Jacob smirked and retracted the shotgun to avoid having it mauled with gunfire. If the hole he had made was clear of gunfire, he would hop in with his knife.
If it wasn't, and it probably wasn't, he moved to another hole and fired once more.

Ohh, got it. Joe flew up as fast as he could, past the others and up to about the third floor. He landed on the balcony above the fight and said through the mana channel, Someone paint the Tyrg targets for me. Then I would advise you not to be near. Focusing, Joe put a hand on the wall. The balcony he was on, as well as the one between that and the Tyrg, and the one that they stood on, shifted almost imperceptibly as Joe readied them to collapse.

Joe discovered that, for all the marble he could see, the balconies were mostly metallic. There was, in fact, too much metal in them for Joe to do much at all.
Jacob found most of the holes were being sealed. The wall began a steady slide outward.

Joe stamped in anger. OK. What else? He pondered making a bullet. He bent and scooped up some marble, shaped it into a bullet, then took to the air. He dropped down and fired it at a Tyrg, using both Wind and Earth for as long as he could to increase its speed.

The Tyrgani man glanced up and promptly shot the earth bullet, turning it to powder. That had to all be the ARI at work.
((Suddenly, something happened in AWoP!
Also, "a Tyrg" is grammatically incorrect. It's like saying Joe was bitchslapped by a France. Or that he was kicked by an Order of Moloch.))

((aWOP advances when Joe kills a...Tyrgani?))
Joe had another idea. He ascended rapidly, then scooped up enough marble for seven bullets. He formed them, then threw them all around him. As he descended again, they spread around him in a semicircle. When he reached the right balcony, he fired them all at once. They came from almost all the way at each side of the white-clad figure, and at spaced out points in between.

((When he kills a French?
And there are plenty of ways to kill them. You just have to not be a moron about it, even when I don't give you hints.
You're not getting any hints about this unless you either advance AWoP or freakin' contribute more substance to the wiki.))
((THERE ARE NOT ******** MULTIPLE BALCONIES! THERE IS ONE C-SHAPED BALCONY PER FLOOR))
The Shadowman braced himself and swung his arm plating at one, breaking out of the semicircle and only taking one hit, to his most armored area.

Jacob, if his hole hadn't been closed up, ducked through his hole.

Jacob could feel his had been the first sealed, as it was the largest one.

((See, simple for you is not so simple for me. We have different thought patterns, which I know you've noticed.))
Medieval solution? Joe created even larger Earth bullets, with much more bashing power, and repeated his assault, although this time he went from a greater distance to get more speed for the projectiles.

As the projectiles accumulated speed, the Shadowmen retreated under the balcony. Josh, evidently less than confident in his ability to fight one at close range, was staying back.
((No, see, this is a really simple way of doing things which has been very vaguely hinted at before.))

Jacob sighed. Well, the good news was if they closed all of the holes, that would limit their oxygen. Smoke didn't exactly help when it came to breathing.
Jacob would try something new. He wondered if it was possible for him to sink into the shadow of the wall and come up on the other side.
He tried just that.

Joe stayed back as well. He needed some kind of inspiration.

((He could seek a PEACEful solution. <.< Or a wikiful solution. >.>))
Jacob saw no shadows; the way the room was lit - from above - left no shadows but those cast by people and the spikes.
Ohanzee commented wryly.

Joe called, "Who are you guys? What do you want from us?"
