Lura bit her bottom lip.
yes, you're right. But I have a nasty feeling is all. Originally I wanted to see just what they were up to.
She explained and still looked worried.
Though perhaps it's nothing.She gave them a small smile. But tell me kai, what's it like living with a dragon from a human's point of view?
The humans whooped as they tested their new weapons on a hatchling. The small blue backed away and hissed at them before spouting a burst of flames. The men stepped out of the way and one man used his weapon to tear the dragon's right wing. He screeched in pain and looked about fearfully for an escape.

Kai shrugged "Not all that different then living with another person..save for the ability to fly and everything.. honestly Eclipse is actually quieter then my last roommate when he snores.."
Eclipse used his tail to flick at rock at Kai, then looking at Lura. "Even if you wanted to see the humans your wing is injured.."

Lura chuckled at Kai's words and Eclipse's reaction. She decided that these two were good people. When Eclipse brought up her wing, she frowned.
It is, but I suppose a dragon could always run there. It's not as if we are some legless wyrms. She said with a hint of pride.
Suddenly, a loud screech pierced the air, causing Lura to shift back to her dragon form suddenly. Tell me I'm not the only one who heard that! It sounded like a hatchling. She raised her head to better hear.
The blue managed to scramble up some steep rocks, slowing the humans down. His wing hung uselessly at his side and his brilliant scales were now stained with blood. He began to crash through the dense forest, though he could feel some of the stronger humans gaining on him. One of the spear's pierced his back leg and he cried out again.

"..I'm gonna have to say yeah...cause I donno.."
Eclipse however got up and stretched, "The young should not be left alone.." He looked at Kai.
Kai bounded over to Eclipse, "I want to go with this time, I hate being stuck here.." He said as he climbed onto his usual spot on Noctis' back.
Eclipse walked over to the mouth of the cave and looked at Lura, "Are you running then?"

Yes, and I can still glide if I must.
She said as she turned and ran towards the sounds. What could be causing that poor little one such pain? She wondered out loud.
The hatchling meanwhile, turned and snapped at his attackers. They created a circle around him and began jeering and poking at him. He hissed and swatted at one of the spears

Grael awoke to the sound of a hatchling near the beach area. She climbed out of her tree, as she now thought of it and immediately began running for the sound. The poor thing sounded like it was in pain and she hoped to earn the trust of whichever locals it belonged to by perhaps rescuing it. Without thinking about what form she was in she plunged onto the beach and glared at the humans surrounding the young one. She dashed towards the rocks and began climbing them as fast as she could.
"Get away from him!" she roared as she launched herself at the nearest one, hoping to tackle him.

As they flew along, Achiu heard a cry from somewhere. It sounded like a youngling, possibly even just a little chick. Frowning, he looked to Ci'nala. "Did you hear that?" He hated delaying his reunion with Silia any longer, but if he was right about what he head..... he just couldn't let a young one suffer.

One of the humans turned towards Grael and yelled at her. It was one with the giant scalpel-like blade. He swung at her face with it, fending her off while the other's resumed their attack maliciously.
The little blue dragon called out to her.
Get away! They'll kill you! He cried but then hissed and snapped at a human who slashed his leg.
Lura dashed madly down the forested mountain, taking leaps and gliding at times, though her wing pained her when she did.
I hear others. She called to Eclipse.

Tarnak inhaled the smoke from his cigar, "Another day another fight, that's how it should be" He stood up and walked out of his log cabin. Tarnak threw his cigar on the ground," Here I come dragons!" he spoke to no one but himself. Tarnak took his most prized gun, ammunition, and supplies, then he set off. "All this roaring must mean something" Tarnak thought as he entered the forest. Tarnak's mind wandered as he thought about the labs, "Them labs got it all wrong, them and their drugs and all high tech stuff, stealen me competition" Tarnak looked around once more before continuing.

Anya murmered quietly as she bagan to wake, which has odd seeing as she didn't remember going to sleep. "Ehh- wha- hey..." she cooed, "Si-Silia?" her voice rang around the cave as she asked if she was alone. The pain was still there in her leg, that was a bit disapointing but she hadn't expected it to be gone so soon.

Samatha picked up her head whens he heard cries she could only hear. 'Oh no!' She got to her feet crying. 'Stop that!' She dashed off into the forest. 'I got to help.' She said as she took her dragon form where no one could see her. With her wings folded up, she ran through the forest leaving her clothing and stuffed rabbit in a safe place. She froze when she saw the humans attacking a baby dragon. Then she looked at Grael. 'I got to fly.' She spread out her wings and took to the sky. She let out a loud roar before she dived at them. 'Is this what daddy means? The humans will attack us to kill us? This isn't good.' She planed it out in her head because she remember how her parents would protect when she was scared or in danger. They would stand over her or use their wings to protect her, she herself was planing to land next to him or as close as she could.

"I will not let these filthy humans take one as young as you" Grael responded to the young ones cries as she swung her head back as the blade moved for her and used the momentum to kick at the mans sensitive area. ha blade got her cheek but she ignored the pain. Adrenaline was rushing through her veins. She heard others coming but did not stop her attack on the humans. Help would be nice but she could not rely on it.
That was when she noticed the second youngling divebombing the humans. This only made her fight harder. her only regret was that she had rushed in without taking her true form, which would have made the humans run in terror, or so she assumed.

Eclipse growled, he could see that Lura was going as fast as she could, but it was still slower.. "..I'll go ahead...." He said before he left her, jumping ahead and pushing with his strong wings to go quicker. He let loose a furious roar to announce himself to whoever was attacking the young one, doing a low pass first and raking his tail at the humans, purposefully missing by mere feet as he was dropping the boy off first, then went to circle back toward them..
Kai was quite used to Eclipse' speed, he usually loved it but he knew this wasn't the time to play around like they usually do. He slowly slid back toward Eclipse's tail and when he saw where the black dragon was aiming he went as far as he could, then braced himself for his crude landing. Kai rolled on the ground, gaining a few cuts and bumps, but sprung onto his feet and pulled a knife out of his boot. "Get away from that kid ya bunch of sissy's.. or aren't you man enough to try to find something that can actually defend itself?" He taunted the hunters in attempt to get them away from the young dragons.

Though it only cam every faintly to the human's ears, Maximillion looked up at Achiu when he mentioned the cry. The servos of the boy's right arm ground together as he clenched his fist. "I heard it... It was faint, but I heard it... Achiu..." He started, looking into the green dragon's face as best as he could. "I know you miss your mate dearly... But I have to ask you to take us there... If that noise was what I think it was, then I need to go break some sick-heads!"
Yuran looked wide-eyed at the boy as the arm tensed up, and looked towards Max and Achiu, having not heard the noise. He wondered what in the word they were talking about, but he knew that this boy-though a bit reckless-would never purposely endanger himself unless it was absolutlely necessary. It was because of this that the professor said nothing. He had a survival knife in his backpack, but he wasn't a fighter. If Max was going to do something, he would have to do it with the dragons...

"I agree Achiu," Ci'nala said determined. "I don't like being away from my mate either, but this what has to happen." She flew after him.
