9 + 2 = 11 Fail Cp: 7/24 His body felt heavy, his breath was heavy, and head soaked with sweat. Tairu looked and felt exhausted, he had used up almost 71% of his bodies chakra and the effects were clearly viable to the naked eye. I must continue on for it is my destiny, greatness must be achieved through hard work and sacrifice! Tairu wiped the sweat from his using the bottom of his under shirt; leaving a small smudge of discoloring due some dirt on his face. Tairu then prepared him self to activate the Byakugan again. Alright once more I shall practice and then do because the length of my Byakugan is meaningless If I cannot call it command. he reasoned as he justified the time it would take him to practice. Even though Tairu was quite patient he always the need to justify himself. Perhaps it was because his family was always casting doubt upon him. After practicing this usual mental and physical walk through of the 48 hand seal sequence for forcibly activating the Byakugan Tairu did it for real. Indeed this failure taught Tairu something important. In his exhausted state Tairu had learned that he could no longer do the 48 hand seal activation sequence as accurately when he was tired. Saito's eyes shimmered as the great kage who stood before him accepted him. He smiled a bit widely, genuinly pleased. He wanted to jump up in excitment, but another side of him started beating the living lights out of the idea.
He looked down, his long bangs moving over his jade eyes. The child moved his hands over his hair, moving it to the side. He used the hairpin to fasten it and slowly met his smaller fist with his new master's pale one.
He didn't speak for the longest time, enjoying the breeze as it passed. Saito slowly moved his slender arm out, letting a leaf fall into his hand. He looked at it, as if to search for words to speak.
His eyes slowly closed as he breathed out. "Zephyr, but you see. I'm not Senju, nor am I Uchiha. I am Yakedo Saito. I'm not bound by name, only to the village and people whom I love..", he replied, his young voice fluid and confident.
He raised his hand a bit, letting the breeze carry the leaf from his hand. His innocent eyes followed it, "Hell by definition is meaningless to me. I'm ready.", he quietly states and bowing.

16 + 2 = 18 Pass Cp: 4/24 Tairu could by how exhausted he felt that this would probably be his last attempt at maintaining the Byakugan before he had to rest and recover his chakra. Tairu had worked hard and he did indeed deserve to rest at the current but he would not let himself do so. I must press onward and make every bit of effort to complete this training that I can.Tairu readied himself to activate the Byakugan once again. I must pay special attention to my hand seals as I do this since I'm so tired. Tairu thought as he readied himself to avoid his previous error. Kiri, Dragon, Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri | Dragon, Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon | Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon, Vajra | Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon, Vajra, Tiger. Upon reaching Tiger Tairu said, "Byakugan." Tairu said with a strong conviction as he hoped that he was still able to activate it even in his exhausted state. The veins caused by his active Byakugan once again appeared as Tairu forced his Byakugan to activate. His scar pinged with pain, as chakra began to run increasingly low. Tairu held on as long as he could but he just simply didn't have the chakra to maintain the Byakugan any longer and allowing to stay would surely end his life so Tairu deactivated. He breathed in and out heavily. I need to sit! his mind screamed as legs complained. Tairu sait and and tried to recover his breath. [-3 Cp] Cp now 1/24 Juuken Kempo Ryuu

EDIT: I accidentally rolled. I will use this for my next post. Takeshi was glad for the rest. This was a strange feeling he had. It wasn't like his physical strength had left him, as the time with Yarotai beating the crap out of him, but as in the lack of energy. IT was a strange feeling, and new one. Still, it wasn't long lasting, as he could feel his strength returning rapidly. "Whew, I actually made two clones." That was all he said. He was content on relaxing on the grass surface. His blew in the wind with the grass, and then he realized that everyone else except for him and Yarotai was gone. This in mind, he rested in peace.
Bunshin no Jutsu Part 2
The second part of the training would be to create the actual clones by using the learned handseals. To successfully create a clone, the student would have to have a total DC of 5. With every interval of 5, the student would make a clone.
5 = 1 clone (-1cp)
10 = 2 clones (-2cp)
15 = 3 clones (-3cp)
20 = 4 clones (-4cp)
If a student only has 3 CP, then he cannot create 4 clones, even if his total roll is 20. Resting for one post will gain back +2 Cp (temporary, only for this lesson). They must successfully complete the Jutsu 4 times, regardless of how many clones they create.

