AriaG kirashimu What would happen if the could not complete their match? I was thinking the same thing. I guess if Sideres Mane is available, then they both would battle him (Sideres being the only gym leader they didn't battle). Whoever wins, or at least completes the battle in time wins. I dunno what if they both win/lose. thats not fair that they had one less gym to battle to be in the finals!? or am i wrong?

It is unfair, but not for the reason Andy thinks. Each trainer was to battle each gym leader, if the trainer won they would earn a point. The trainer with the most points at the end would be the new leader. So since neither of them battled for that point, they had less of a chance to get to the finals. In other words they were hurt since they didn't battle sid.

I'm sorry that my times are rather inconvenient. I wouldn't mind battling at night but I really don't want to d/c during a match so important and that's a possibility I face when I battle at night. During the day however, I can sit next to my modem.

Je, so it can be what happens between them and Sideris?... well it sure will be a very radical turn of events... if they fight each other, the guy with fighting type can smash the kid with ice... if they have to battle sid, the guy with fighting will be on the edge of losing since he is basically on a humongus dissadvantage of typing... I kind of like it

A time limit is probably the best course of action, though determining who wins if the time limit is surpassed will be rather difficult.
If Sideris is up to it, that actually seems like quite an interesting idea, though of course, the battle between each other should still be done until we can figure this out for sure.

Guys, this is kind of pathetic. It shouldn't take two weeks to plan out a good time for you guys to battle, regardless of time zone differences. There has to be at least 2 hours that you guys are both awake and able to battle on a Saturday. As gym leaders, taking two weeks might really tick your opponent off.

If it takes them this long to set up one match, how well would it work in the actual practice of being a leader?

I am very willing to battle. And KP, just because I do not respond to your pms does not mean that I'm not reading them. I'm finding it difficult lately to be on at a time that is not late at night for the simple fact that I'm working a lot lately. This won't be a problem in a month or two, but for now it seems to create an issue because KP is only available during normal daytime hours, seemingly. KP, I should be available tomorrow night at 10pm EST. Meet me on wifi if this works for you.
