Wellll I've been neglecting this area because of Uni. The Creative Writing course looks really fun and the English Lit looks like a challenge. I'm going to the Demon Newspaper today to get involved, which I hope won't be too much work!
My writing is slowing down because of all this work to do which sucks...big time. Need to get cracking on with that after I go to my sessions today...ack!

I'm glad I'm not the only one struggling to balance everything! It's quite difficult, isn't it? I haven't joined our university newspaper, though I should really try it. I guess I just don't have the confidence - although I'd like to submit short stories or something. That would be nice.
I hope you get everything sorted out soon so you can focus on writing!

Haha yes, it has been difficult and it is only induction week! Ack! Leicester is just so different lol.
Finally I have an afternoon off so...it is writing time biggrin

Today I spent my afternoon off in bed, and my evening off playing Left 4 Dead on the xbox with my housemate. XD
I realised, one of my assessments is due in as early as week three, which means I have 2 weeks to get myself into gear and get this essay written. I don't think I'm going to be writing much for a while...

We don't have any channels or a TV license for our TV, which saves us money AND time! =P My writing went down when I started uni too, and I'm still trying to find a way to balance it all out, even after a year! D=

Haha, I'm sure you'll work out a balance much more easily than I'm doing. I guess I just have trouble separating myself from whatever else is going on. ninja

Hahaha no my flatmates distract me! Plus I'm so bored of Verum but when I brought up cutting it early to my reviewers, I got angry reviews! Haha, so I have to reluctantly plough myself through that!
I really want to start my political fiction, might plan that tonight smile

Haha, it's not use writing something you're not enjoying! However, having said that, you might start to enjoy it again if you force through a bit longer. Sometimes I find that.

Ack, just I'm so excited for this new story. I really feel it has a place on the market...hopefully anyway...I've never actually seen anything like this on the market.
It's gay fiction (of course). Political power struggles, dragging down monarchies, fantasy fiction, love triangles (sexy ones) etc!
I just...need to find the time lol

Exactly...it is the guilt that surely there is something Uni-wise you could be doing.
A break through on Verum! I'm now on an interesting part and a reviewer told me what she would like to see happen, so it makes me all giddy with excitement!