"That's right." Said Zephyr, softly smiling.
It was almost strange to see this, but, just like in the rare moments the wild storms would give away to the clearest skies, so were the rare moments of peace of the Senju lord - true peace, not that forced by meditation - as usually wildly mischievous green-gold orbs settled with the warm light of encouragement, and the true dignified gait appropriate for one his station.
Despite all, he did not want to believe in fate.
"You are neither Senju, nor are you Uchiha." He agreed. "You are Konohagakurian..." His voice trailed off to a barely languorous mumur, as he would close his eyes for a moment: "And I am grateful, to the heavens, for that." His eyes were heavy lidded as they opened slowly, and he observed the boy: "We are the gods' playthings, but I still want to believe..."
He hesitated.
"...I still want to believe there is no such thing as fate."
And gestured aside.
"Come then, let us start." He looked at the boy questioningly. "What of the Academy lessons have you completed?"
...he wanted to believe, that they could truly carve their own paths.
Yokou still prayed...
...can he, too...?
Even if it is merely an illusion.

His eyes were fixed on analyzing his sensei. Zephyr cleary had convictions, though for a moment, he seemed to be at peace. He felt sad, for single second. He however realized that his master would share in time, prying was for the lowly.
He nodded as the sensei finished, bowing a bit.
"Well, my training started today... I spent about 214 seconds on the most basic of training.", he started, sighing, a bit disappointed in himself.
"I learned three hand-signs...", he continued, hesitating a bit. He quickly moved his hands together, thinking for a second about the images of the seals in his head before performing the three back to back rather quickly.
He stopped and looked up, his hands still fixed on the 'Ox' sign.

Cp: 1/24 Tairu simply fell to the ground and landed in a seated position. He sat there with his hands behind his back at a slight angle so that he was leaning backwards somewhat. So tired.... was all he could think as he tried to concentrate but found he couldn't. Tairu looked around at his surroundings his eyes felt heavy and he blinked repeatedly as he looked around. People were talking but he couldn't really here them since he had no focus. "Yo..." he breathed out heavy and breathed in deeply, "Yokou-sa", Tairu took one more deep breath, Yokou-sama, I can't continue, I'm so sorr...." Tairu's arms gave way and he collapsed backwards. Now laying on the ground Tairu panted as he experienced a level of exhausting he had only come close to when he had first started training to be a shinobi. Tairu looked up at the sky and passively watched the clouds go bye as sweat dripped down the side of his head. +1 CpJuuken Kempo Ryuu

"You know of chakra, as being the product of the mind and body. The children are taught to do molding by using a seal to concentrate." There was a soft breathing silence, but she continued on smoothly. "Seals are not necessary, they are a mere tool to catalyst the process. The true reward comes from when one really learns to harness control over the mind, and control over the body..."
"If your mind is chaotic, you will not be able to focus." She gestured to the scroll she had given him. "Think back. "Aum" is all - the universe: the states of waking, dreaming, and sleeping. A-kara, for the physical form - the energy of the body, U-kara, for the metaphysical forms - the energy of the mind, and M-kara, the universe which brings us together. The three states lead to the fourth state: the universe connects the states of the mind and body, and with the bringing of transcendence, makes the fourth state possible - the state of illumination."
"We draw from the transcendent state - the state of perfect harmony - the energies of the body: the energy of the world. That is the nature of chakra, like the proud insignia we of the Hyuuga line bear. Think, Tairu-kun. What is our line blessed with that which forms the core of our Jyuuken Kempo...?" There was a pause.
"What is special of how we mold chakra...?"
The answer was simple.
The Hyuuga clan do not mold chakra.
"Yes, Tairu. Even without the conscious control, our bodies - not just the Hyuuga line - know how to return to the state of harmony. That is because we are, after all, children of the earth."
The balance of harmony is the mother of their incredibly high chakra reserves - Senju is otherwise blessed similarly, but by instead the energies of life: mother nature herself. She referred to their all-tenketsu node release hence: the root secret of the Jyuuken arts. Harmony was the natural secret of unconscious chakra molding: the Hyuuga clan had learned to harness and greatly expand upon that.
"When you were taught to mold chakra, they taught using seals. Seals help the mind to calm, the body's energy to stabilize, creating a false balance for one who cannot achieve it so. But it is wrong..." She continued. "Such artificial building - such false recovery of the depleted reserves - it violates the most sacred rule of harmony. The body is oppressed, accustomed to only using the traditional tenketsu (note: she refers to the customary harnessing of chakra at the hands and feet), and just like limbs left unused, so have they lost the command over their whole body's tenketsu over the ages."

