"Smartass..." Shinzu said as he walked back to the dummies, leaving batsu behind him. Again he was confronted by underquality equipment, did anbody bother to maintain this stuff? He though as he moved to the next one down the line.

Batsu chuckled a bit as he watched Shinzu go back to the dummies. "Shinzu, I'm disappointed in you. I'm quite possibly the smartest, aware, agile member on the team. It takes a lot to scare me like you tried to do and I can sense when you are being serious or not. Besides, a sensei never lays a hand on his student... or isn't supposed to anyways."

"You sir have not read the 'Exciting Youth Adventures of Rock Lee. Who's smart now eh?" Shinzu said as he began his inspection of yet another dummy. He finally smiled at a dummy, now this seemed alright! Moving it out away from the other, he took his stance, and punched it square in the chest. From there the dummy went flying away towards one of the far walls, if he kept learning the gates, well Andou might not let him train here.

Batsu's eyebrows shot up at the remark that Shinzu made and he had to turn back and look at him. "What does that have to do with the price of tea in Konoha?! All you did was read a book about someone and that gives you infinite wisdom? Boy, you really are a piece of work Shinzu!" Batsu turned back around and went back to reading. The response really threw Batsu for a loop.

────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────It had been a little while while since Karasu had made it to class. So he had no way of knowing of the segregation of the two different classrooms. The last he knew there was only one class. So as he came strolling in he looked kind of nonchalant. He wasn't quite himself be he was atleast showing up. That was something right? With that thought in mind he would just move up to the front of the class where Bumu usually slept. Karasu would lean against the wall with his eyes lidded. He knew he needed to finish training his replacement technique but wasn't sure how to do so without a partner.

Black, greasy hair, white roots .... "Kaguya, you aren't in my class anymore, you got transferred out. This is the advanced class now." And her only three students were out on a mission, from which they would hopefully graduate. Bumu continued to sit in her seat at the top of the class. "Andou is filling in for Mokujin down the hall, that is your instructor now." She would rather sit in her empty room than have to deal with his bratty a**.

"What does the price of tea in Konoha have to do with anything anyway?" Shinzu asked, equally confised as Batsu was at this point. "Eh, whatever. You been thinking much about the Chuunin Exams? We're jsut about at that level now." Shinzu aaked as he set up the dummy and took a swing at it. He missed completely, his fist moved faster then he thought it would.

"There's a method to the madness, Shinzu. I'm doing all this training in preparation. Being a medic can only get me but so far. If I make it to the third round then it''s quite possible that I'll lose there. You and Masaraku can fight... amazingly I might add. I only have my bow and arrows and I haven't been practicing like I should." Batsu sighed a bit as he continued reading more about the jutsu he hoped to learn soon.

"Well don't put too much work in it, remember it's me and Masaraku's job to protect you. Not that I'm saying do nothing haha, last thing we need is for you to get seperated, and disappear on us. Why don't you work on your stealth and bow skills? As it is our squad has next to zero scouting ability. Shinzu said, turning to face Batsu for now.

"I can only stay behind the scenes for so long, ya know? My bow can only do so much damage and I'm already an excellent scout if I say so myself. My focus is going back to what my family is good for... genjutsu. My older brother has told me that there are some techniques that can severely cripple an opponent. That would be beneficial for everyone... including me and my limited abilities."

"But you've put so much work into Medical Jutsu, and your scouting abilities. You can cripple an opponent just as easily with those as you can with Genjutsu, trust me. Besides you do realize me and Masaraku could never complete a mission without you, right? You're our eyes, and ears on a mission, like when we went on that last mission. Me and Masaraku could've never taken down that hideout without you." Shinzu said, shrugging as he turned around and landed a punch square on the dummies chest. "I have a couple smoke bombs if you want them, it'd allowing you to attack someone, then go into hiding to hit them with another sneak attack." He added after observing the dummy for a moment.

Batsu lifted the book high enough in the air to show Shinzu that he was reading a book on ninjutsu. He then brought the book back down to eye level and went to reading again. "I never said that I'd stop building those areas, I'm just thinking about going another route with it all. Aside from scouting and medical ninjutsu, there isn't much more to say. I'm filling that void with genjutsu. After I get a few genjutsu techniques under my belt then I'll probably devote my time and energy into becoming a full-time doctor in the hospital."

"What you gonna break up the squad?" Shinzu said with a grin. "You might want to consider becoming a Chuunin if not Jounin before applying there, haha." Shinzu said with a slight shrug as he took off towards the dummy. Acting quickly he dropped to down and kicked the dummy in the legs, and hopping up, fell onto it with his knee. "Anyway, I wouldn't mind learning some ninjutsu myself, but only to support my Taijutsu."

"That's not breaking up the squad. When we get older, the elders will leave D-ranked missions to the students. Missions of our caliber will be few and far between so we'll each be doing different things in the meantime. Of course, we'll still come together as a team and kick some enemy a** when the time comes." Batsu looked over his shoulder and nodded at Shinzu.

"Yeah, unless some of us take on a Genin team, I heard the new Mizukage is going to get a jounin for every new squad. Anyway I suppose for those of us with a team, it's right back to D-Rank Missions." Shinzu said with a grin as he grabbed the dummy and picked it up, preparing for a throw. With a grunt he tossed it, and tensing his legs he made a run at it. If he could get there in time, he could deal some extra damage.
