Pic: Name: Yamazaru Kobushi (Monkey Fist) Description: Originally founded by a monkey summoner, the Yamazaru Kobusi is a bloodline of melee experts. The members usually are uncontrollable and hard to predict. They usually wear the family symbol (above) somewhere on themselves, whether a tattoo or a piece of clothing. The members are usually most skilled in either hand-to-hand or melee weapon combat, usually training in more than one style of combat. The bloodline is extremely dangerous in the inexperienced hands, usually leading to simple disputes ending in violence. The members of the bloodline have been rumored to take on a entirely different form when fighting, but no one has lived to actually record this. Strengths: -Increased Melee Combat Expertise The user’s physical strength and speed is increased drastically, allowing for maximum movement and lethality. -Increased Defensive Abilities The user can track and predict enemy movements while in battle. This usually leads to the enemy having a hard time hitting the user. -Increased Chakra Control The user is capable of exerting chakra from areas most shinobi find difficult. This allows the member to use elemental jutsu and taijutsu somewhat easier than most people. -Increased Intelligence The members can see through most strategies and tricks. This leads to them figuring out their opponent’s strategy easily. Weaknesses: -Terrible Temper The member is a complete hothead. They are easily angered and sometimes can become aggressive over little things. They hate to lose, always pushing themselves to win. -Uncontrollable in Combat The members are extremely hard to control, usually doing their own thing rather than following a set plan of action. -The power of the clan can lead to extreme injuries in the user. The power exerted can tear muscles if used over long periods of time. -Genjutsu weakness The members are easily spun into an illusion. They are not necessarily stupid, they just have a very strict seeing of reality and are easily fooled by a genjutsu. Ability: -Taijutsu and Ninjutsu are easier to learn. (-2 posts) -Jutsu up to the users rank may be used without hand signs. -Strength is increased drastically when stage two is activated. -Both strength and speed are increased drastically upon activation of stage three. Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:  Stage One (Academy Student/Genin) In stage one the user is in his/her normal physical form. There are no changes in appearance, only their strength and muscle mass is increased. And even their strength is only increase by a little Name: Chakra Tama Translation: Chakra Sphere Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Nin. Element(s): NA Effect: The user creates a small orb of chakra in their hand. The sphere may be fired form the palm, like a small bullet. (Maximum Distance of ten yards) Other: C Name: Chakra Hirate Translation: Chakra Palm. Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Nin Element(s): NA Effect: The user coats his entire hand in chakra. The hand can now do increased damage. Often more powerful than the fist itself. Other: C Name: Seishou Kirite Translation: Energy Cutter Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Nin Element(s): NA Effect: The user creates a sword of chakra from their hand. The blade is usually arms length, increasing in length with the member’s power. The sword is capable of blocking most melee attacks, but can be broken by a powerful enough strike. Other: B  Stage Two (Chunin/Jounin) The member’s appearance changes when this stage is activated. Their hair grows in length, usually down to their waist. They grow hair all over most of their body. They also grow a tail, like that of a monkey. There is no pain associated with the growing of the tail. Their strength is also increased, their muscle mass growing even more than stage one. Name: Kyokan Seishou Kousen Translation: Giant Energy Beam. Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Nin Element(s): NA Effect: The user creates a sphere of chakra in their hands, roughly the size of a beach ball. They continually pump chakra into it, letting it grow in size. They then let the ball’s contained power emerge. A thick beam of chakra is emitted from the ball. The beam is capable of severely wounding an opponent. Other: B Name: Nibai Seishou Kirite Translation: Double Energy Cutter Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Nin Element(s): NA Effect: The user now creates a sword of chakra from each arm. The swords stay the same length as before. But the power is heightened a little, allowing the blades to withstand more powerful attacks. Other: A  Stage 3 (Sannin/Kage) The highest, most powerful stage of the bloodline. Activated when the user concentrates their chakra into their entire body, unleashing the power of the bloodline. The user’s appearance and power now change so drastically, they are hardly human anymore. Their hair will grow out even further, now to their thigh or upper calf. The tail is now long and strong enough to grasp its own blade. Their power is now that of something not human. They are faster than any human can possibly be. Their speed is so great that it can be only seen with well trained eye abilities. This makes them extremely dangerous and hard to fight. There is a drawback to all this power though. If the power is used for long amounts of time, the body starts to destroy itself. If kept in this stage to long, the body will only be able to be healed by an expert medical shinobi. Name: Kyokan Konpaku Tama Translation: Giant Soul Sphere Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Nin Element(s): NA Effect: The user creates a large sphere of chakra. The sphere is so large it must be held with two hands. The user continually pumps chakra into it over time. (3 posts) The sphere will grow in size the more chakra exerted. Once the sphere is at the desired size, the user throws it at the enemy. The sphere can grow to be so large that it can take out a two story building in one hit. The massive chakra contained in the sphere can severely wound, or even kill, an unskilled opponent. Other: S Name: Ryoukan Konki Funka Translation: Massive Energy Eruption Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Nin Element(s): NA Effect: The user creates a sphere of chakra in their hands, pumping chakra into it continually. Once the sphere is at its desired size, the user lets the sphere fly from their hand. The sphere flies until it hits something, upon which it explodes into a giant wave of chakra. The target will be injured to a state near death if hit. If aimed at a building, the wave will destroy most structures upon impact. Other: S Name: Ketteiteki Keibatsu Translation: Final Judgment Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Nin. Element(s): NA Effect: The user creates a sphere of charka similar to that of a Kyokan Konpaku Tama. They launch it at a target, once the charging process is complete. Upon impact the sphere shatters, unleashing a enormous wave of chakra, similar to that of a Ryoukan Konki Funka. The wave is lased with small blades of chakra, cutting the target as well as the initial damage from the chakra. The sphere can also be lased with the users chakra element, heightening the already tremendous damage of the technique. Konaga Clan
Agony, Chakra, Power

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan: Konaga [Eternal Spirit]
History/Introduction: Little is known about the origins of the Konaga Clan even to it's own people. It is a clan of wanderers, varied and diverse, with no village to call their home and no record of their history or techniques to act as a guide. Konaga clan members make up an interesting group of people, as they are all intrinsically aware of who they are and can instantly feel when another member is nearby, going as far as to be able to single them out of a crowd as if they were the only other person around. Knowledge of the clan is passed by word of mouth, parents to children, and random encounters with other members which when drawn together often share life experiences and what they have learned of their people. Mystery surrounds them, but something in their blood always draws them together with other members, allowing them to pass on the knowledge through generations.
What makes the Konaga Clan so incredibly unique and frighteningly powerful, is that it's members... all of them... have an infinite reserve of chakra which constantly regenerates and flows through their bodies. At birth and for their entire lives, a Konaga clan member's cells are almost completely saturated with chakra from head to toe. This power does not come without a price however. Pain wracks their bodies every minute of every day and control of their abilities is often lost, causing them to shut down, or even lash out and become a danger to those around them. This makes those of the Konaga Clan masters of chakra, both in wielding it and forming it. It is their great power and their great curse.
