat in one fluid motion. Placing the dagger in his teeth, thanks to the loss of his left arm, he ran his palm along the blade, gashing deeply into it as well, before releasing the blade from his teeth, letting it fall to the ground as he lurched forward, wrapping his fingers around the man’s neck. “You and I, are now one and the same.” He hissed, his energy flowing smoothly through the matching wounds and into the man’s body. Then, he suddenly fell to the ground, limp as if death finally took him. A moment later, the dead man’s eyes changed, life returning to them, if only a little, as he stood, no longer needing the zombie’s assistance. Bending down, he picked up the dagger, tucking it into his belt before looking up into the sky. “Now then, what to do next?”

RPC Name:Lucas Rank: Trainee Bloodline & Class: Vampire, assassin Talent Description: Explosive blood- This is how it would work. His blood would literally be a weapon. Such as by cutting his hand and throwing the blood into the face of his enemy. He would then snap his fingers causing the blood to explode. Though the power in the explosions would go up as he grew in power. And also. He could choose to only set off a drop of blood out of a gallon. So it is in no way flamable or connected. He chooses how much to set off. Trainee- Minor burns- Only works on open skin. So simple cloth would stop this. Novice - It would have the power to go through cloth and cause slightly worse burns. Adept- At this point it would have the power to go through rock, bricks, etc. Anywhere above adept- It would have the power to go through steel. And for each rank up less blood would cause more. (This may be a bit confusing but I'll do an rp sample for each rank) Talent Weakness: The fact that he must sustain injury whether it be self-inflicted or from an opponent, and he can only learn up to c-rank elemental skills. Or if you wish I could wipe out his element completely. And 1 strength rating lower. If needed I could come up with a better weakness. How did the character get this talent?: After he escaped with his life from the battle that ended with the death of his father/mentor. He was captured and taken outside or nocturne. Where a Biochemist decided to do some tests on him. He captured him, and chained him in a dungeon. Where he began doing his experiments. Which Lucas escaped. How? That's a story for another time. Sample: Trainee- Lucas, was kicked into the wall by the large knight. The knight wore armor, but didn't wear a helm. The knight drew back his spear ready to strike the finishing blow, but Lucas threw his wrist up sending blood into the face of the knight. He then snapped his fingers causing a small explosion burning the mans face, and eyes. The man screamed in pain, Lucas didn't waste time he threw a kunai into the mans forehead. Novice- Lucas launched into the air, a foolish mistake on his part. He came down on the blade of the katana it had impaled him. The swordmaster grinned as he felt the warm blood trickling down his wrist and onto his shirt sleeve. But when lucas began to laugh, the man got a puzzled look on his face. "What are you laughing about fool?" But it was too late the blood on his wrist exploded as Lucas snapped his fingers the man dropped his blade and Lucas launched backwards. The blade had missed all of his vital organs but- (end) Adept- Lucas was being followed by the guards, he had failed in his assassination attempt, he needed to get out but he wasn't sure which hallway lead where. And now the guards had him from both sides of the hall. He surprised them when he slit his wrist and slung the blood on the wall. He snapped his finger and the stone wall where the blood was exploded causing it to collapse, he ran through the hole he made and to freedom. -----I think this should explain fairly well what it does.

Never gonna get away with this. I can put more limitations if you want. It's just 'dem skills.
RPC Name: Arturia Irongut Rank: Trainee Bloodline & Class: Human Paladin Talent Description: Allows Arturia to use Cleric abilities. Talent Weakness: Cannot manipulate element. Cannot use ranged weapons. Cannot learn more than three weapon styles. Cannot learn hand to hand styles. Learning a Cleric Skill requires +2 Posts. How did the character get this talent?: As Arturia is only an ordinary human it was unlikely that she would have extraordinary strength or above average abilities in physical combat. Not least because she is a woman and unlikely to be as strong as a fully grown man.
Although they initially trained her as a Paladin they started teaching her the ways of a Cleric as well in tandem. Having realised that she was learning both the doctrines well they decided to keep her on both sets of lessons.
Unfortunately her training was cut short by a Necromancer's intervention and she learnt no Clerical abilities or Paladin skills either. Sample: -Under the assumption that I have skills-
Sometimes on the field of battle there were not enough medics to go around between the wounded soldiers and sometimes it was too dangerous for an unarmoured cleric or a simple field medic.
That was where Arturia stepped in. With her knowledge of the battlefield and her healing prowess. It was simply more logical to have someone like that around.
She arrived in the encampment and say down with the patients. First she needed to stabilise their wounds before evacuating everyone. The soldiers could not hold this ground forever. She sat down with a young man with a deep wound. It wouldn't heal with the attention that could be given by a Paladin.
A Cleric's healing spell would however be able to save his life potentially and allow her to bring him to safety. She used the spell named 'Normal Heal' to do her work. Sealing up the gash on his gut and giving him a chance at life again.
"Get ready. We're evacuating. I'll be opening the portal."
She walked into the centre of the tent and began to chant. A brilliant golden flash appeared on the floor where she was standing and ancient, holy symbols inscribed themselves on the war torn ground.
"I wonder if they'll ever end this." The girl mused to herself under her breath, privately.

