"Maybe," Kasiya said, and reached into her pocket and pulled out the Pokedex that Professor Oak had given her.
"Marill, the Aqua Mouse Pokemon. It has water resistant fur, and it's bobble-like tail is filled with an oily substance and quite buoyant, which helps it stay afloat while swimming."
"Pikachu, the Mouse Pokemon. It stores electrical power in its cheeks, which it often has to discharge to keep from becoming overloaded."
"Well, they're both mice," Kasiya said, watching Pikachu speed through its dinner.

Saul came to conciousness; time had literally passed him by, he and his pokemon have been asleep for fourteen hours. Although confused by the strange transition of time, he didn't treat it urgently; he figured it was an affect of traveling between the time zones. Just then, the intercom gave a harsh feedback followed by an amazingly deep feminin voice; eevee jumped up in responce to the unfamiliar sound. "We will be stopping at Celadon station in ten minutes, thank you for traveling Stone(C)."
Saul looked down at the fur-ball in his lap, "What do you want to do little guy?" The eevee twisted it's body and streched out on Saul, his back laying across Saul's lap.
"ve, eevee!" Saul sighed and began to pet the pokemons stomach; as he did so the eevee's left-rear leg began to kick rapidly.

Bryn got up from her nap and woke up her two pokemon...she was too anxious to get going to help professor Oak and find out what he wanted. She let Sandshrew get into her packsack instead of putting it in a pokeball
"I feel too guilty I still have to name you. C'mon Hunter we gots lots of ground to cover and try and get back to Kasiya...hopefully she sees my note." Bryn said and unpacked her bike and she looked down at Hunter who showed so much excitement.
"We're off!" Bryn declared and took off on her bike and Hunter ran right beside her.
"shreww" Sandshrew squealed with what Bryn thought was delight as she went speeding down.

Nina chuckled. "Don't eat too fast, Pikachu!" she said, wearing a little smile on her face. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see Marill bouncing around on its tail, singing "Mare-rill, mare-rill..."
Eventually, Misdreavus floated away from the window and to Nina. Nina stroked Misdreavus' head, one again experiencing that cloudlike feeling. Misdreavus smiled. I like your new friend, Nina, she said. She's very kind.
You're right, Nina replied, she treats her Pokemon with the utmost love and attention. You should go over to her and let her pet you. Misdreavus wore an unsure look on her face, but eventually decided to float over to Kasiya. "Misdre, Misdreavus," she said, in a cool, soft tone.

"Oh, hello," Kasiya smiled as Misdreavus floated over to her. "Aren't you the pretty one!" Kasiya stroked her head gently, amazed at how she felt. "She's so soft and pillowy...like a cloud!" she exclaimed.

Misdreavus smiled. "Dree," she said, and closed her eyes partway. "That feels very nice."
A split-second later, Misdreavus'' eyes snapped open. Nina''s grew big.
"Misdreavus!" Nina said, in complete shock, "you can talk?!

Kasiya jumped back as Misdreavus suddenly spoke, tripping over Vaporeon and falling flat on her face.
"Ow..," she murmered, her face all red from the fall.

"I... erm..." Misdreavus said. "Yes, Nina. I can. I''ve been able to for quite some time..."
Nina was still reeling from the shock. "When? How long ago did you learn?" she asked, going over to Kasiya to help her up, and not breaking eye contact with Misdreavus.
"Ever since I have been able to communicate telepathically," Misdreavus began, "I had slowly begun to teach myself how to put those thoughts into actual words..." She sighed. "It''s rather difficult to explain... I''m very sorry that I didn''t tell you earlier, Nina. I had wanted to, but..." Her voice trailed off for a moment, and her gaze switched over to Kasiya. "I''m sorry for surprising you like that..."

"It's okay," Kasiya said, standing up with Nina's help. "I wasn't expecting that!" She bent down and hugged Vaporeon, who looked frightened. "I'm sorry," Kasiya whispered to her, and Vaporeon nuzzled her cheek the way she did as an Eevee. Pikachu was still eating, looking rather amused by the incident.
"Pikaa," it said, taking another big bite.

As Edagardo stared at the sea the old man he meet Before aproched to him.
"So how have you been doing?"the old man asked
"nothing really just looking for a way to get to mussdeep since i have no flying pokemon"Edgardo told the old man
"Well My Swellow can take you there"-the old man said has he took a pokeball from his pocket and relese an swellow
"thats awesome"
"well just get on him he know the way,when you finish doing wht you need to do there he will bring you back" hte old man told edgardo as he got in the swellow that started flying towards mossdeep City

"I wasn't expecting that either," Nina said, and she walked over to Vaporeon and started stroking her head. Misdreavus found her way over as well, and looked at Vaporeon. "I'm very sorry for scaring you," she said. "Can you forgive me?"

Vaporeon looked up at Misdreavus. "Porrre!" she cried, which everyone took as a 'yes'.
"It is getting fairly late now, isn't it?" Kasiya asked, looking out the window. It was still raining fairly heavily, and she felt her stomach rumble a bit. "I suppose I should get some dinner too," she said with a grin.

"Likewise," Nina replied. I haven't eaten all day." Her gaze went from Kasiya to a window and she watched the storm for a moment. "It doesn't show any signs of letting up anytime soon..."

"Well," Kasiya said, smiling at Nina, "I suppose we should make ourselves at home, decide what we're going to do tomorrow. I want to go see if I can find a Growlithe. I hear they run wild just east of here." She motioned westward with her hand.