[Konaga Factoid] - Only about 25% of all children born of the Konaga clan survive their first week of life, and after that, only 1/3 of them make it through their childhood years.
All clan members, though the natural extension of their body's immense levels of chakra learn to master and control their chakra flow and develop techniques that allow them to channel their energy, allowing them to augment their physical bodies in an enumerable number of ways. As a history does not exist, every clan member develops their own unique uses of this ability, but common uses involve augmenting muscles for power or speed. Use of these techniques however comes with an extreme price and a severe drain on the clan member's Stamina.
..."The Burn" as it is referred to many members is the side affect of all augmentations. When a Konaga utilizes his bloodline abilities, the augmented area experiences an intense searing pain as their skin is scorched, leaving immensely painful black chakra burns across the affected area. With training, clan members have learned to deal with the pain and suffer through it, but if utilized too often, the body will simply shut down for a period of time before it is able to heal.
[Konaga Factoid] - The burn takes on the appearance of an outline across the skin, sort of like streams of lightning across the entirety of a limb, or across the chest or abdomen. As the same area is augmented, the burns begin to grow darker and darker and the searing pain in that area compounds, endangering the Konaga's ability to maintain control.
"The Burn" effectively drains massive amounts of Stamina from a Konaga Clan member, making their Stamina the only true limitation to their abilities. However, this is not the only detriment to the clan. Due to the intense pain they must suffer through daily, nearly everything they do drains them of stamina and it is a constant effect which occurs every hour of every day for all Konaga. Beyond that, the lower their Stamina falls, the more in danger they become of losing control of their abilities, their bodies, or in worse scenarios... their chakra entirely.
[Konaga Factoid] - Konaga chakra is unlike any other chakra utilized by ninja. It is chakra in it's absolute raw form. It acts almost like a living entity within the Konaga, constantly lashing out at them, causing them pain and striking out at them almost like it wants to escape. When a clan member loses control, they undergo a process called 'The Raging Spirit' where their chakra cannot be contained and it rages forth out of every square inch of their body, causing the Konaga untold amounts of pain, and immensely burning their entire body, eventually leaving them unconscious and incapacitated for over a week afterward.
Konaga Clan Strengths:
1. Infinite Chakra: A Konaga clan member's chakra is infinite. In any situation where a technique requires chakra, a Konaga Clan member can effectively ignore the chakra cost, as they have infinite stores of it constantly regenerating and pulsing through their bodies.
2. Stamina Value: Konaga gain a 'Stamina' value which represents the endless pain they feel in their body and the body's extreme ability to adapt to endless waves of pain through pure force of will. All Konaga posses a 'Stamina' value which serves as a limitation on the amount of pain their body can endure before shutting down, or triggering a 'Raging Spirit'.
...all Konaga have an amount of Stamina equal to the unmodified chakra value of a shinobi 2 ranks higher then their current level. So, Genin have 60 Stamina, Chuunin have 85 Stamina, Sp. Jounin have 120 Stamina , Jounin have 165 Stamina, Sannin/Kage have 225 Stamina
Additionally, the use of Ninjutsu also drains Stamina at the following rates: (E-rank = 0) - (D-rank = 1) - (C-rank = 2) - (B-rank = 3) - (A-rank = 5) - (S-rank = 10)
3. Increased Pain Tolerance: All Konaga experience pain at a level beyond that of anything most people will ever experience, even at the height of their pain thresholds. With their raw, destructive chakra constant coursing through their veins, it is hard for them to even register most injuries, let alone be affected by them. This does not increase their effective toughness, but what it does do is allow them to push through even the most mortal wounds, their bodies responding to their commands while suffering even the gravest of injuries. (If a bone is broken, the user will be physically unable to move the affected area, but beyond that, even with deep tissue damage, or gaping wounds, a Konaga can push through and continue on.)
4. Chakra Augmentations: Konaga Clan members possess the ability to utilize their clan's various Augmentation abilities as often as they wish, but use of the abilities causes severe Stamina drain. They are able to access only those augmentations equivalent to their CURRENT rank. They cannot learn abilities above their rank by any means. {All Augmentations drain some amount of Stamina on use and have additional negative impacts on the user's current Pain Stress tables}
5. Genjutsu Immunity: Since their entire body is a raging force of violent chakra causing them pain at all times, the ability to use Genjutsu against a Konaga is often impossible to achieve. Genjutsu requires a delicate balance of control, the ability for the Genjutsu caster to control and mold their chakra in such a way as to control and direct the flow of chakra in their opponent's mind and body to drown them in illusion. Achieving this within the raging inferno of a Konaga's body is impossible, which makes a Konaga clan member immune to all Genjutsu, regardless of the strength or expertise of the enemy's illusion.
[Konaga Factoid] - When a Genjutsu user's Genjutsu is repelled by a Konaga clan member, they feel the pain of the Konaga clan for a split second in their mind and are dazed out of the technique. In many cases the experience creates a flash in the user's mind which projects the visual image of a chakra-shaped dragon's head attacking them. This imagery is often cited as a true manifestation of the Konaga clan's chakra, which is why many people have come to believe that a Konaga's chakra is in some essence, alive.
6. Chakra Control Mastery: In the process of simply surviving, a Konaga comes complete master the concepts of chakra formation, augmentation, and control. As such, Konaga members are masters of such skills and are able to use chakra beyond the normal capabilities of others, bending it almost effortlessly around their body without the need for hand seals. This enables them to easily master skills such as Tree/Wall Walking, Water Walking, and Wire Walking early on and without any difficulty. This enables the Konaga to access Chakra Control Abilities such as those mentioned earlier as if they were one rank lower then normal, and allows them to learn the techniques in half the number of posts normally required (rounded down).
Konaga Clan Weaknesses:
1. Agonizing Pain: Konaga experience pain every waking hour of every day of their life. The shear amounts of energy contained within every cell of their bodies creates a constant pulse of pain in their system which is unrelenting. It is nearly impossible to anyone outside the clan to even begin to describe the levels of pain they feel. Over time, every Konaga develops their own ways of coping with the pain, but coping doesn't make the pain go away. The only way to truly suppress it is a deep meditation which takes several hours to reach.
...every post a Konaga makes forces them to make a roll of the dice. According to their current state and the amount of Stamina they have, the roll will determine how much their pain affects them for the following post. Rules for this system are explained later in the [Pain Tables] guide.
