((I don't know about shadow...I'll check up on him soon but for now I'm just going to post as if they are already in the mansion. They can catch up later. I'm just ready to start the actual day already!))
Dakota waited till all six of the guests were inside before begining. "First off I would like to welcome you, my guests, to my humble home. These..." she waved her arms to show that she ment the others, "are my servents and yours during your stay. I know you all must be tired after such a trip so I shall have my servents help you to your room. We can answer questions later and have a bit of fun too! Alrighty then I bid you all a good...night. See you later." She moved out of the way so the servants and guests could get to their destination.
((Yea I'm also going to time skip in my post to after all the guests and servents have left the front and have gone to the rooms. You guys can post what happens but Dakota doesn't want to sit still while waiting...))
After all the guests and servents had gone, Dakota walked down the stairs and straight up to Alix. "Well how did it go, in your oppinion?" She held out her arm for him and waved her arm towards outside. She just wanted to walk and talk for a bit, knowing that sleep was very very far away.

Nicky looked around to see if she could spot her girl she was to take care of. She smiled as she spotted Aya. Getting off the wall she walked over to the girl in her man attire. She bowed like a gentalmen and smiled.

Alexander Matthews OpsonButler and personal advisor to Miss Dakota.((I don't know how it's supposed to be, and I'll edit if need be, but I imagine the estate grounds to be acres and acres of gardens, fountains, and cloisters of trees shadowing small ponds.)) Alix closed the front doors behind them and gave Miss Dakota a straight look. "The guests certainly seemed pleased enough. Confused, as expected. I believe it has gone well so far, but that may lead the other servants to believe they can slip back into their usual lazy routine." He reported honestly.
He walked slowly down the front path and by the large fountain he adored so much. Unfortunately, he didn't have time to admire it right now. More pressing issues awaited discussion. "Steven is dead." It was a statement. "Most everyone is thinking about it. They are afraid, and perhaps rightfully so." He paused to allow Miss Dakota to choose the next turn: through the rose garden or by the pond.
He worded his next statement very carefully; it was something he was used to doing. "Miss Dakota," He started slowly. "I believe, as do many of your other servants, that this incident was related directly to your past." He wouldn't actually ask her to reveal her secrets; they were hers. He trusted her, perhaps to a degree of foolishness. But he wanted to keep the idea clear in her mind that her dark past had become a danger to everyone around her.

((It works!)) Dakota turned them towards the rose garden. In the moonlight it the roses were very pretty. She sighed before answering his statements. "To tell you the truth...I'm even afraid of whats going to happen." Dakota still had the folder Jack had given her earlier. She now handed it to Alix. "I know that it seems as if my past has some how 'come back to haunt me' but I know for a fact that there isn't anything hauting in my past. I would just rather that no one look to it...if my past did get out there...then everyone would be at our doorstep asking so many questions..." She sighed and looked off to the other side. There was something in her past that she didn't want anyone to know...more than one thing actually...

After all the guest left the front door, Leo snuck off to his personal quarters, a.k.a. his room. He ditched his bag and mask next to his bed, but made sure he had the right equipment to defend Miss Dakota at any minute. She had left with Alix, her personal butler. Leo trusted anyone Dakota trusted. She had a great sense of discernment. But, with Steven's death, Leo didn't want to take any chances. He doubted that Alix could defend her like he could. Leo locked his door and opened his window. He room was on the third floor of the Mansion, right under the roof. Leo installed pieces of wood into the side of the mansion right above his window. From the distance, they weren't noticeable at all. But, up close you could see them, almost like an illusion. And from his window, they were definantly there. Leo sat on his ledge, pulling his legs out of the window. He set his feet on the ledge and climbed up the throngs to the roof. From there, Leo looked out over the grounds. He could see everything from there. He spotted his mistress with Alix in the garden. Leo walked to the edge of the roof and stepped off to the lower roofing over the living room. He moved silently acrossed the roof and squated next to the chimney to conceal himself. Miss Dakota only needed to know she was safe, she didn't need to know he was there, unless necessary. The two were within his view. Leo kept his eyes peeled for anything. He reached into a pocket on his belt and pulled out a small device. On the side, it read, in green lettering, I-sight. He put the digital mini-binocular to his right eye and presses a button to focus it. They were clearer now. Leo dropped his hand and waited.

