The next tree that he found was tall and lean, reminding him just a little bit of Inoke, even more so with the bold, bright green of its leaves. When it began to talk his brow furrowed again. Math wasn't his strong suit... But this wasn't math if there were no numbers involved, right? Right? He thought it all over again, rolling the words through his mind until he finally spouted out, "There's hardly enough information to process that equation. There's no heights and we don't know how... I don't know how any of that was supposed to make sense." " Why, I didn't think you would. It proves I am the better tree." "You can totally win that one, man. I'm not a tree." With a snort he turned, hoping that the next tree would at least be better than this. [1/5]ShadowStalkers first encounter with a tree wasn't really a tree at all. She just stood there for a moment as she stares down at the stump in front of her. It didn't talk at all like the tree plank said it would.
Maybe it was one of the shy ones it mentioned.
With a sigh, she just nods as she continues on.

Sighing and gingerly rubbing her side, IttyBittyBatty wondered if all the trees in this place were crazy. Still, at least this one wasn't threatening her.
Craning her head back as far as she could to take in the chatty tree's height, she realized that really? She did not care about how tall the tree was in comparison to its friends. It was huge and she was teensy.
Upon telling the tree that she had no clue, it walloped her with a dose of smug sass.

The short answer was that it wasn't. The long answer was that this next tree talked too and it seemed to think that he might be interested in whatever treasure it might be keeping in its nose... He didn't even address that one, and was rather glad that when he came back around, if only because he was asked to, the tree was no longer there. The last tree seemed to be in need of some additional assistance and he really wasn't good at saying 'no' to a pretty face (it sounded as though it might have a pretty face, at least. "Ok, ok! Don't cry! All of that salt can't be good for your roots. I'll help you find your glasses!" [2/5]The next tree, was like the first except it was an actual tree. As ShadowStalker step closer, she narrows her eyes for a moment. Shaking her head, she had to look closer at the signs. It made no sense to her what so ever, but then she was starting to realize that none of this would.
Pinching the bridge of her nose, she just pulls her hood down over her eyes and continues on.

As soon as she was done shaking, the tree spit a fragment out at her. Scooping it up, IttyBittyBatty grinned, saluted the tree and headed off. Five trees examined. "Ahah! Here y'go, see? Here they are!" He smiled brightly as he held up one of the funkiest pairs of glasses he had seen in the 20some odd years of his life. He held them out to the tree, swapping the glasses quickly for the fragment before trying to squirm out of the most awkwardly painful hug he had ever been graced with. Do. Not. Want. -Entering- Sitting on the ground after that long strange fall the Pricolici looked around as he listened the the AI chatter on about this world. So... this was a dream... and a game? He grinned, sounded fun! Better than some of the nightmares he'd been hang lately! His username was easy to pick out "Skele_Woofie" he said. "Caterpillar." It was easy to pick what he wanted. Skele_Woofie was a team player, and teams needed a shield! His cloths became... blue and he got a long heavy furlined cloak.. "OHHH, a furry cloak!" He said with a happy chortle as he swirled it around dramatically. Now to explore this interesting game and find a group! Wonder if I'll get any good loot? The woods were woods, he was comfortable in them. A bit too noisy and oddly colored compared to his old forest home.. but it was woods none the less. He kept telling himself that as he twitched back from the trumpeting coming from no where and the ground kept shifting. He laughed as he spotted the bright glowing exclamation point over a sign post. What was a game without quests? Trotting over he was about to read when the sign post.. spoke? This place is weird, the thought with a shake of his head. "I am the wayfinder, and it means finding your way and not finding your way. Well, I supposed this is an official welcome to Tulgey Woods, where you'll find everything and of course nothing at all. First things first, I supposed you'd like to level up a bit, and collect these rare sort of fragments. Well, not a problem at all, not a problem. Let's see... hm... yes... I do think some exploration is due. Do be a dear and examine five trees around you. Keep in mind, trees are very shy, yes some are shy indeed, and some are just too noisy those trees, full of surprises. Examine five trees, and come back to me when you're finished!"-[Quest: Examine 5 trees!]-Pinged off to the side of his view. "Wha-? Look at ...trees? .. Okay..." [4/5]The willow tree, while it look nice to ShadowStalker prove to be not so nice. As she step closer, it started shaking hits willows rather quickly making it hard for her to see anything. Swatting she steps back before she growls at it.
She was doing as she was told, and none of these tree seem to want to cooperate with her. [1/5 trees] SKele_Woofie walked over to a tall willow and tried to peek at it. He yipped as a branch whipped down at him. Glaring at it he snarled, "What's your problem?" It merely shook and refused to let him get any closer.. sulking, he slinked away. Maybe there'd be a nicer tree someplace else. What type of tree didn't let you loo k at it? [5/5]The last tree ShadowStalker came across seem like a pretty normal to her. A tall slender tree, what harm could this one cause to her. As she move closer is came to life. Asking her a question after rambling on about names she didn't get the first time. She was curious if there was any way to get it to repeat, but found that wasn't an option at the moment.
With a small shrug, she just shakes her head "I haven't a clue as to what you said in the first place tree." when it gloats saying it was the better tree, she about snapped at it. Balling her fist up, she said nothing. As her lip turned into a thin line, she turns to head back to the plank tree. She did as it asked, she saw five tree.
As she drew closer, what made her stop was the question mark at this point. Tilting her head to one side, she found herself thoroughly confused by it. She was at the right plank tree right?
Stepping closer, it came to life. Babbling for a moment before she nods to it "I saw your five tree, and I must say...they were all rather boring." she got no response from the plank tree.
DING
A gold light surrounded her as she felt a rush run to her core. Glancing up, she ducks slightly at the two that suddenly appears above her head. "Your quest is complete. Now move along..." she looks down at the object that appeared in her hand.
Glancing from one side to another, she didn't have to be told twice.
Kicking up dirt, she moves through the forest.