[Konaga Factoid] - "Imagine the greatest pain you have ever felt in your life. Relive the agony of that moment, feel the pulsating waves of torture ripping through your body and how your mind could think of nothing else but that pain that you wished you would never feel again. Then, multiply it by 10 fold. A Konaga could only dream of such bliss." - Konaga Seijiro
2. Stamina Drain: Due to their constant unending pain, every moment of the day is a drain on their endurance and on their bodies. Every post an RPC with the Konaga Bloodline makes drains their stamina, and the stamina drain increases as they rank up. Stamina Drain for each level is as follows:
Genin & Chuunin lose 1 Stamina per post
Sp. Jounin & Jounin lose 2 Stamina per post
Sannin/Kage lose 3 Stamina per post
{For the purposes of Stamina Drain, a post counts as a literal post in the forums, regardless of the number of paragraphs within that post. Training posts however work differently, as will be detailed in the next weakness...}
3. Training Difficulty: Due to the physical and somewhat mental trauma a Konaga must suffer every moment of the day, focusing on training can become rather difficult, and constant stressing of the body tends to bleed them of their stamina rather quickly, which increases the danger of losing control of their chakra. The pain and the anxiety of the possible danger training poses makes it harder for them to learn jutsu and the stamina drain of constant training makes it all the more dangerous.
...to learn any technique, it requires a Konaga one additional post after all other modifiers. The only exception to this rule is when training Bloodline techniques, since such training must be faced head on in the first place, the Konaga is much more focused.
...to reflect the Stamina Drain of training in the Role Play, the number of training posts allowed per forum post is reduced, decreasing the number of training paragraphs allowed per forums post to two. This results in more forum posts being required to learn a technique, each one requiring the appropriate amount of Stamina Drain and another roll against the Pain Tables.
4. Raging Spirit: When a Konaga loses control of his chakra due to pushing his body beyond it's limits, or in times of extreme mental duress, the become victims of their own chakra and enter a state called the 'Raging Spirit'. They receive a warning in their bodies about 15-20 seconds before the Raging Spirit will begin, at which point the Konaga will feel an intense numbing of the body followed by the sound of their own heartbeat ringing clearly in their mind as their vission is blurred and double for an instant. After that, their bodies suddenly swell with unimaginable pain, as they are no longer able to contain their chakra and it surges forth out of every pore of their body, lashing out at the environment or anything nearby, whether friend or foe. This massive discharge of energy envelops the Konaga completely and streaks off of them like lightning, the chakra almsot literally exploding off of them. This can devastate the environment around them, ripping up the ground, carving through trees like they were butter, tearing apart stone and metal without a second thought. Some instances of the Raging Spirit have even been seen to include aspects of the user's elemental affinity as well, adding different effects and new levels of devastation to the energy released.
The only sensations a Konaga feels in this state is pain and their mind is consumed by it. Some Konaga say they experience some form of carnal defense mechanism within it, during dire situations where the body reacts instinctively to attack anything it sees as a threat. However, in most cases the Raging Spirit brings a Konaga to their knees or to the floor as they writhe in pain. After the chakra has purged itself from the body, a process which takes about 2 posts, the Raging Spirit subsides the Konaga is left incredibly weakened and often times, simply passes out altogether. Nearly all of their skin is covered with the blackened burn marks of "the Burn" and the Konaga is left utterly immobilized, yet still in untold amounts of pain. Surprisingly, no internal damage is done and the chakra quickly regenerates to once again, completely saturate the Konaga's cells, but it still requires a week of real time to recover from during which your character can do nothing except rest and meditate.
5. No Genjutsu: Konaga clan members are incapable of molding or utilizing Genjutsu techniques. Their bloodline chakra is far too violent and intense to allow for the delicate and subtle control required to create Genjutsu illusions.
6. No Cursemarks/Implants: Konaga are also incapable of attaining Cursemarks or Implants to enhance their abilities. Their chakra is so intense and full of raw energy, that it does not play well with other foreign energies. As such, a Konaga's body would never accept another source of chakra, or any body part which was not it's own.
7. Strong Chakra Signature: A Konaga's chakra signature is so strong, so unique, and so violent that it makes them practically glow when viewed by those with a sensor ability. Because of this, their effective rank is decreased by one when dealing with matter of stealth and detection (via Byakugan, Minds eye of the Kagura, Sensor ninja, etc...) This reduces their effectiveness with abilities like the assassin's [Stealth] and it also doubles the detection ranges of all sensor ninja when dealing with Konaga.
Konaga Quirks:
1. Dulled Senses: The constant pain that a Konaga suffers at all times takes it's toll on them and makes their senses numbed to some degree. This does not affect their combat ability, or debilitate them in anyway, but it does change how they engage with and see the world. To a Konaga, the rest of the world seems almost numb... hazy in a sense... as if they were out-of-synch with everything around them, yet still interacting with it. This does not affect their sight or hearing, but moreso their sense of touch, taste, and smell, which is why Konaga refer to this phenomenon as the "Numbing". Food has no taste, nor do Konaga have a strong sense of smell. There such of touch is somewhat deadened, though it does not affect their ability to grip weapons or opponents, it is simply an issue of tactile clarity. However, this also makes them more resistant to the effects of weather, such as dust storms, bitter cold, or heat. As their senses are dulled, such affects do not register to them fully and thus, they are not as affected or bothered by them (though their bodies are still just as susceptible to the effects of cold or heat).
2. Increased Metabolism: Due to the immense amounts of energy within their bodies, the heat generated by the constant streams of chakra and the body's attempts to stave off it's effects, Konaga have incredibly fast metabolisms. This means that when they eat, they need to eat about four times as much as the average person, and that even over-eating does not permit Konaga to put on weight. this makes all Konaga more or less, thin, or well defined individuals without much, if any fat on their bodies. This also makes their internal temperatures hotter then the average person's, making it incredibly unlikely that foregin pathogens can survive, making it so that Konaga are rather resistant to disease and do not get sick very often if at all. temperatures vary among clan members, but the typical temperature of a Konaga is about 101.3 degrees fahrenheit.
[Konaga Factoid] - "In cold environments, light wisps of steam can be seen rising off a Konaga's exposed skin.
3. Meditation: Konaga clan members cannot sleep. The pain they feel constantly does not allow for true REM dreaming by any conventional sleep. In order to rest, a Konaga must move themselves into a deep state of meditation which often requires a couple of hours to achieve in itself. This meditation suppresses the pain and allows the clan member to rest. Once meditation is achieved, the user's bloodline chakra seeps out of their bodies and surrounds them, creating an aura around the Konaga. This aura is reactive, meaning it will lash out violently to anyone who tries to disturb the clan member's meditation. The aura of chakra is also what heals the user's chakra burns. (see below)
4. Healing from Chakra Burns: When in their meditation state, a Konaga's chakra seeps out and forms an aura around their bodies. This aura actually works to put pressure on the body, burning the harmed cells away as the remaining skin cells are forced to keep up and maintain equilibrium within the body. This triggers internal chakra netwroks to aactive and energize the remaining skin cells to grow at a rapid rate to replace the cell layers being burned away. This process requires a full cycle (6 hours) of meditation. After this meditation, all damage done by 'The Burn' is removed and the user's stamina is restored. If this process is disturbed, for every hour they were under meditation, they receive 10% of their total stamina, but they still have the remaining "Burn" seared into their skin, increasing their pain.
...(this does not apply to "The Burn" generated by the Raging Spirit. Such burns cannot be healed this quickly, and require a full week of recovery and constant meditation during those days to heal.
