"I will have to find some way to keep Aria from coming. I'm not sure I will be able to stop her, though, short of tying her down and knocking her out." He began thinking of reprecussions of that, but then moved on to the worm holes.
"Yes. Enormous amounts of power are needed, which is why only a few people can do it without draining themselves completely. I have the power right now to make several trips in a day through the barrier, but I would rather not have to. But yes, Truinthil did use them to get into the Citadel several times."
When Xol mentioned Truinthil's minions, however, Draeken blinked. "Those things? Bah! Those are hack jobs compared to what I brought around. Truinthil's were things that he himself created and controlled. I have something much more effective. Strike at me and see. You can even bind my powers if you want to know that I have done nothing." He grinned slightly at this.

While Draeken's offer to stike him was indeed tempting, Xol just grinned in a shifty manner. "No, no... I'll trust you on that matter. I'd rather see them ripping apart Mastema's minions than me." He chuckled, changing opinions that he used to think of Draeken. Perhaps he wasn't such a bad individual after all. Besides, anyone who hated Mastema on even the slightest level was an ally for the moment.
"Power? Power I can spare... since that incident at my Keep I've been feeling power levels I have never known existed. This is strange because I've pushed the limits quite a few times. I'd be honored to learn this technique when you have the time. As for time, I don't believe we really have that much more to talk about for now. I believe we should get TJ in on this as soon as possible and then finalize a date and time to move. As I'm sure you'll agree, the sooner the better."

Draeken shrugged at Xol's declining to hit him. "Alright then." He couldnt help, though, but to have one of the aforementioned creatures shoot by Xol's ear. All Xol would likely sense though, would be the feeling of motion going by him.
"I agree though that we should get this planning done and over with as soon as possible. I can teach you the traveling thing later. It wont take me too long to be able to transfer it directly to your brain. Much faster that way." He looked suddenly cheerful. "Oh the amazing things I can do when I am comprised of two ancient and powerful beings and one not so ancient and powerful being!" He grinned then shook his head with a laugh. "But enough of that now."

Xol grinned as well having the feeling of something move through the particles of air by one of his ears. He could only suspect it was one of the creatures D had previously mentioned.
"Alright, I can wait to learn the method untill later. I warn you though, since Heswina, my mental barriers are beyond comparison. Your transfer would have to be devoid of malicious intent or I dare not think what will happen." His face was grim with the images of the last person who tried to mind dive without his consent. Needless to say, Xol figured his head wasn't normally suposed to hemorrhage and explode like that.
"Indeed, enough of that for now. If we're finished here I have soe things to do before returning to the BC where I hope we can recruit TJ to our case and move on to a broader stage. Untill then..." Xol exploded into his trademark plume of black mist to whereabouts unknown.

Draeken grinned as Xol mentioned the mental barriers. He only grinned wider when the man left. "This is beginning to look as if it wont be quite so hard as I previously thought. Just so long as Xol has no alterior motives, I think all shall be well." He looked around at the mansion and sighed. He would have to clean it up later. For now he must get back to the dojo. This time he used the shadows to travel instead of a portal. Not as fast, but it consumed less energy.

The Grand Klaive that Focht had used in the fight against DDT had been left behind when he left. It slowly lifted from it spot on the ground and seemed to become phantasmal before it shot off into the forest, its phantasmal form passing right thru trees. If anyone were to follow it they would find it went in a direct line to Focht.

Phia Stepped from the shadows of the forest surrounding the mansion and looked upon it. It was much more welcoming than the last time she had been here. She walked up and inside, Ayiana following her and going off somewhere else for a while. Phi looked around the main hall and frowned, a mirror she had shattered months before she died, still lay in broken pieces, they had been undisturbed and dusty. She sighed and walked upstairs. The rest of the house seemed non-dusty though. She didnt think too much on it as she entered shadow in leather training clothes but came out with a long black skirt that hugged her hips and thighs then came away from her calves, trailing behind her. And a black blouse, that was un buttoned part way, under a gunmetal corset. Her dark navy curls fell about her shoulders, down her back as she walked.

