Rykier jumped slightly hearing movement from the tire swing looking over. He noticed the girl on the tire swing and Apollo underneath her. He was worried at first she had spotted him, but he saw the intrigued look on her face and relax. She wasn't scared and Apollo slithered off searching for food his stomach leading the way.

Akyo heard the person move...thought it was like only the whisper of the wind...she still heard him and kind of glance over at his direction...she decided to wait a bit more until the snake was out of sigh though....
'Maybe...the snake is a pet...or companion....hmm...I think I remember something like this....no wait...that's something else...'
Akyo thought... a little bit more...looking up through the tree from the rope she was hanging on to...the tree shadow the the area...looking up Akyo could only see bits of the sky...but the she saw the breeze hitting the leaves of the tree softly....it seem to made her a bit calmer though...

Rykeir yawned getting up. He'd fallen asleep against the tree and now his whole body was sore. He stretched making different parts of his body pop. He sighed in relieve as some discomfort left his limbs. He picked up his bag and began looking for Apollo. He quickly found the snake curled against the other side of the tree with an abnormal lump in his stomach. He smiled coaxing him back in to his bag. Apollo was a bit hesitant at first not wanting to leave the warm sun but soon slithered into the back getting comfortable. Rykier zipped his bag up putting it on making his way out of the garden as quietly as he entered.

Akyo did notice the boy was leaving....she forgot to say hi....She soon sighed and hop off the the tire swing...she went over to her bag and dusted her self off....Akyo then grabbed her bag and walk off a bit before a breeze came along...she disappeared with it...

~Upset, I took the long way around the school...I ended up in the garden....I look around a bit...but no one was here..I sighed...and sat down under a tree...looking up at the sky...kind of wondering....~"Why did he come here? I bet mostly to get away from the stress his sister was giving him..."~I mutter to myself as I felt a bit sleepy sitting there...~

 Tyler "Ty" Henderson...The Magician “Why is it that every time I'm with you...Tyler followed Bernice to the gardens. It was one of the most beautiful things he had ever seen.It was covered in different flowers and plant life. Students roaming around everywhere. It was a million times nicer than where he went to school where his dad sent him.That wretched nerdy science academy where they forced you to "think inside the box" and frowned upon any kind of free expression. He rubbed his eyes in disbelief. "Wow this looks...amazing."He said.He felt like he couldn't say much else.He was tongue-tied. I start to believe in magic?”

Remind me if you ever feel hope is lost come find me,so we can both cool off and enjoy the gardens."He chuckled. "Me? Well My horrible ex father Scientist Dr.Mark Henderson,kicked me out on the streets when I was young because he didn't think my 'magical abilities' were very logical or scientifically pronounceable. Me,I think he was just upset because he didn't understand why and wasnt smart or cunning enough to try to figure it out for himself." He rolled his eyes. " I came here because I wanted a nice education. And you,Bernice? By the way..you have like,totally stellar eyes. They light up everything."He added randomly blushing a little. Tyler "Ty" Henderson...The Magician “Why is it that every time I'm with you...The magician smiled. "Not a problem."He smiled. "Yeah I sure can..one of the only things I excel at."He said. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a large scarf,that when scrunched out can be as big as a throw pillow. "Hold this."He said. He hand her the scarf. "Looks completely ordinary,no?"He asked trying to she if she though it wasn' t. "Now scrunch it up into a ball...And close you eyes for like ten seconds." He watched as she did.He pulled out a stick of some sort that glowed and whispered some jibberish-like words. "One two three open!"He watched as she opened her hands.Inside her hands the scraf was gone and in its place a small,white,friendlylooking rabbit. "This is Nom-noms. She won't bite.You can keep her if you like...Ta-da."He said with a smile at his work. I start to believe in magic?”((OOC: I have actually seen this happen..no joke it scared the crap out of me!))

  ❥❥❥❥❥❥❥❥❥❥ Bernice was in awe as the bunny crawled in her hands. "Hi Nom-noms! Oh my gosh, you're really good!" She hugged the bunny and put it between her legs. It was cute, fluffy, and completely white. It's eyes were red, though. Pretty normal for an albino bunny. "How'd you manage to do that? Oh wait, nevermind. A magician never unveils his secrets." Bernice was still in complete shock from the miracle that had just occured. She's seen a lot of tricks, but none like this. We believe that this boy has more than just a few tricks up his sleeves, mistress. Bernice continued ignoring the voices. ❝ ιmagination ιs αbsolute вeauty; ωhere ωould ωe вe ωithout αrt? ❞ [ ooc: BTW, you can put magic tricks as part of you abilities. ❥❥❥❥❥❥❥❥❥❥ Bernice's face was puzzled now, "I'm fine, why?" She took out a notebook and a paintbrush. "Well, nevermind that! I wanna show you my talent now. You've heard, right? Fuyu Academy accepts everyone, especially those who aren't normal. I bet there's more to your magic than just mere illusion." She quickly painted a black crow with her black ink and as soon as she finished, it came flapping its wings out of the page. That was Bernice's power. She only had one, which was limited in comparison to others. She could draw things, paint things, or somehow implant a picture onto a canvas of some sort with her own hands and make them real. The more realistic creations came out looking like the real thing, other sloppy paintings or sketches would come out as they are. The crow quickly disappeared from their vision and left them both gazing at the blue sky. ❝ ιmagination ιs αbsolute вeauty; ωhere ωould ωe вe ωithout αrt? ❞