Alexander Matthews OpsonButler and personal advisor to Miss Dakota.((I'm sorry; I've forgotten. What's in the file? It's a background run on all new personel, right?)) Alix's eyes scanned around nervously, but not obviously. He was frightened, but he didn't want Miss Dakota to know. There for a moment, he could have sworn that someone was watching him. Judging him. It took him a while to associate the feeling with Leo, probably because he was tired. And judging from the size of this folder, he wasn't going to be sleeping well any time soon.
A light in his face looked almost like a weary smile and he exhaled heavily. "I have to keep a 'special' eye on everyone on the estate, don't I?" The question was superfluous; he'd be watching people carefully anyway. It was a terrible burden on him, but he knew his place. He shook off his momentary fit of depression to make room for focus.
He didn't bother to open the file here. He would wait until he was in his 'closet' to do that. "Miss Dakota, my powers are limited. I..." He took a deep breath. "Even if he's thinking about the murder right now, everyone else is, too. It's an absolute smokescreen of thoughts. And I'm... I don't think I can find him. I'm not strong enough." He stared intently at the roses to avoid looking at Miss Dakota, and his hands closed into fists at his own failings. He couldn't bear to disappoint her, but it was the sad truth of the matter.

"Hey listen" She gentally pulled his face so he was facing her. "I don't expect you to find the killer. Ok? And I don't expect you to keep a 'special' eye out for all of them. Everyone has a weakness and limits. I don't want you streching yourself thin."
"We have a few more guests comming and those are the ones I want you to keep an eye on. They are the ones that need to be safe. Who ever killed Steven knows something about my past and what we're doing here. They think...well they know, that the two are connected. The other guests that are coming know that connection too...I'm more worried that our killer is going to go after them."
She paused and looked over the garden. She knew that Leo was watching them from his spot behind the chimney, she knew alot of things, but she didn't let on that she knew. With a sigh she placed her hand on Alix's fist.
"Billy is the first to come. He'll be here tomarrow(tuesday) and he'll probably have his assistant Nancy with him. Ami will be the next...You might need to have a talk with Ami...you two are so much alike." Dakota smiled. It was really easy to let loose with Alix. She might even let him know her past before all the others...Maybe...
((Basically. And pics from the killing.))

Alexander Matthews OpsonButler and personal advisor to Miss Dakota.((I'm going to have to make Alix a little looser here soon, but for now, I'm going to keep him straight-laced.)) Alix nodded and took a deep breath. It took him a second, but he returned to his normal, kind-of-snooty expression. It wasn't like him to get carried away like that. Others probably found it odd that he would consider what had just happened 'carried away.' He was generally in better control of his emotions than this, but he was tired. Dead tired. He wasn't opening this folder tonight.
He felt a serious emotional breakdown welling up inside of him. Too many things were happening, and he was too tired to sort them out. "Miss Dakota, I think it may be time for me to retire. I am too tired to focus. And I would suggest you return to the house as well. I do not much care for the thought of you outside alone, given the circumstances." He turned back toward the house.
He wished he could be himself more around Miss Dakota. They used to get along so famously. But it seemed as time went on, he needed to be more her servant than her friend. Even though she probably wouldn't admit it, she needed someone to help her with her hectic life, and Alix knew that was his place. He was better for her at her feet than by her side. The thought depressed him. He felt his emotional fit brewing again.

Dakota sighed as she watched him walk off. Alix was the closest thing she had to a friend in this place. She sat down on the bench and picked a rose. "Roses are beautiful, life is just like them. Beautiful yet deadly." She shook her head with a slight smile. She stood after a moment and started towards the house, twirling the rose as she walked.

((Sorry that I haven't posted in a while. I've been having a major case of writer's block that won't seem to leave me alone. I'm still having it, though not quite as bad. But I'd better post. Sorry if it turns out to be really bad, though.))
Aya saw someone walk over to her and bow. The person was wearing a suit, but Aya couldn't be sure if it was a guy or a girl. Either way, Aya didn't want to stand for a lot longer. Her bag was starting to feel very heavy.
((Eh. Sorry. That could have been a lot better if I didn't have this stupid writer's block. >.>))
