Nah, not really.. I think I've been quite lucky rather than good xD
Good luck in yours, too! ^__^;; Scales are okay, just learn them and play them over and over and over.. I just can't sight-read, dunno what I'm going to do if he gives me like 6 flats or something.. >__<;;
I used to get distinctions up to Grd 5.. and then I just sort of.. sucked, after that. xD But my parents quite want (as in, really really want) me to get at least a merit this time.. since it's Grade 8 and all.. xP
