Jack shook his head, then flew back off to the boat, continuing his welding. He had to make sure that it was good and strong, in case they got attacked...

Edward looked down, "I just, it's just that..." He tried to put his feelings into words but failed, he just looked down, his metal arm feeling heavy, his leg as well.

Nina looked at Edward, feeling sorry for him, she went up to him and hugged him with a gentle hug trying to make him feel better. She let go soon after and looked at him, "She'd be glad to have a friend who cared as much as you do."
Yuta watched and couldn't stand it anymore, he returned to the boat as well and used magic to help make an even stronger barrier.

Ed looked at Nina in shock at first but then a gentle, sad smile played across his face, "Thanks, I appreciate it," He then looked at them, "In our world, I've seen the gate that souls pass through to the dead."

Kenpachi shrugged then walked onto the deck of the ship. he had tried to comfort someone which is normally something he would never have done. he was eager to set sail.