5. Foreign Chakra Absorption: Regardless of the source, if a Konaga absorbs chakra from another source, such as a weapon, or from a ninjutsu technique, the body fights the foreign chakra like an invasion. In such an instance, the Konaga feels an intense pain and is momentarily distracted by their own body's lashing out against the foreign chakra. {In the instance of being struck by a Hyuuga Tenketsu strike, a Konaga's chakra builds up behind the blockage, causing immense pain, but then surges through the block reactivating the chakra point, leaving the Konaga Clan member unaffected by the strike overall.}
[This does not apply to Medical Ninjutsu techniques, but the effect does make Konaga difficult to operate on. Any attempt to heal a Konaga requires a Medic with the Chakra Control Specialty and requires twice the amount of chakra to perform any technique. it is also very physically exhausting as the medic is constantly fighting back against the Konaga's own body to overcome the chakra's attempt to eject it long enough to actually heal their body.]
6. Konaga Relations: How Konaga relate to each other is very unique and stems from the fact that while their bodies seem displaced as compared to the rest of the world, all Konaga are in tuen with each other. This produces several interesting reactions between the members of this clan.
- All Konaga can detect other Konaga within 250m radius of themselves. This is an innate ability and each member is able to pinpoint the other with ease (even when in stealth).
- Konaga relate to each other just as any normal human would with the rest of their world. For Konaga however, this is unusual, since the Numbing distorts everything around them. When meeting with other Konaga, everything about the other clan member is perfectly clear as compared to the rest of the world which exists ina haze. This draws Konaga to each other and allows them to truly sense another person makign them in essence 'more real' then anyone else in the world.
- The connection between Konaga is undeniable as when they are together, the symptoms of their pain are relieved (-1 Pain Stress degree) and they are allowed some relief from their agony. It does not suppress the pain entirely, but it is a notable change, like swift cool wind on a hot day. The greater the difference in the Konaga's ranks however, the more relief a lower ranked Konaga feels, and the less relief a higher ranked Konaga feels (For every 2 ranks of separation: -1 Pain Stress degree). Over time however, two Konaga grow accustomed to one another, and after about 6 months, they relief the once receive from each other fades until they feel no relief at all. It then requires a separation of another 6 months before the same relief can be felt between the same two Konaga again.
[Konaga Factoid] - "It is believed by many that this phenomenon of Konaga relations is the reason for their wanderlust, constantly seeking out new Konaga Clan Members to feel the relief of their bloodline pain. It is not uncommon for Konaga parents to take shifts with their newborn children, one parent leaving for six months and returning, only for the other parent to leave for six months. In many cases, this helps the child survive it's infant years by constantly being soothed in proximity to another Konaga.
7. Eye Color: A Konaga's eye color is almost always the same as their chakra color, but that is not the only intriguing aspect of their iris. All Konaga, if observed closely, can be seen to have floating speckles of chakra particles moving in their irises. This gives their eyes an almost prismatic look to them and are quite alluring and fascinating to see. (This part of their anatomy is linked with one of their augmentations)
The Pain Stress Tables:
The ability for a Konaga to maintain control over his chakra and how they can function on a day to day basis with unimaginable pain is all dependent on their Stamina. The lower their stamina, the more likely they are to lose control of themselves, or succumb to their pain in different ways. Even when their Stamina is at it's maximum however, for an instant, their bodies can falter and can limit what the Konaga can do.
The Pain Stress Tables are designed to mimic this concept and gives a level of required pain-related RPing on the part of the user. Every post a Konaga makes must be accompanied by a roll of the dice. That roll, whatever it may be, must be compared to the Pain Stress Tables and the effect on the table will determine how the Konaga's pain effects them on their next post. As Stamina decreases, the odds of feeling debilitating effects from their chakra increases, which makes heavy use of their Stamina dangerous... and makes the clan's augmentations that much more potentially dangerous to overuse.
Pain Level 6 - The Konaga's pain spikes, and the user doubles over for a few seconds as blood is coughed up out of the mouth. The user's vision shifts, creating a double vision for a brief period of time before returning to normal. All sound appears to dissipate as the Konaga hears nothing but their heart beat slowly, then faster, and faster. Atfer these sympotms, the Konaga's body returns to it's normal condition, but they know that in about 15-20 seconds, they will be thrown into the 'Raging Spirit'.
Pain Level 5 - The Konaga's pain spikes, sending waves of pain throughout the entire body which feels like they are being continual stabbed from all angles. When this is felt, the body is completely arrested and is unable to move for the entirety of the post. They are however still able to use their augmentations, but obviously, this could push them into even further critical condition.
Pain Level 4 - The Konaga's pain creates the effect of a burning sensation throughout their circulatory system, which makes it feel like entire body is on fire, this distracts the user and does not allow them to properly mold Ninjutsu.
Pain Level 3 - The Konaga's Pain suddenly spikes, completely arresting their body for a few seconds, causing them to be unable to move as the pain of their bloodline temporarily overtakes them. This feeling quickly passes, allowing the Konaga to move normally once again. for the remainder of the post however, they suffer a reduction in Speed and Strength by 1 rank.
Pain Level 2 - The Konaga's Pain causes their muscles to ache heavily and respond slower then normal, reducing their effective Speed by one rank.
Pain Level 1 - The Konaga's Pain suddenly spikes, distracting them momentarily. How the pain exhibits itself differs (is up to the user to create), but it does not incapacitate them, it simply serves as a distraction.
Pain Level 0 - The Konaga's pain is at full strength, but this is normal. They feel the pain and are affected by it normally, but this does not endanger them or distract in any way. This is their baseline condition.

Jutsu / Augmentations :
Every Konaga is different and many individuals have developed their own methods in creating body augmentations allowed by their unique bloodline. Certain techniques however are basic, and rather well-known amongst all Konaga, such as using chakra in your limbs to increase the power behind an attack, or pushing chakra into your legs to increase your speed or jumping distance. Others however are are complex and have steeper costs to use.
All augmentations require no handseals to use and can be activate nearly instantaneously. This means they can be strung together to form combos easily. Each augmentation only counts as half of a jutsu/maneuver, but only a max of two augmentations can be activated per post.
{All Konaga are free to apply for custom augmentations, but they must be submitted and approved before they are used. Once approved however, the technique become public knowledge and will be added to this post allowing others to utilize them.}

As for chakra speed, it DOUBLES their speed? How about 1 rank, or .5 rank increase.

