I'm reminded of Loz' blue flash speed thing... when seeing Allen's Accelerate ability.
That guy had a cool gauntler/hammer spike/eletric shock thing.

I seem to picture Allen's Accelerate as more like Cloud's Omnislash, just iwthout the clones and four swords.
Just the rabid fast slashing and all that.

Allen Limit will take off his remaining 8000 HP and make him evolve into Safer Viceroy - who will immediately start spamming the 10 Minute long Chaos summon.
