Hinote Tosatsu I was born in 91. I grew up on Mr. Gadget and The Incredible Hulk. Though I don't remember much about them. Due to my trench coat, boots, and hat, I have been dubbed Inspector Gadget by several people here at my college..... I'm 1991 too, though I fall under the Ram in Chinese zodiac and Scorpio in the Western zodiac XD.