He added the stamina system directly into the bloodline itself, so it pretty much works independently without an overriding system. I... Didn't actually look at the techniques... The weilder of the bloodline was then capable of taking even S ranked Raiton techniques with little damage. As such, they are more than capable of weilding lightning without fear of ever being harmed by it. Strengths:Doubles the weilder's current defence against Raiton techniques. { E = D, D = B, C = A, B = A++, A = S, S = SS } When struck by a Raiton technique, capable of redirecting the blast if it is equal to their rank in weilding Raiton, or absorbing the chakra and gaining half of it's to their existing amount of chakra. These balls of lighning have enough voltage to equal one second of the electric chair, not enough to ensure death, but you're going to be messed up for a while afterwards. These orbs are capable of being peiced together in order to create one large extremely powerful one. These orbs follow all metal, so if the user throws a shuriken, they will all follow that shuriken. They don't however follow an opponent's thrown weapons. These balls of lightning disapate in a small crackle of electricity, equal to a C rank technique once outside of their range. A - Guildwide Lightning Guard Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu | Defencive | Kekkei Genkai Element: Raikami Description:The user puts one hand forward towards an oncoming attack, and focuses their chakra into the palm of their hand. By storing an amount of chakra that puts nearly all other weilders of Raiton to shame into their palm, the user creates a single burst blast of lightning that pulses from the hand that is capable of disintegrating even metal. This doesn't work on human flesh, but it has enoug current that it induces a seisure, and makes the muscles contract heavily enough that bones break, and the peripheral nervous system is severely damaged, often the hands and feet become numb for good. S - Guildwide Lightning Vortex Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu | Offencive | Kekkei Genkai Element: Raikami Range: 20 feet around the user 30 feet above the user. Description:This technique is an amazing feat of control, The user pusles lightning ten times from their body out to a specific distance along the ground. This pulsing makes the opponent attracted to the user, and only a ninja with S ranked strength would be capable of resisting this attraction. The lightning that had been pulsed out ten times expands, surrounding the two ninja, and beginning to spin rapidly, increacing the atractivity to the user, who is now glowing and crackling with lightning, touch to the user is C ranked for skin, and any metal on the user if touched acts like a severe catalyst, and disables that portion ofthe body, commonly making people unable to let go, This charge is a B ranked charge per post. The lightning swirls creating a strong wind. The wind resists the attractive force, and makes the opponent begin to spin. The technique lasts for 5 posts, and ends in the vortex of lightning returning to the user, delivering a B ranked shock to the opponent if they are within, and engulfing the user in a lighning bolt, leaving a scar on the face of the earth, and leaving the user completely unharmed.

Clan Name: Enjin (Ape-Man) Kekkai Genkai: Masaru's Bondo (Monkey's Bond)
Clan History: During the great Shinobi Wars, a small clan by the name of Enjin took alliances with the Wave and Rice country, aiding greatly in battle. These clan-members had the appearance of monkeys, along with tails, fangs, and added physical attributes to aid in battle. After the last battle, the Enjin clan was presumed extinct, but a dormant gene has been awakened within the Sound and Mist.
Strengths:
(Chimps, and other small monkeys) - One rank to agility - One rank to speed ------
(Gorillas and other large monkeys) - Plus one rank to strength - Plus one to power based taijutsu ------
(Orangutang, balance.) -One rank to agility -One rank to strength Weaknesses: (All monkeys) - Cannot perform genjutsu - Mischevious -Minus one rank to genjutsu defense.
(Chimps) - Minus one rank from none speed or agility based taijutsu. -From ranks Genin-Sp. Jouin are clumsy, meaning while using you boosts in agility and speed you may trip, or fall until you become Jounin and gain full control over the ability's.
(Gorilla.) -Minus one rank from planning attacks jutsu. -Until Jounin Gorilla ninja's rely very heavily on there strength charging into combat with a frontal assault. Also has a hard time following orders.
(Orangatang) - Minus one rank from nonbloodlin ninjutsu. - When fighting orangatang ninja are normally lazy, and just avoid fighting unless constantly provoked, and will only seek out combat in VERY rare case.
Rules: - Must have tail - Must have fangs - Must be mischevious/Playful (Gorillas trade this for proud, and head strong.) - While Rping younger (Genin to Sp. Jounin,) must be rped as juvenile, and embracing which ever aspec of the monkey you take. As your Rpc grows show how, and why they are able to tame there wild side, and over come there primal nature. (If you so choose, you may stay primal through out your ninja career if you choose.)

Name: Puraimaru Kiai (Primal Scream) Range: 10m Rank: D Orienation: Offensive Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handsigns, chakra will build up in the users' lungs and be instantly expelled out of the esophagus. The result is a sound-based, cone-shaped attack with the effectiveness of an explosive-tag.
Name: Hihi Hasami (Baboon Claws) Range: N/A Rank: C Orienation: Supplementary/Offensive Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline Element: N/A Description: By focusing chakra into the tip's of their fingers, the user of this technique will grow claws made of pure chakra in order to rend the opponent. The claws grow in power and length over time. At chuunin, they are about two inches long and can rend flesh. By the time they are kage, the length of the claws are one whole foot.
Name: Faa Tsutakazura (Fur-Vines) Range: N/A Rank: D Orienation: Supplementary Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handsigns, the user's arms will grow about 30% longer, giving them an advantage in taijutsu
Name: Bijou Hoko (Tail Long-spear) Range: 10m Rank: C Orienation: Offensive Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: By focusing chakra into the tail, the user's tail will extend and sharpen to the point it can skewer opponents. This can also be used to deflect projectiles and swords.

Redirecting lightning should cost half the chakra of the technique that you are redirecting [ rounded up ] Keep in mind that any jutsu power bonus will not stalk above one rank. It doesn't damage a Lightning rod to channel a lightning bolt. Why should it harm something such as someone who is made to have more electrical power than a lighning bolt could ever contain. Yeah, that's why if they have Elemental control Raiton, then the bonus rank given by the bloodline applies to bloodline techniques only. Again, I don't understand this, since they are built to be the perfect conductors/producers of electricity, then why should their element deal out any harm to them? Granted if they are hit with something too much more powerful them themselves, then yes, they will be hurt, but if they hold that much electricity themselves, then they should be able to channel it. No, taking into consideration the bonuses of the bloodline, that awakening step is perfectly valid as far as I can tell.

Alright, let's try this again. A final decision was never really reached on the bloodline so... yeah. Oh, as a reminder, this is originally Panthers, but he gave me permission to try and get this accepted. Albeit, it was a long time ago but... I think it still holds? Hopefully?  Tsuchigumo Clan: Fear the 'Character Binding Technique' This technique, was developed by a powerful Ninja deep within the last ages of the Great War, allowed him to do many different things depending on the Kanji he writes out on the air with his hands such as create fire, or sending the word to 'Attack' a target. Fairly versatile, this skill affords similar advantages to handed hand seals because it merely has to be spelled out. He also was a man of peace. Deep within the land of Suna, the man decided the wars were becoming to hectic and decided it was time to end this senseless bloodshed.
