((I thought the hole was still open, the opening was halted, not reversed 0_o Oh well))
Jacob grimaced and backed away from the wall, he stood in the threshold of the door.

((...what? No he didn't...))
Joe had another idea. He began to focus on manipulating the marble covering to create a prison for each of the Tyrgani. They would be cells, seperate from each other, and small enough to be just outside of the REFs. Joe would wait to spring them until they were not moving.

(( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGXavXZwRcgAnd yes, he did. One Shadowman is locked in a marble dome.)) The Shadowmen warily watched the buildup of mana around Joe. -- Jacob observed the mana; it seemed like it had been taken from Joe's mana battery. It was simply floating in the area; he could probably easily either explode it, or put it to just about any other use he felt like applying it to.

((What the hell was that? LOL. I don't recall that.))
How warily? Like, not moving warily? If that was the case, then Joe sprung the trap. If not, then he moved slowly, keeping his eyes on them.

Well! Jacob thought, pondering briefly what to do with the mana.
He decided on cause the stone wall to implode on itself in spiky death for the people inside.
If that didn't work, explosion would also be good.

Jacob felt the mana, shaped it, directed it, spread it through the marble.
And then all hell broke loose upon the poor bastards behind it. Chunks of the wall because to split off, forming small tetrahedral bullets. There was more mana left; he tore the marble sheet up beneath them, shredding their feet and removing their footing. He easily overwhelmed the elementalists' resistance.
"Oh god, heeaaaagguuuuuuuuhhh!" "Je- Uughh! Oh sh-" Splattering noises came from behind the barricade. "Son of a bit-" Sounds of steadily dripping blood, then silence.

The Tyrgani man was taking one slow step at a time.

Joe experimentally sent a single tendril of stone up the slow-moving man's leg.

The stone beneath the Tyrgani man was useless. He could feel the scrambling of the mana in a two-foot radius around the man.

Oh right. That. Umm... Joe tried pulling the stone up around the Tyrgani agent in the rear, where none of the others could see them. It came upward with the speed of a striking cobra, and Joe was already primed to do it with the other two.

Jacob giggled almost madly. That was so much better than an explosion. Linda had just gone from great to amazing in Jacob's eyes. Jacob opened a large hole in what was left of the wall, bracing himself for the inevitable gore.

Joe watched extended his mana, a wave of Unreality emanating from his hands.
No ******** way. The Shadowman had stared at the invisible wave of mana as it went by, scattering and reforming as it passed through the REF, and raised the wall. He stood for a moment, stunned. Before he could run, Joe finished the prison. The last Shadowman - the one with the knife - rushed Joe, his knife at his side.
--
The opening of the hole crumbled the rest of the now-structurally-unsound wall. Jacob was struck with a somewhat horrific scene, with mangled, dismembered, disemboweled corpses littering the ground, expressions of horror on the few remaining distinguishable faces.

((Dude, now imagine what Joe could do if he used his mana cell in Jacob's situation. While in Avatar mode. twisted ))
Joe grinned briefly in triumph before he jumped back from the opponent. As he was in the air, he allowed his fire to fade away, leaving him in his regular form. Upon landing, Joe drew both his 9mm and his combat knife. He held both ready.
