Who was he to even consider the possibility of giving up? As an academy student, this had to be one of the easier training sessions there were. Of course, that one flying genin seemed to learn the both Palm Jutsus so easily. Was this technique, then, a lower ranked jutsu that grew in power as you got stronger? That made sense. Shinichi contemplated this, then charged with the instincts of a wolf, one both wary and fierce.

It had been a long time since Aya had come to these training grounds to practice. Her mother had been bothering about learning the technique, so she was almost forced to come here. The clone stood in front of her. She just had to remember what she was suppose to be doing. Before her thoughts could surface, the clone struck. Aya would just have to learn along the way.

[I've been given permision to NPC the kage right now for certain reasons...]
"Hello Kusakage-sama!!" Shinji yelled as he entered the training grounds and approached the Kusakage.
"I am ready to trin under your guidance!!" Shinji said jokingly while stretching.
"So... when to begin?"
The Kusakage was waiting patiently on the training grounds.
"Oh, there you are!" she said as Shinji approached her ",I am happy you came"
"Alright, we begin now!" was the Kusakage's response to Shinji's question ", The best way to figure out a technique is to experience it yourself. Iwill repeatidly use Narakumi no jutsu on you until you break through it enough to understand what it truly does to you." The Kusakage explained while forming the nezumi handseal.
" Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)"
Leaves spun around Shinji, while he stood there still, in a trance-like state.
Shinji was excited to begin, but not very fond of having to experience the Genjutsu's power first.
I guess this is the Genjutsu.... Shinji thought as his surroundings began to darken.
A horrifying ogre-like figure appeared before his eyes.
"Alright try to break free...." he mumbled to himself.
He made the tora handsign and concentrated.

The attack was a failure on both sides. The clone missed Aya and Aya missed the clone. The little girl thought that she had gotten stronger, but it didn't seem like so. Coming back around, the clone struck again. Aya tried to concentrate on what to do...

'Try again...' he heard a faint voice calling to him.
Shinji nodded closed his eyes and tried again, he would make it this time, he wouldn't fail.
This is only an ilusion.... you can break out ofit.. he told himself in attempts to encourage himself.
Alright, break free...
Shinji opened his eyes, and the training field as he knew it, was as before.
"Yatta!" he yelled as he saw the Kage praising him.

"Very good, Shinji-kun!" the Kage said, making the rat handseal.

"No problem, I did it once, I can do it again.." he whispered, as his mind once again imagined the horrible monster.
He concentrated, and try to break the illusion once more.
Alright
Once again, he managed to get out of the ilusion.
"How many more times??" he asked knowing he would have to do at least a couple more times.

Shinji was a little tired of doing thid, but he was getting used to it.
"Let's try this again.." he thought.
He tried to concentrate and closed his eyes, but this time he couldn't the monster seemed to be making noise this time and being evil!!

"heehee.." the Kage giggled while she made imitations or roaring.
She was making the horrifying sounds Shinji was hearing, but they were amplified to a scarier tone thanks to the genjutsu.

He closed his eyes, and a serene expression came to his face. He was calm and hopefuly able to break free.
He opened his eyes and saw the kage giggling and making that noise he heard earlier, but not as scary.
"Mata yatta!" he said happy to do it again even with distraction.

This time, the ilusion seemed more realistic, and the monster was running towards him. Shinji ran away from the monster and suddenly stopped.
It is just an ilusion.. he thought as helooked at the monster.
The monster made a fist and hit him hard on the stomach.
"ugh.." shinji grunted.
I guess it is kind of real... he thought
He tried to break the ilusion but failed, because of trying to run away from the monster.

The kage was having fun with Shinji. She watched him move around running away from the monster.

First, Shinji ran away from the monster as possible, and as soon as he was far enough as his calculations said to be, he closed his eyes and hoped to get out of the horrifying ilusion. Shinji opened his eyes, and saw the world back to normal.
"Ready for the last one, Kusakage-sama!" Shinji said happy to be almost over with that excersise.

"Alright! lasttime!" she said doing all the steps to do the genjutsu.

"harder huh?" he quitely said as he did his strategy once more.
He ran away from the monster and when he was distanced enough, he concentrated and tried to break free.
He opened his eyes to see that it hadn't work, and the monster was right in front of him. He jumped, and ran away double the distance now, to give himself more time. He did it again and again and finaly, after some more running he was tired. He concentrated, and when he opened his eyes, he was no longer in the ilusion.
"Alright!!" he said cheerfuly "one step closer to learning this skill!"

"I think we shall!" the Kage said, answering her own question. "Now that you understand the jutsu a little better, I want you to start creating images like I did," Tenmoki instructed. "I know its hard to throw out a good genjutsu right off the back, so we'll take it one step at a time. I want you to work on controlling a good image for your opponent to see," she told him. "Go on, focus and try to show me an image."

Myobi reentered the training area with a lighter step. She was excited to try the Open Palm again. She'd been practicing her taijutsu lately and wanted to try it again. She saw the Kusakage training some boy. Walking over, she waited patiently for the moment when the Kusakage would have a moment to make her a clone again to practice. Her eyes wandered around the field until she saw Aya practicing with her own clone. She smiled a bit to see the young girl practicing so hard.
