Anekio read the word and nodded. "Where to?" She shouted at the bird, ready to run in order to get there. Quickly pulling out her katana, she made sure the blade was sharp before putting it away again.

Fuki quickly flew back to where the small battle was taking place with a screech. "There's about eight Jounin level ninjas. Three I know are dead, this one should be." Tori said when Anekio came into view. She shoved her attacker off and put some distance between them. "Ninchein is wounded, Ran is taking care of him. Mai-lin is here somewhere; I'm unsure of her condition."

"Alright. I suppose after we finish off all of them I'll find Mai-Lin and treat her, but right now they're out top priority. More than likely she'll be fine, concidering she could hold a jutsu for so long." She said, pulling out her blade. "Is close combat a good idea with them or would my other attacks better fit?"

Ran bit her lip slightly, looking back towards where the fighting was. Her look hardened a bit as one of the enemy ninja came into view. "Stay here. If they try attacking you, head for the village." She said to Ninchein before forming another set of senbon to rest in both hands.
Running forwards, Ran didn't give her oponent a chance to attack first, as her senbon were flying, and more forming within the second. The ninja was an almost-literal pincuishon after a bit of fighting, but didn't seem phazed by the senbon sticking out of them. Grinning a bit, they attacked Ran, pushing her against a tree as she blocked a kunai from her throat with one of her own.
In a flash of movement, they were going up against eachother, moving quickly. The enemy ninja was getting wounded, but so was Ran.

"Other than this b*stard there," Tori said pointing as who she assumed to be the leader, "I don't think they're anything special. A couple seem resilient to physical attacks though." She held up her bloodied claws and smiled. "Whatever you think's best I say." She then turned and ran over to help Ran. "You can play with that one for a bit."

"How fun. We could take down that f*ggot later, when he realizes he doesn't have a chance." She smirked, activating her Sharingan. Jumping forward, she point her katana at one of the larger men. "You and me, one on one. Think you can handle it?"
"Try not to hurt yourself, girly." He replied, making her grit her teeth angrily. She watched as he pulled out his own katana, making this more interesting. Swishing at him agressivly, she attacked in offensive mode. Attacking his arms would be my best chance right now, but later I'll need to attack is torso or higher.

Ran reached up and wiped away a trail of blood from her cheek. They were glaring eachother down, momentarily. The enemy ninja now resembled a porcupine, but still was attacking strong. Ran had several slashes from their Kunai across her body, and her chakra was close to being half-gone, and she coughed every-so-often. Another clash between the two before Ran was thrown back. Wasting no time, she formed the signs for one of her jutu's, as a large bit of bone shifted out from one of her arms. Tuggging at it, she pulled it out, and it formed into somewhat of a bone sword. "Dance of the Camellia." She muttered and went after her enemy again, the sword in hand, and her bone and skin having grown back in her arm. Ran knew she was risking using any technique other then that she was tought, or formed herself, as she'd only seen them once...Four of the five dances she knew, including the one she used now, she'd never used before. She knew she was a fast learner, but it was hard to use up just the right amount of Chakra without having practiced the move before.

Tori watched Ran while she dived at the second attacker. It was the first time she'd seen something like that and it weirded her out a bit. "Be careful not to do more than you can handle!" She yelled to Ran. Again she yelled, though this time it was from pain as blades of wind sliced her skin. "Dammit!"

Anekio looked over at Tori. "Are you alright?" She dropped down to her knees, kicking the man along his ankles so that he fell. "Willing to die for an idiot?" She grinned, pointing her katana down-ward.
Turning her atttention to Ran, she added. "It's alright if you don't get the job done, so long as you attempt. Remember, you haven't hand any training." She stated, feeling herself be kicked away. "Sh--Crap!" She shouted, trying not swear in front of children as her katana left her grasp. Great. Just great.

"Yeah, I'm okay." Tori said though she was bleeding from various cuts on her body. Nothing serious. She turned to her attacker, rage on her face. "You'll pay for that you b*stard!" She quickly made the hand signs then yelled, "Doton: Iwainu!" The ground shifted as to large rock objects came out of the ground. After a moment they looked like to big dogs. "Get 'im boys!" These 'dogs' gave an odd bark then ran after the attacker.

The shadow clones dissapated and Ninchein looked in horrer as the leader was about to slash Ran with a sword from behind, with a last burst of strength, he ran over to Ran and did a substitution jutsu, substituting Ran for himself, he cried out in pain as the blade slashed across his back, in a last ditch effort, he used Iruken and saw in ten seconds Ran was about to obliterate most of the attacking ninjas he smiled and fell down

Ran gave a cry as she watched Ninchein go down. She then glared up at the attacker, who appeared to be ready to stab at Ninchein with the sword again, and evil smirk on his lips. Dashing forwards, she slashed at his side with her bone sword, and stood over Ninchein. "Sensei's. Mai-Lin. Wherever you guys are, get down!" She shouted. Tugging open her vest, she revealed wraps around her chest. Best not let this get ruined... She thought. As several of the ninja headed for her, she formed some signs. Almost immediately, forms of her bone senbon grew out around her body, in almost every place.
"Dance of the Porcupine!" Ran shouted, and carefully began her attack, making sure Ninchein didn't get hurt in the process. Amung her high-speed spinning, the senbon on her body broke off and launched themselves at the enemy, impaling whatever they hit on contact. She hoped the people on her side got down in time, as that move was hard to direct each and every senbon at one time.
When Ran ran out of Senbon, she stopped spinning and swayed slightly. Coughing hard, she observed the damage. Most of the men were down, either dead, or not. Reaching down, she put her vest back on and knelt by Ninchein. Pulling off her other arm-warmer, she tore it into one long strip and worked with that to at least help keep Ninchein from losing too much blood. When her vision blurred, she fell back onto her rear-end and coughed some more, looking wearily at the shapes around them.

mai-lin really didn't have a choice of laying low or not at the moment. Though her attacker was dead he had landed right on top of her. She was able to push him off her with a little work and made a note to herself to start working on her upper strengh so she wouldn't get caught like this again. She stood up and saw Ran fall to the ground. So what if she is a Mist nin, she just saved your a**. Mai-lin ran over and steadied the other girl. "Hey, Teme, you ok?"

Tori groaned as she pulled one of the bone senbon from her arm and another from her leg. She'd been slow to take shelter as she'd been fighting with on of the men when Ran had begun her dance. She came out from behind the rock and saw that her two rock dogs were holding the leader still, an arm in each over their mouths. He looked like a pin cushion yet he still seemed to be alive.
"How is it that you're still alive?" She asked as she walked over to him. "All your buddies are now dead, yet here you are."

Anekio looed around, feeling fortunate to have ducked down in time. Damn it, that jackass is still up and barely a scarch on him? She turned her head over to the coughing child and her friend. "You two alright. We'll get you to the hospital in a moment, just try to hold out." She crouched down, reaching for her katana. Now to check on Itachi-san. She thought with a nod, pulling the photo out. "That b*****d made me crinkle Itachi-san's photo!" She growled, glaring at the leader. "You'll die!"
