Still staring at the ceiling, Black sat up as he heard his name. He looked directly over to her and heaved a sigh. "What is it Katherine?" He asked curiously.

Her hnd reached up and gentally touched his cheek. "Are you okay?" She spoke in the softest tone. "Are you still hurt." very worried it seemed.

Black sighed as she touched him. He wished his friendship didn't hinge on what happened while he was around her. "Yeah, I'm fine. The only thing that hurts is my pride." He answered.

"If you get me ome food we wll talk mre abut it." She closed her eyes feeling alittle dizz. she wasnt kidding about the food she needed it bad or she woul pas back out.

"Fine fine fine..." Black said as he left for the kitchen. Then not too much later, he reappeared with a few things. Nothing too big, but they worked for putting something in your stomach. After which he looked up at her. "Okay... can we discuss this?"

"Two ways." She said after she had ate and she ate like she was dieing. "The first is the gods, the gods cn grant there hero's powers and there priests. TThen there is also mortals brains who with years of study can be granted power not my a god but what thy already have. That can take a lifetime though."

"I honestly don't think I can take another lifetime of study." Black said, referring to his previous form before. "The gods... how would I work through that? Ceclation doesn't like me and... I don't know about the others. Would you please help me?"

"Stop feeling sorry Katherine. It wasn't your fault." Black said as he laid back down on the bed. He couldn't help but keep staring back up at the ceiling, trying to think of how he was going to convince them to give him anything. Though he still wanted something other then that from Katherine since it seems like Matachi wouldn't listen.

Matachi walks in and sits by blacks bed "So you were trying to speak to me earlier today black, I apologize." He says looking at black "I shouldn't have ignored you I was just...frustrated." He says smirking "So don't say it was nothing because it sounded important."

Black looked over to Katherine, then back up at Matachi. He stands up and grabs Matachi's arm, leading him out of the medical wing and into the hallway. "I really need you to do something. Okay? Will you please listen to it?"

Matachi nods "What is it?" he asked looking at him abit to see if he was still hurt, but seems he was better.
