Winged guardian has proven incapable of reading and began to do a training that he was not supposed to, when I asked him to stop the first time he was on the 5th post, and I told him that if he wanted xp for it, he would have to do the training the normal way, where he needed a 10 or above for a success, instead he just continued on.

In character I should bust his head open, but OOC, he is on his own ******** program and doesn't want to listen.

Listen. I have this thing called a job.
My job is called Petty Officer 2nd Class in the united states Navy.
My job, and my sailor's take priority over anything that gaia has to offer.
Following those things are myself, my family, my lover, my pets, my volunteer group, and then gaia.
I don't have the time to sift through your post every night, it happens. I post when I can and thats that. I notice certain people trying to speak to Bumu, but 90% of the time its just another "Oh s**t I'm late post." And honestly speaking, I've seen to many of those to care by this point. The academy is a flawed system in many ways, people at different levels who like to do things on their own ******** program, but have absolutely no idea what to do, and for that I say look at the front page of the academy and do it yourself.

However, if you come to the academy and interact with my character I expect that you are going to do the assignments I give you. Not blow me off. My post are decorated, they are hard to miss, thats why I used that pic instead of a smaller one, so that they would not go overlooked.

However, I usually only skim other peoples post, and if I missed an interaction with your character, PM me to say so instead of just waiting. If you wait, your going to rot, I'm a busy person.

Sage is in charge of the Academy. Those who have student characters, please listen to him. Just try to cooperate, and then once you graduate, you have more freedom to learn what ever skills and jutsu you please.

Sage, from now on, anything that is on the first page is on a single scroll that is given to students... so the standard stuff for graduation doesn't have to be handed out by the teacher all the time... you just need to worry about extra curriculum, answering questions, and giving out some help bonuses now and then.

I didn't, but your also the boss, so I figured if they want to do 5/5 for extra credit I'd let them for straight xp w/o skill boost.
