[ Prompt Response | Hazel Snow] Another epic failure. How the heck did she miss the back of the neck again? This time she some how stabbed it in the chest, if it had a heart she would have stabbed it, but that is not how you kill a titan. [ Prompt Response | Hazel Snow] If she was going into barber school she would have succeeded. She sliced off the top of the Titan dummy, in a sense she gave it a hair cut. [ Prompt Response | Hazel Snow] There goes the titan's arm... okay so her aim has gotten worse. Hazel wondered what they would do with her. Would they make her labor in the fields? Or would they allow her to be a doctor's apprentice? She liked the latter, but it still meant that she failed at being a soldier and she really did not like the idea of failing. Her blades slashed through the air and through the meaty part on the titan's back, taking away a huge chunk, "killing" it instantly. YES! [ Prompt Response | Hazel Snow]The young blond woman flew through the trees, dodging them effortlessly and enjoying the wind as it blew through her blonde hair. It would be a terrible pain to brush it that night, but Hazel did not care. She loved the freedom that the gear gave her. Never before had she felt anything like this, perhaps this is what birds feel like as they fly above those who are land bound. If she was a bird she would never want to come down. A dark looming figure rose before her and with a quick spin, her blades cut into its neck, taking out the huge chunk and thoroughly "killing" the titan dummy. She did it, she had perfected her movements enough that she could take down a titan. She knew that this skill would pretty much only be important to know if she was in the scouts and that it was most likely that she would be treating guards with hangovers. Oh well, at least she knew how to do it and was able to complete the task. With a smile she continued to fly through the trees. Successes: [1] | [2] | [3] | [4] | [5]

[ Prompt Response | Chris Reinhart ] Chris looked between the two swords in hand, and the ultimate target ahead. Narrowing his eyes at the crude target dummies he gave a small sigh. "This seems..some how like a bad joke." He muttered to himself as he stepped up. "Hey Lip! Lets see how quickly we can get this done." The purple and black haired teen beamed at his friend, already lifting off the ground using the grapple hooks to propel himself forward. While it was likely he would never try for the direct open nature of the Survey team..learning how to kill titans was something the teenager felt strongly about. They were monsters..they had made the human race reduced to living behind walls in order to feel safe. He had to be strong..there were people he wanted to protect. His family was counting on him to excel. Gripping his blades firmly and giving a shout as he swung his blades with force, the first blade tore into the titans neck, the other followed quickly resulting in a clean fell of the "titans" nape. Looking confident he came back down, settling on the ground as he waited on the other trainee. Successful Rolls: [1]

Today Lip was feeling much better than he had been the last few weeks. As he watched the training for the day, he smirked thinking that today was going to be fun. Just as he was about to start, his friend Chris walked up beside him. "Heh, yeah... let's finish this!" he told the other as he swung his swords in practice before propelling himself to the target.
Upon making contact, he easily sliced through the targets nape. Lip smirked, looking at Chris... "That's how you do it, little pest." He said with his brows raised. "you're up again!."

[ Prompt Response | Chris Reinhart ]"Heh, at least you seem to be feeling better." he commented as he stepped up for his next turn. It wasn't like he had the knowledge of his friends having been sick, but he did seem to be more on his game anyway. Hearing the other bolster about how it was done, Chris adjusted his frames before going for another round intent on matching the other again if at all possible. Mildly flustered from the others confidence, and all around distracted by Lip, Chris goofed up, swinging blindly at the last second and barely grazed the titans nape resulting in a failed attempt..Coming back to the other he didn't comment giving him a warning look not to tease him and huffing slightly. "Your turn." he muttered with a small smile, sheepish by all accounts. Successful Rolls: [1]

He then leaned in to whisper to him with a smirk, "Stop missing... or you're sleeping alone from now on." He pulled away and readied himself for the next round of attacks. He swung himself to the next target. As the taller male went in for the kill, he had a small cough attack and dropped his blade.... growling at himself, he swung and hit it with his other blade. [ Prompt Response | Chris Reinhart ]Chris gave him a pointed look when he indicated he wouldn't be allowed to lie with him. Glaring at his best friend he huffed at him in annoyance. It was likely a dangerous game to begin with granted, but still being teased like that had him hot under the collar to prove he could handle himself. The shorter moved himself forward to take aim at the target dummy. Frustrated when he came in too quickly, his first swing barely grazed the nape of the neck. In his hurry to make up for the miss he swung the left blade scoring a deep slice..but it wasn't enough to have felled the beast. "Heh, we both need to step it up I guess." Chris jibbed, lightly elbowing him concerned but not willing to baby the other given they were around fellow trainees and instructors. Successful Rolls: [1]

Though it was more out of concern than maliciousness. "My go... alright a*****e targets.... ******** you." He growled as he launched himself again. Chris didn't take it personally, Phillip was right. He was only one man and couldn't protect everything and one on his own. "I'll get better..I've made it this far." he murmured as he watched the other teen make a clean run. Moving around to dive into the fray, Chris did his best to position himself for an ideal strike. For his previous mistakes he tensed his arm muscles, twisting his hip into the motion like one of the twin boys had suggested giving a shout of triumph when the neck was flayed open. "I don't want you to be the only one who protects me..I want to be able to do the same you know." He noted when the other was with in ear shot with a curt nod. Successful Rolls: [1] [2]

He sighed a bit, looking up to watch the other. A small smile tugging at his lips when he witnessed Chris annihilating the target. "Now do that /every/ time!" he told him as he prepped for his next round. Lip smirked as he launched himself from the tree, extending his blade to slice through the nape of the targets neck. As he went to slice with the other blade, his arm smacked a tree that he had failed to notice. Dropping the blade, he dropped himself to the ground to retrieve it... pretending like his wrist wasnt in massive pain. 1 2

[ Prompt Response | Chris Reinhart ]"Well that IS the intention minus all these trees and hellatious course.." He chuckled shaking his head. He hadn't caught the just in case line..and might have complained for the other to not speak as such. As it was he watched the other smack into a tree and winched. "Are you alright..?" Chris asked quietly, not making a big fuss. He'd have to make sure the other didn't need it wrapped later..swallowing with a bit of a gulp he moved himself around for his next attempt. Aiming for the target he dived in making for a clean swing before settling down on the ground. He'd again swung his hip into the motion and ideally rubbed at a spot the buckles of his 3dmg gear had dug into winching knowing well enough it was likely bruised. Successful Rolls: [1] [2] [3]