From there the man developed a technique so powerful, so great, that the nations deemed the man 'Oni.' or in his villages terms, he was known as 'Ra'. After wiping out an entire village to express his anger towards the wars, he indeed brought peace and ended the Shinobi wars on his side of the world. But to his sadness, and to his hatred for mankind and their selfishness, he noticed the villages saw him as a weapon of power. Wanting to contain him for their own uses and have him as a trump card for war. Retreating into the depths of Suna and creating a small peaceful village near a plentiful oasis, he settled down and created a small world under his rule. Teaching those the skills in the way of peace, in which the people became known as the 'Tsuchigumo Clan/' Rules 1.) You will have to put Tsuchigumo Clan after your name. 2.) Unfortunately the main reason the Ninja created this hand-written jutsu,is because he couldn't perform the basic hand-sealed jutsu's. His shame of that,brought him power in creating this. Upon which,the user cannot learn many Ninjutsu's or Genjutsu's from other sources other than the Tsuchigumo Clan. But, seeing as the generations become stronger than their predecessors, the Clan member can only learn 10 Ninjutsu's and 10 Genjutsu's total. (Or in other words, 10 Ninjutsu's and Genjutsu's in an ENTIRE lifetime.) 3.) You will be able to utilize all 4 elemental jutsu's using Kanji spelling only. Make special note that this does not give you 4 elements of your regular Ninjutsu. 4.) You must be of the Sealing Master class. 5.) Jutsu's Academy Student Name: Dragon Spying Technique Description: Upon drawing an animal,a human face,or some legendary creature in a specific spot the user will be able to ,through a drawing, see through the eyes of the drawing and spy on others. They will not only be able to see what's going on but also listen too.
Name: Seiji {Justice} Description: Upon writing 'Justice' in Kanji in the air,a light reflective glass with appear in-front of the user only. Repelling of Taijutsu attacks of the users rank,and all Ninjutsu Attacks of the users rank. One hit of the 'glass' shatters it and it can only be used every other turn.
Name: Gensou {Illusion} Description: The user will write 'Gensou' in the air and a 'box' of bending light will form over the user turning them invisible. It not good for fighting purposes as you cannot move after performing this technique and those with special chakra reading Dojutsu will be able to see through the glass.
Name: Chuujitsu {Loyalty} Description: The user will write 'Chuujitsu' in the air which be fired at their opponent. If the word hits any part of the opponents body,it will merge with their skin and become one with their chakra flow;which is another reason why it will stay on. This technique does no damage nor does anything battle worthy at THIS level. But,it does have further uses later on for Tsuchigumo members.
Name: Chikara {Power} Description: The user will write 'Chikara' in the air as a force of condensed chakra will fire from the user. As the user becomes stronger, so does this jutsu. Each version costs chakra equal to their respective ranks, and the user is free to use lower ranks. At Academy Ranked,the chakra will be the size of a small fist. At Genin Ranked,the chakra will be the size of a small ball. At Chuunin Ranked, the chakra will be further condensed and will have a little explosion after impact (no size change). At Jounin Ranked,the chakra will be the size of a beach ball and can split itself four times to widen the range of the attack. The explosion of the chakra is that of an explosive tag except without the burns. At Sannin level,the chakra is that of a small child and is fired off in higher speeds. The user will also be able to fire it into the air and let small condensed and unstable chakra balls rain down on the opponent for one post.
Name: Shinjitsu {Truth} Description: This is an interrogation jutsu. It is not used for battle purposes as the Kanji sign is too slow;not to mention that it wouldn't really do the user good to do it in the first place. But,upon writing 'Shinjitsu' directly on the opponents head,the user's symbol will hit a restrained[Or hopefully you restrained] opponent in the head. The symbol will spread upon the users forehead and start to glow as if fuses with the users chakra system. As long as the symbol is on the opponents head,they will be unable to lie without feeling extreme pain.
Genin Name: Souzou {Creation} Description: The user is now able to manipulate the elements through Character binding. These,jutsu's although,are only at the power of Genin Level. Regardless of what rank you are.
*Souzou:Katon - The user can manipulate Fire through character binding. After the word are spelled,the symbols will turn red and fire a beam of flames at the opponent.
*Souzou:Suiton - The user can manipulate Water through character binding. After the words are spelled,the symbols will turn blue and fire a water torrent at the opponent.
*Souzou:Fuuton -The user can manipulate Wind through character binding. After the words are spelled,the symbols will turn green and 'bladed' winds will try to rip the opponent.
*Souzou biggrin oton - The user can manipulate the Earth through character binding. After the words are spelled,the user will shoot the words into the earth which will react,by firing up a small pedestal of earth to strike the opponent.
Name: Kuza {Bond} Description: The user will write 'Kuza' in the air through Kanji and place it on a team mate and themselves. Once the symbols merge fully with their chakra,the two will be able to communicate telepathically within a set distance. This will not work on opponents,as 'Kuza' only will work on those that are willing to have it to work. The distances that Kuza can work at increases as the user's rank increases: five meters at Academy Ranked, ten meters at Genin Ranked, twenty meters at Chuunin Ranked, one thread at Jounin Ranked, and one village at Saanin Ranked. Speaking telepathically is just as distracting as speaking verbally, sometimes even more so as telepathy is not something that is normally done. In battle, anyone who speaks telepathically must pay one chakra point per post unless they have some chakra control bonus, in which case no chakra cost needs to be paid.
Name: Kankyou Kuza {Environmental Bonding} Description: Similar to the Doton:Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu, the user will,after writing 'Kankyou Kuza',merge into the ground as if it's 'water' or 'thin air.' This ability allows the user to get near an opponent without notice and when below him, pull down the opponent to ground, burying his body and leaving only the head above the ground. This particular jutsu isn’t an attack by itself, but it easily creates and opening for more deadly attacks. Can still be detected if the opposing Nin. is two ranks higher than the user, or they have a Dojutsu which can help them see the user.
Name: Chouwa Kyouryoku {Harmony Cooperation} *Prerequisites: Kuza{Bond},and Custom Acception Description: The users,after performing the Kuza bond,will be able to sync their jutsu's together. Or better yet,they will be able to make collaboration jutsu together as long as the bond 'Kuza' is upon their orifice. Note:You will have to get the jutsu you wish to collaborate with the ONE person{Team Mate,Partner,etc.},and get it approved by our Custom Jutsu acceptor.
Name: Magen Genkaku {Demon Hallucination} *Prerequisites: Gensou {Illusion} Description: The user will perform 'Magen Genkaku' through Character Binding, and make a 'mirror' form over them. During this particular Genjutsu,the user will take on the image as the opponents worst fear.During which the opponent might feel their abilities have been halved because of their mind thinking of their fear coming to life. It will last up to 2 Posts. But,if the opponent,if they can overcome their worst fear, and put on a direct hit of equal ranking to the user,the mirrors will shatter and the Genjutsu will be broken.
Name:Jinsui {Pure} *Prerequisites: The user must be able to perform Medical Jutsu. Description: The user will perform 'Jinsui' over a wounded area that has been poisoned,cursed,etc. and negate it's affects in 2 post time. This,does not heal wounds nor does it repair tissue,but it does take on as an immediate protector against foreign substances. But,if those foreign substances are higher than the user,than they may have more difficulties negating their affects.