Taking advantage of the all-tenketsu release, the idea is very similar to the yin-yang insignia the Hyuuga clan bears to remind themselves of their naturally strong affinity with chakra: try to keep the energy harnessed evenly throughout the body, and as new chakra is molded, to as evenly possible smoothen chakra distribution. By doing this, you will more efficiently gather chakra, because you are not merely oppressing the system in one area to forcibly gather chakra from the physical (body) and spiritual (mind) energies. Control the energy as carefully as necessary, it will grow easier with time.

8 + 1 + 6 = 15 Pass Cp: 2 Tairu laid in silence and breathed deeply in and out as he listened to Yokou-sama talk. To hear this,her words, was amazing, how much he had missed due to the actions or rather inaction of his family. I know so little, yet so much was expected of me. he thought in reference to the role he had yet to fulfill among his family as the first born son. The possibility of a faster recovery was astonishing, the length of time at which it took Tairu to recover his chakra in earlier trainings took so long that it almost seemed like a miracle to Tairu that he could recover faster. As Tairu got his breathing under control he sat up and crossed his legs inward in order to get comfortable. Tairu was lucky that he had done that first aid lesson or else he wouldn't have even understood what Yokou-sama was talking about when she mentioned the tenketsu nodes. Tairu placed his hands onto his lap palms face up; he did what he had seen others do before in the gardens of their compound in the hope that it would aid him. "I will try my hardest Yokou-sama." Tairu said in between breathes. Tairu closed his eyes and tried to empty his mind of all distractions, only focusing on the image of the chakra circulatory system that he had seen with the Byakugan. Tairu felt a small release of chakra as he tried to reach a state of peace. What Yokou-sama had instructed was indeed working. Now it was up to Tairu to harness this power. 3 + 1 = 4 fail Cp: 2/24 Tairu continued to breath in and out; slower and slower. Working to control his lungs and heart rate Tairu was slowing the speed of his lungs and calming his heart. He remained stationary in his seated position with his eyes shut. He kept them shut for they were a sensory distraction when he only needed to look inward. As he sat quietly thinking on the matter Tairu began to comprehend more about the peace of which Yokou spoke. I must be in balance with my self, that will give me strength. Tairu continued to focus on his tenketsu nodes and the molding on chakra. He was still exhausted but pushing distractions out of his mind until there was but one goal made his concentration a little easier. What Tairu had briefly felt occurring with is chakra nodes was now gone. Tairu had only been grasping at straws and it seemed that this process would be quite difficult. Zephyr rolled his eyes and when he spoke again, his voice was tinted with a trace of good humor. "And I spent two thousand, seven hundred and fifty-six seconds speaking with you." But then, his eyes widened.
Should not have said that.

...because it was damned right.
Something nagging at his mind told him the boy was dead-accurate too, but Zephyr shoved aside his prodding subconscious and waving it aside, instead proceeded to more important matters. He frowned instead, as he mumbled: "...well...we have to get that done first..." It was unfortunate, because that was the most...well, utterly boring part of the Academy, but it was true: handseals were, alas, necessary.
"I'm assuming you have a scroll with you...?" Questioned Zephyr. "Well...use it as merely guidance to have an idea of what the seal should look like." He looked at the boy pointedly. "The seals of the zodiac aren't just meager shapes you form with your hands. They each correspond to a particular combination of a direction, and a respective element...the seals of the zodiac are derived from the mystical healing art of the Tenchi Seikei Te-Ate, or simply, the art composed of mantras: the shingon (jumon), mandalas (nerikis, the visualizations of symbols), and ketsu-in (in-zou, the finger weaving arts)."
A pause.
"Tenchi Seikei Te-Ate, with those three components, formed the traditional basis of handseals with the kuji-in technique: drawing on the discipline to bypass physical capacities and produce enhanced physical sensitivity, the induction of near-shamanic visionary states, and so on." He stopped briefly, before continuing. "Does that sound familiar to you? Those will be the early Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and the first specialization of Taijutsu arts, Saito-kun."
"The seals of the zodiac you use develops from this traditional as part of the physical seals. There are other more specialized seals you will be certainly using in the future: sutras compose the summoning arts, and the clans of Rikudo's line utilize the onmyoji seals." He gestured aside. "Thus, you cannot simply imagine handseals as something forced. The positions are uncomfortable, feeling almost outright natural...but what you must keep in mind is that these are natural: in the balanced state (harmony), without the protests of the mind inhibited by natural obstacles and the body from imagined obstacles (hallucinations from the mind)."
"See how one seal from another varies so." And Zephyr began, his fingers weaving together to easily form the rat seal. "The Rat, the north and the element of shadows."
"Because only with this understanding, will you be able to truly flawlessly execute the seals." Then came the ox seal, the tiger seal so oft used in the Katon arts, the hare, the dragon...Zephyr performed them all perfectly, beautifully, and unlike the clumsy but accurate attempts of young shinobi, his flowed like the tides of the sea.