Appearing in the entry hall, Draeken looked around and let out a heavy breath. It had been a while since he had last been here. Repairs would have to be made on the levels where him and Rein had fought those many weeks before. Right now, however, his focus would be on setting up wards against invasions of any sort. Against any type of magical or physical attack that he could possibly think of.
He sensed that Phia was inside the mansion, upstairs somewhere, but he would find her later. After he finished his wardings. To create them and bond them with the structure of the entire mansion, Draeken would have to start from the foundations and work his way upward. So to do this, he quickly seemed to become transparent and sink through the floor, soon arriving in an old and rarely used basement that was on the same level as the foundations of the building. It was there that he would sit cross legged, eyes closed to begin the warding. Over the course of the next day or so, Draeken would systematically ward against infestations by insects, plants, arachnids, anything living. Then came wards that would strengthen the building itself as well as make fire useless, though most of the mansion was already impervious to fire due to it all being made from magicaly hewn and formed stone. Then came wards that would block malignant magics aimed at destabling the previous wards. Several other wards would follow that would keep demonic magics from touching the mansion as well as block foriegn magics from altering or removing any of the wards. By the time Draeken would be done, the entire Mansion would be layered in wards against magical invasions, infestations, as well as protection and anti corruption wards that would hold all the defense wards in place. In all, it would take days of hard and very obvious work to remove all the wards. Either that or a direct attack on them all that would require such massive amounts of energy as that such an attack would likely kill the user. Draeken expected it was likely he would pass out once he was done. He would be surprised if it all didnt exhaust him to near death.

Phia felt all the energy and magic dispelled into the mansion to protect it and sighed. Her first day back and he was intent on doing all this work. She just wanted to enjoy it with him. She wandered around, staying in the library until she sensed him to be done and moved through the shadows until she found him, passed out. She smiled and kissed his cheek then brought him to their room.
The next morning D would wake up in the bed his shared with Phia. She be curled up beside him, her head on his chest, one arm curled protectively around his waist. He'd be without shoes or a shirt, they'd lay in a pile on the floor somewhere, she was in a simple shift in a pretty shade of lavender, her long black curls were spread out over her shoulders on the bed.

Waking slowly, Draeken looked around and blinked. He wasnt in the basement anymore, but in the bedroom, Phia curled up next to him. A small smile appeared on his lips as he brushed a bit of her hair from her face and leaned over to kiss her forehead. Even when he was three different people, her love for him remained as strong as ever. That made his smiled broaden and brought another kiss from his lips to her forehead. She was beautiful, sleeping or awake. Simply beautiful.

She slowly stirred and opened her eyes a bit then closed them against the soft light filtering from the curtains. Then opened her eyes some She looked up at him and smiled. Moving up to kiss him, her hand set on his chest. After she kissed him and stared down, his features were blurry, but she didn't care. She kissed him again. "Ye know...I'm not lettin' ye do anymore work...no magic, no train'n" she paused. " no train'n...I can't believe that came from my mouth... Anyway...we are goin' to spend the day...and night...together..." She smiled and winked then kissed him. Then got up and stalked slowly to the closet. A gunmetal skirt in a soft metallic silk, it clung to her hips and fell away just below them, a black corset with silver designs embroidered into it. She twisted her hair up and pinned it. Her glasses perched on her nose. She smiled. "So...what would you like to do today?" She sat ont he edge of the bed and slid a hand cross his chest to his cheek.

Laughing at her statement, Draeken smiled broadly. "What I did the other night, I did to ensure that KB and his cronies don do the same thing here that they did to the Dojo." He tilted his head as he watched her dress and couldnt help but smile appreciatively at her beauty. "I think I shall let you decide what we do today. It's only fair that way, I think."

She rolled her eyes a gentle smirk across her lips. "Breakfast perhaps?" She stepped into Shadows and returned moments later with Bloodwyne in two crystal glasses. It was typical of her to have alcohol for breakfast, and the blood? Well she had been dead for half a year. She took his hand and led him from the room, thought they would return later. "So...There's snow on the Ground... it's been 'alf a year...Wha's 'append in tha' Time?" She took a sip and looked to him.

Chuckling lightly, Draeken accepted one of the glasses of bloodwyne and followed her. "What has happened? Well, I've been merged with Truinthil as well as Old D in such a manner as that the bond is almost seamless. Our daughter merged with Aethi, as you already know. That will be taken care of soon enough though, as will my body. I just blew up the Dojo, placed wards here...Over all, you didnt miss too much. Oh, there was that time that I made the whole world see nothing but blackness. Quite the nifty bit of magic if I must say. Tiresome to get rid of though. That's about it, I think." He grinned and shrugged.

Phia nodded "I see..." She took another sip from her glass and looked out a window then to him. Her face offered no expression. "An' 'ow 'ave ye 'eld up while I was gone?" She was Serious, she didnt want him to lie, all the recent events must have placed some emotional burden upon his shoulders.