Name: Uta Genkaku {Song Illusion} Description: Upon writing Uta Genkaku in Kanjii,the user produce a musical tones happening throughout his/her vicinity. The Kanji symbol,unlike the other's,will not vanish from the air as it will slowly take rise within 3 posts. Upon which,if the enemy doesn't destroy the symbol within that time limit,they will be captured within a intricate Genjutsu that hits all five senses instantly. It will,to the opponent and those within the vicinity other than the user,will be replaced in a pleasant scene. In which they will be 'seeing,'feeling','touching',and 'tasting' what ever they see as their way of having peace. During this,the user can capitalize on their opponent's openings. *)Note: The opponent DOES have a chance to disable this technique if they get trapped in the Genjutsu. If,the opponent has another person,who WASN'T in the vicinity during the third post they can use their chakra to snap the victim out. - Another method would be to use the Post-Action Sequence[Random Number:1-2] And if the person gets a 2,they have broken from the jutsu. -The last method is,if the opponent is higher than the user that used the technique,after the post with them being pulled into the Genjutsu they will be able to be released from the technique by utilizing 'Kai.'.
Chuunin Name:Saisei no Bushin {Rebirth Clone} Description: The user will write 'Saisei' in the air which will turn into a clone of the user. But,unlike the normal bushin clones,the Kanji Bushin cannot make physical attacks but it does make jutsu's. The Kanji clone can utilize the 'Character Binding' Jutsu's only one rank underneath the user. But make note that the clone is also one rank slower and one rank weaker than the user that created it. [Can only perform one Character Binding technique before dismissing.]
Name: Shukufuku Bunmei {Blessing Civilization} Prerequisites: Jinsui {Pure},and must be able to perform Medical Jutsu Description: Using the power a stronger form of Medical jutsu,a 'glass' of the users chakra will swirl around his/her team mates. During the time the user has them within the 'glass',they will start to recover from their injuries quickly. It would be almost as if returning what was damaged or injured back to it's original state. @Chuunin Level: The user will be able to heal one user at a time. They can repair what was damaged in 5 full posts by the user. (Paragraph Posts) @Jounin Level: The user will be able to heal two users at a time. They can repair what was damaged in 5 full posts (by the user) but also can fix and correct broken bones. (Paragraph Posts) @Sannin Level: The user can now feel three users at a time. They can repair what was damaged in 5 full posts (by the user) but can also heal lost limbs,fix broken bones and reconstruct tissue and that of the like. (Paragraph Posts) @Special Medical Level: For those that are Medical Nin only,plus using 'Character Binding',they will be able to do everything that Sannin can do with 'Character Binding' plus more. If they get a person,that has died,within two posts of the initial death,they will be able to revitalize them. Of course at a major cost. They will be performing the technique for 3 Days{In real life time} and must NOT be disturbed during the ceremony. If they are disturbed{Meaning someone is attacking} the one they attempt to bring back will die indefinitely.
Name: Hakken {Discovery} Prerequisites: Chuujitsu {Loyalty} Description: During this technique,after performing and having a successful completion of 'Chuujitsu the user will then be able to release out this technique called 'Hakken'. Upon writing 'Hakken the words will turn into an arrow that will point in the direction that the opponent is. For,as long as the seal is merged with the opponent,the arrow will point them out. [It takes 2 chakra points after initial release to keep the arrow up.]
Name: Magen:Shikarou {Mirage} Prerequisites: Magen:Genkaku Description biggrin uring this genjutsu, the user will write,after saying 'Magen', Shikarou in which the opponent will be surrounded by multiple 'mirrors' of illusion. These mirrors will make the 'captured' opponent see the user running away from them.If the opponent tried to give chase,they will continue to see the user simply running away from them,which will can become quite hazardous if the opponent isn't careful. In closed spaces they will bump into things or in some areas fall from great heights as the world outside of the 'mirrors' will be the true hazard for them.
Name:Seika Souzou {Sacred Fire Creation} Prerequisites: Souzou {Creation} Description: After writing 'Seika Souzou' in the air,same as doing with the Souzou elemental techniques,a burst of flames will rage from the symbol. But unlike the ones before,the flames have an incredible heat intensity. It has been known to melt thin metals instantly and thicker metals will start to bend to it's engorging flames.
Name:Fukushuu {Revenge} Description: As the opponent is attacking,if the user has the time,they will write 'Fukushuu' directed at the opponents attack. Upon contact [Be if a Taijutsu attack or a Weapon Attack] the opponent will be blasted back with double the force they applied. Note:This only applies to Taijutsu/Weapon Attacks. - Also,you will have to use the [Post-Action:Random Number Sequence to see if you have successfully performed the technique. The range will be between 1 & 2. If the user gets 1,they have successfully countered the technique and have blown the opponent back with tremendous force. If the user gets 2,they have just received the attack the opponent has done.]
Name:Meitou Bushi {Celebrated Sword Warrior} Description: The user will write Meitou Bushin in Kanji,and the words will form into a black Katana. The blade itself has no special properties except that it is a sword,and will last until the user sees fit. [The max amount of swords summoned depends on the users Shinobi Type] -Note: It takes -2 chakra,after the initial use of the Kanji sword to summon more swords.
Jounin Name:Koton {Chaos} Description: The user will write the word 'Koton' in Kanji which will levitate slowly in the air. The user,after the initial post,will start to glow white and their chakra will become rapidly sapped from out of the user and into the symbol. After a total of 5 posts,if the Kanju symbol hasn't been broken or attacked the user on the fifth post will be encased by a protective light,and the condensed chakra of fifth whole posts will come slamming down at the opponent like a small ball. The ball is small for the reason to have great speed and better increase the chance of hitting the opponent. The destruction of this technique will be rather massive and can be devastating to the opponent if they take direct or near contact to the blast. -Note:After the initial performing of the technique,the Kanji symbol will take -3 chakra until the fifth post.
Name:Shinsei Kiri {Sacred Mist} Prerequisites:Souzou{Creation},Chuujitsu{Loyalty},Hakken{Discovery}<-This is optional Description: By utilizing the knowledge of Souzou{Creation} and adding Chuujitsu{Loyalty} and then utilizing Hakken{Discovery} to add direction the user will be able to perform a deathly combination within the Tsuchigumo Clan's 'Character Binding Technique.' After utilizing all that's stated above first,the user will then be able to use 'Shinsei Kiri' to its fullest after writing it in Kanji. Upon finishing the last slant,the word will start turning into a mist,forming around the user first and then spreading rapidly around the area. [1st Post= Around the user and his/her vicinity 2nd Post= Around the user and lightly around the area they are fighting. 3rd post= The entire area is filled with mist.] During during this,the user's chakra will be masked,because the entire mist is chakra doused,as well as any scent of the user is masked since they are the puppeteers of this misty deviance.
