well my baby has a name now! i finally figured it out! her name is Alegria. it's spanish for joy and a few other names. 2000-names.com has it. now i just have to help my friends pick out their baby's name. then we'll move on to our cars!

I just called my oboe Bundy because that was the brand...it was a school instrament though...

Heh, I am not part of this guild yet... yet... but I couln't resist posting here. My friends at camp (Yes I went to band camp, Im a super band nerd) were telling me I had to name mine because I hadn't gotten to it yet since I had only gotten them a year before. (My old flutes name was something weird that I can't remember) Anyways, I named my piccolo Pippin, and my flute Cassandra.

I have a whole family! My clarinet is Bob, he's my baby. And then there is my guitar, Chester. And my keyboard is Fredrick. I also have a piano, her name is Georgina, she is the oldest in the family. mrgreen Naming instruments is fun! *claps*

My current flute is named Alti because of the brand Altus. My old flute was simply Yamaha. My piccolo....doesn't have a name....I just call it "picc" like any other person.

My clarinet is named St. Jimmy because that was the song I was listening to when it got to my house. 3nodding (Ordered it off of Ebay)

I have a trombone and a school tuba that I play, both named. My trombone is Jessica (Jessi for short) and the tuba is Anna. She's new this year...it's awesome. I play a bass-bone in jazz band but as far as I know it's not named yet. If that's the case I'll have to change that.

I just call my flute "my baby" and my piccilo is "my baby's baby" because my friend and I were bored and so our flutes made love and produced my pic.

The three Oboes I use all have names, one of which I even whined to my BD about how it played using its name, lol it was so funny. Lets see the one I whined about was Bill (Signet), Mine is Clair (Larilee), and the evil genderless one is Fox, because all the Oboists hate it and it hates us.

My snare's name is Leroy. There's this big joke about female drummers being dominatrixes at my school