(I think I went a little overboard with the Sample...) RPC Name: Nero Rockbell Rank: Trainee Bloodline & Class: Feral, Berserker Talent Description: Soul Thread Sutures – These threads were created by a Necromancer who used souls to give the thread life. Being a Feral these hundreds of threads are what holds Nero’s body together and make up most of his inside other than his major organs. He is able to manipulate these threads for many purposes. They are mainly used for attaching or reattaching body parts, but he can also detach parts of his limbs and then manipulate them so long as the threads stay attached. Talent Weakness: -Cannot use any magic -If the detached limbs threads are cut you can no longer control that limb and have to retrieve it. Although the threads still move around where it was cut and if the limb is close by it will connect and reattach on its own. -When controlling a detached limb it costs D rank energy. -Cannot use Muscle Augmentation of the manipulated limb. How did the character get this talent?: After being brought back by a Necromancer, he was sewn together with these threads. Sample: Nero walked through the dark, quiet forest, a cigarette hanging from his mouth as he walked leaving a trail of smoke behind him. As he continued to walk the sound of rustling nearby made him stop. ”Come out come out wherever you are….” he said taking in the cigarette and releasing a cloud of smoke as he breathed out. Suddenly 3 humans each armed with swords surrounded him. ”So your Nero Rockbell? You have a pretty bounty on your head and were here to collect it.” one of the men said raising his sword. ”Then you guys don’t know me well. Alright I’ll give you 2 seconds to try and kill me before I kill you.” Nero said tossing his cigarette to the side as he stood there. ”Its your funeral!” the man shouted as he charged and swung his sword, decapitating Nero. Nero’s head rolled off as his body became limp and fell to the ground. ”I can’t believe he just let us cut him down like that…” one of the men said with a confused look on his face. ”Look on the bright side. That was the easiest payday we have had so far.” the leader said picking up Nero’s head by it hair. Suddenly a grin appeared on Nero’s face as he blinked. ”That was a nice try, but now its my turn…” Nero’s head said as the 3 men freaked out, the leader dropping Nero’s head. Nero’s head crawled over to his head as it grabbed it and placed it onto his neck. Threads sprouted from where the head was severed and connected to each other as it stitched itself back on. The men looked at Nero with fear but quickly raised their swords to protect themselves. Nero smiled as he raised his hand at the leader as the threads that held it to his wrist became undone as his other arm twitched. Nero’s hand shot from his wrist like a bullet, grabbing the leader by the neck and pulling him towards him as he other arm became more muscular and he swung his fist, punching through the leader and tossing his dying corpse to the side. ”Next…” Nero said he said holding out his hand again as it shot out at one of the other bounty hunters. But before Nero’s hand could reach him the other man cut the threads just before he got his hand around the man’s neck. The hand twitched and its stopped moving as Nero looked at his handless wrist. ”Now that wasn’t very nice…” he said with an unhappy look on his face. He then charged at the 2 hunters as they tried to flee. He raised his muscular arm into the air as he landed a karate chop, cutting through his shoulder and into his midsection. As the last man continued to run Nero stopped and picked up his severed hand, the threads reacting to each other as they connected and sewed together. ”I’ll let that one go….” Nero said to himself as he pulled out his pack of cigarettes and continuing down the path he was on, leaving 2 fresh corpse for the ravens.

