O LCD (Ou cristal líquido) gasta menos energia, é a tecnologia de maior vida útil, gera tantas cores quanto o plasma (neste caso eh como se comparássemos o XBox com o PS2, ou seja, praticamente iguais com algumas diferenças) e se quebrar o custo é minimo.
Eu prefiro o LCD xd
Se você não olhar do ângulo certo, as cores ficam estranhas, a resolução não é tão precisa quanto a do plasma se você tiver um sinal digital...
Custo-benefício, é melhor comprar LCD.
Mas se você tiver grana e quiser qualidade, vá com o plasma. xd

Mas esse negócio do ângulo depende da matriz. Tem LCD que non faz diferença o ângulo. As mais novas principalmente.