(I'm rolling like it's the fight against Takeshi crying ) 1 + 1 = 2 Fail Cp: 2/24 I must unite my physical and mental self; create harmony within my body. Tairu thought to himself as he struggled to create the harmony Yokou had spoke of. Earlier Tairu had felt it's touch but only for a second. Now he needed to find that inner peace again and hold onto it. Tairu had calmed his body even though his chakra levels were low, he knew that he would be fine once he unleashed this inner power. That thought alone was enough to silence his minds protest. Peace, harmony, tranquility. Tairu pictured Yokou-sama's smile as he kept still. Harmony is key, inner peace will unleash my power. Tairu was unmoving like a large boulder as he tried to shut out everything going on around him. Still nothing, this new concept of recovery was still alien and it was like trying to find big foot. Tairu had a glimpse but that was all. Now he had nothing but an earlier feeling as he still could not reach what he was striving for. Molding Chakra - the Raw Energies
Description: Look back to the symbol 'om' and it's importance in meditation - the three states in this sense will refer to mind, body, and the physical essence of chakra: or in other words, the raw energies of the body. To more efficiently harness the raw energy of the body (it is already easier because Hyuuga clan do not take as great pains in molding with all tenketsu-release), you must clear your mind and truly concentrate on extracting chakra from all parts of the body - the whole body - not just the traditional hands and feet which are oft the focus in chakra molding.
Taking advantage of the all-tenketsu release, the idea is very similar to the yin-yang insignia the Hyuuga clan bears to remind themselves of their naturally strong affinity with chakra: try to keep the energy harnessed evenly throughout the body, and as new chakra is molded, to as evenly possible smoothen chakra distribution. By doing this, you will more efficiently gather chakra, because you are not merely oppressing the system in one area to forcibly gather chakra from the physical (body) and spiritual (mind) energies. Control the energy as carefully as necessary, it will grow easier with time.

Saito listened intently to the eloquence the scroll left out, watching the seals performed elegantly. He held his sign for a second more before parting his hands.
So this was the Kage level...
He closed his eyes and opened them, ready not to blink. He watched the seals performed again right before his eyes and only counted eight or so, and he was sure Zephyr expected to follow him. He sighed again...
"I haven't even tried them all..", he said softly to himself. He was wasting the Hokage's time by staring like an idiot. (=.='')
"I-- memorized the scroll, handed it back to Yarotai-san.", he muttered as he brought his hands together. He looked at Zephyr holding his Boar.
Let's try it.
He closed his eyes, imagining his own picture and quickly brought his hands together, the wrists were connected, the palms were symmetrical and the fingers were curled in, all pointing downward.
He glanced down, not bad. Next one. Dog!

Saito closed his eyes, the dog sign forming in his hand. He broke the boar and swiftly moved his hands apart.
"Dog.", he said aloud.
The dog was a loose fist, the left hand rested atop, the fingers in perfect alignment. He noted in his mind that the fingers of the open palm should start at the edge of the closed fist. This jutsu could easily be over corrected...
His hands came together once more.
He quickly opened his eyes, success. These weren't perfect, but that would take practice. Zephyr must've been much greater than him, even his first time performing the seals, but he was a genius. Saito didn't believe he'd have such capability.

What the hell?
First the kid blows her off, goes back to training and after one measly failure he decides to quit and listen to her? Was Sa-chan's little brother trying to make a statement? That he could do whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted? Or maybe he's just easily moody, like a kid who was hungry. Wait, bad analogy. He said he already ate. Eh. It was like trying to figure out what mood her mom was in when she had her period.
If it was because he was upset the jutsu didn't work out, well... Chouko could give him some advice with the jutsu, even though the Akimichi didn't know it herself. The girl had witnessed Sa-chan flawlessly performing the jutsu several times when they were training in their academy days. But that would encourage him to go back to training. And he had just agreed to rest too. Maybe he had some sort of boob complex. After all, Chouko didn't see any other male siblings at his house during her stays at Sa-chan's house. Maybe that's why he avoided her, because her large chest was intimidating. Or something. It might affect his sexual preferences. Hrm...
"Oi, is there a chick out there you like?" Chouko blurted out, and rather thoughtlessly.