Sannin Technique Name: Dohasuten (Fury) Rank: S ( 30 CP) + 15 Posts of halved physical abilities. ( Physical Traits and benefits are knocked down 2 full Ranks. Type: Ninjutsu~ Kinjutsu Element: Highly condensed chakra and Nature. Description: The Tsuchigumo Clan wasn't purely known off of the simple ability of creating intense abilities through Kanji.No, their deadliest ability was a Kinjutsu called Dohasuten. The move set the Caln above even the uchiha in standards of destructive force. A single man army could bring a village to a crumbling halt. Some call it the power of the heavens while other call it a plague from hell. Just depends which side of the spectrum of life the Clan Member chooses to be on.
Dohasuten was a Kinjutsu developed by the Tsuchigumo's during their prime of the Great Shinobi War. This technique was taught as a rite of passage to any member that has achieved Konin or Sannin Status in the world. It is in-fact their birthright as a Tsuchigumo Clan member to earn this technique carry on the tradition of the Clan. With this destructive power, it is just like a Jinchuuriki... Meant to bring peace to the villages of old... cease the needles wars that may wreak havoc upon the land. But... sadly not all those who obtain this ability utilized it as a method of peace.
How does Dohasuten even work?
Like any technique of this magnitude, you must be a specialist in the way of Ninjutsu or be something of it's equivalent as well as have medium high to high chakra reserves. Only the strongest Ninjutsu-ist of the Tsuchigumo Clan could even think about decently having the technique underneath their belt of skills. Similar to the fabled jutsu like Limelight ,but in this sense it is with one person, who has undergone training as harsh as learning Senjutsu to utilize this technique on their own.
Upon meeting the requirements of being a Ninjutsu-ist or something of it's equivalent and having done the training ( Will Post Below ), they will employ the harsh jutsu upon the Village. As well, as them signing a blood oath prior to even gaining the knowledge of this Jutsu of Peace. One of the Tsuchigumo Clan members had noticed that some of those that were learning the jutsu were a little shady and may distribute the knowledge of this powerful technique to the other nations. So, to defeat treachery within their own ranks,the Tsuchigumo's made all those that were learning the jutsu to sign a contract in their blood and chakra. Similar to that of a Summoning Contract, except as their blood and chakra get poured onto the paper, the contract will place a seal on the user. The seal is invisible and will not be seen until the user either initiates the technique or worse... breaks the contract. Which is one reason why they called the obtainer of this jutsu becomes a 'Host'. The seal will signify that they will only reveal the secrets of this jutsu to those of the Tsuchigumo Clan. And, that if they should reveal any morsel of this jutsu to another person, they shall be stripped of their lives. In where the seal will break and consume the victim in a horrid death. Where their blood will forced out from every crevice of their bodies... And, as most would guess... or rather hope. The Tsuchigumo's secret technique has been held secret ever since that rule has been applied. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` *) It takes 10 Posts to deploy the jutsu. Every 2 posts the weather of the village will turn harsher... giving a warning to the citizen's that something isn't right:
-) 1st Two Posts: After remaining stationary for two posts, the Host of the technique will start to glow white. During this time, they must keep their hands continuously moving in the flow of the jutsu. Also the Host must stay stationary during the entire technique as they gather energy. The skies around the village will start to accelerate in an unusual rate.
-) 2nd Two Posts: The Host will glow a brighter white until the clothing he/she may be wearing will look purely white. This is from the fusion of chakra and nature's energy being obtained and morphed at a rapid rate while simultaneously being bottled up in an unstable ball. The clouds will continue the unusual pattern of speed whilst the wind around the village will pick up. If one is experienced enough and rather notices in time, the wind will actually be pushing away from where the Host is. Making a natural defense for the Host at this point an time. No, the wind won't be so strong that it can knock away Shinobi from attacking, but it will be strong enough that regularly thrown projectiles will lose any to all acceleration by the time it reaches the Host.
-) 3rd Two Posts: As the wind increases, making projectile weapons even more futile, the white light will start to slowly encase the Host of the jutsu as well as it starting to increase in size. Meaning that the power has become so unstable, that it can no longer be contained with the user and is starting to reach out into the environment. To an onlooker, a large beam of white light will be reaching up into the skies from where the host is standing.
-) 4th Two Posts: The wind at this time is quite violent. Shinobi that are two ranks underneath the user will be blown back at this level of the technique. Shinobi one rank will be able to get close but the force of the winds will reduce any Taijutsu attack by a half rank. Simply because of the force of energy and raw power being released from the user. Not only that, there will be an energy dome starting to form around the host. Producing highly condensed chakra as a form of a protective barrier for the host an attacker, if they manage to get through the wind, can penetrate the barrier. But at the cost of taking raw chakra damage to their bodies will be the penalty for attempting to attack the user at this level of the jutsu.
- 5th and final Two Posts: This is were the jutsu finally eradicates the village. When the user has retained enough of nature's energy, they will release all of what they have stored in one powerful blast. To protect the user from being damaged, and his/her comrades, the St.Pierre's utilized the chakra barrier that was utilized earlier as an offensive-defensive barrier to purely defensive barrier.to protect those within from the purification of the jutsu. (( About five feet from the user will be the total area of the barrier.))
Basically the jutsu is like an bomb. Once at this stage, raw chakra and the true power of nature will be released upon the village. Destroying anything and consuming every thing within the area.
Training
Now like any jutsu... it takes training to do this technique. But like the Sage's of summons, in which Tsuchigumo (Creator of the Clan) derived the idea from, the training is quite strenuous.
*) 10 Posts for training in the knowledge and control of Nature Energy.
*) 10 Posts for Chakra Control
*) 15 Posts for handling and controlling the magnitude of this magnificent jutsu.
*) 5 Posts for learning the long hand-seals that it takes to produce this jutsu.
Rules
-) The user must be completely stationary when performing this jutsu. They may move their upper body or duck, but the feet must be planted and the hand-seals cannot be broken or the jutsu is automatically canceled.
-) If the jutsu is canceled, the chakra is stripped from the user, as well as the user being unable to utilize the jutsu for TWO FULL DAYS. (This is in real life time)
-) Even if the justu is cast, the consequences of utilizing this massive technique will still apply. The inability of utilizing the technique for TWO FULL DAYS.
-) During those days, your chakra will be halved. [ For example, if you have 200 Chakra Points, you will only have 100 Chakra Points until the TWO DAYS have passed.
-) You must be a Tsuchigumo Clan Member. Either by marriage or through blood. Teaching the jutsu to anyone else, as stated above, will cause you the penalty instant death.

Sorry for the delay. Life's been a little hectic. Anywho, let's get down to business, shall we? Overall Verdict: Denied -Chuujitsu {Loyalty}: Why create the technique at all if it does nothing until later stages? -Chikara {Power}: With a technique like this, whose power level increases with rank, I'm going to have to say that the chakra cost for the technique's activation will increase to equal that of the user's rank per use. -Kuza {Bond}: If you could list a duration, number of times it can be used in a single fight, and a cool-down period, then it's okay. I'm a little biased because I really don't like telepathy in RP, so you're going to have to have some repercussions. -Magen:Shikarou {Mirage}: I'm sorry, but I can't accept a jutsu that can't be Kai'd out of. If you fix these things, I'll take another look at it.