RPC Name: Yama Grim Rank: Adept Bloodline & Class: paranormal necromancer Talent Description: Allows one of the undead under Yamas control to learn skills for Yama as if it were her doing the training [only one undead can do this at a time and only on skills Yama can normally learn] Talent Weakness: doesn't gain humanoid possession How did the character get this talent?: through her closeness to undead both from being one and also being a necromancer. Sample: Yama pulls out two scrolls. She opens one skims over the skills and tosses it to the side. Yama then opens the other scroll and does the same, She then summons one of her skeletons. Her skeleton begins learning the first skill off the fire scroll. Yama then wanders off to help out others in training. As Yama trains the skeleton finishes learning the first skill then moves onto the next. Yama returns and picks up the earth scroll and begins learning the first skill on the list. Her skeleton continues to work it's way down the list of fire skills as Yama finishes off the earth skills. Once they are both done Yama puts both scrolls away and prepares for what ever lies ahead.

fall: Denied. No upgrades for talents.
hinote: Denied. ******** no.
kato: Accepted. Up to C-rank for your weakness is fine, you don't have to totally erase your element.
pad: Denied. I can allow you to learn cleric skills up to a certain rank but you can't learn everything a cleric can.
sinner: Denied, but only because this is more of a skill than a talent. Not being able to use magic would prevent you from using any skills anyways. And again please for the love of all things holy call it "energy", not magic. I seriously have no ******** idea what you're refering to when you say you can't use magic. Because not being able to use magic/energy would pretty much make you useless, since every skill requires said energy/magic to perform.
oxy: Accepted (but only after you finish your sample)

If I might ask, why? If I'm to fix the talent, I kind of need to know what the issue with it is. I figured it was pretty balanced myself. The ability to steal a body is balanced by the pure fact that I have to kill that body in the first place. The ability to be pretty much impossible to kill is balanced by the fact that if that dagger, which will be on his person at all times, is destroyed, he's dead. And I've seen plenty of skills in this guild powerful enough to break a dagger.
Yeah, it's a bit overpowered if the opponent doesn't know about the dagger and just walks away after "Killing" him, but it's not going to let him just jump right back up and attack again. Perhaps I should add a time limit to the revival for you?
But really, when I look at half the other talents that have been approved, I'm not really seeing the issue. Even the two you just approved now. How exactly is turning blood into bombs, or a mental link with a zombie (How the hell would that even work?), less powerful than this?
Do I need to add another weakness on top of being insanely simple to kill for anyone that's taken the time to read my profile, and has no issue with a little meta gaming? Or is there something else? You've really given me nothing to go on.

What area would we be talking? I'm not bothered about resurrection and the highest healing spell? Would B rank be okay or would it have to be C? I'll edit it in once I've a response.

I need for harbinger to have at least SOME elemental skills.. and I need for him to have more blades on his back for when I can think of a non-OP version of Drain Heart.

RPC Name: Yensen D. Howiter Rank: Expert Bloodline & Class: Robot Mechanist Talent Description: Prevents Yensen from having a short circuit by using the electricity to replenish his own energy. If pushed beyond his energy limit he will be sent into a state of Overdrive until he is under his maximum energy limit again, causing all his attacks to be increased by 1 ranks, and costing 2 ranks more as well. He absorbs a rank less of what the attack is. Thusly, a B rank attack will give him C rank energy, a C rank would yield D rank energy, so on, and so forth. Talent Weakness: He will lose his connection to the earth, as he is no longer human, and it was previously the exit for electricity. It also takes up 4 slots in his torso. How did the character get this talent?: He was sick of being shocked, and knew it was his prime weakness. He invented a small rod in his center that would channel the energy. Sample: Yensen came to a massive generator. It seemed to be short circuiting, and was going to explode within the next few minutes. He needed to absorb the power into something else in order to continue peace in the area. He sighed and shook his head. He knew what he was going to do, but he didn't like it. Not one bit. He walked to the generator, and put his hands on the very top, letting the power flow through him. As he stood, coursing with electricity, his fusion tesla was hard at work, putting the energy into him. If it wasn't for the fusion tesla, he'd probably have fried by now. Finally, the generator died out, leaving him over charged. He shook, almost as if he were on drugs and were at the peak of a high. He made a dash out side, and charged his laser. He fell to his knees, finally firing it.
I have a skill that goes with this, but I'm going to submit it separately after this is judged so I'm not getting my hopes ******** it. It won't get approved in time. I'll kill him without this ******** ability.
