I guess I forgot to mention I'm designing new pokemon with the help of mafians. I've got like 70 pokemon already completely mapped out.If there's any new typing, do tell.
If by new typing you mean unique type matchups I'll just post the list of:

So...what type does it become when it uses Roost?
I think that's the entire point of making flying types x/flying, so the game doesnt harakiri when you use Roost.
Just IMO ninja
The other typings look great.

Flying by itself becomes ???.
Also I have like a metric ton of other s**t I thought up for a pokemon game that is very unlikely I'd actually be able to make in this but I(as with many others) thought were pretty sweet.

My ideas:
1. Expansive region that is a good 2-3(min) times the size of any other region.
2. No random encounters
3. Action based battles
4. Co-op play
5. Full voice acting for in battle characters.
6. Mountable pokemon.
7. No motionless trainers(they're always running around in the field)
8. Masterball useable outside of battle.

I decided that Tyranogon will now be called Tyrogon and instead of it being ground/dragon it'll be Dark/Dragon.
