"For the millionth time, I can't cast spells." Scarlett retorted, crossing her arms atop her chest. "Besides he's gonna see her sooner or later. Why not just show him now while hes tied up? You know he has a crush on her...""If you do anything to that pup, the Blood Knight will be the least of your worries..." Lilith replied from the back room. True she no longer fit in her plate armor but she could live without it for another two months. Her leather armor was more comfortable and form fitting anyway.

"Did pretty well with the dog" Her muttered to himself. Granted that was more of his idea. And it kinda caused her to go into premature labour, but Lloyd still thought that to be debatable! Though this about Keith was new to him. How did she get that from him? Scarlett had only known him for a couple hours! "Wait, what? No I didn't. Either way, Lilith doesn't want him seeing her right now." It was no use trying to get Scarlett to play the role of eye candy. He knew she was the worst person to ask, but it was worth a shot. He then turned to Roxanne, which he now held up in front of him. "Kid, I feel sorry for you at time with that mother of yours."

"That was a one time thing..." Scarlett counters then adds. "Besides... your puppy dog eyes are nothing compared to the real thing... especially three pairs of them..."Scarlett rolls her eyes at the blood knight. "Oh come on... it was clear as day from the look on his face when he first showed up and started asking about her."Roxanne giggles happily in his hands, oblivious to the harsh words between them.

"I can try. And nope, doesn't click with me. Even so, won't you do this for Lilith? Just help me deal with this guy somehow at least. I'd rather not get on her bad side right now...once I can find it again." He teased, fully well knowing that the Paladin had the eyes of a hawk and the hearing of a jackal. Surely he'd have to pay for it once they were in bed together. Nothing he couldn't try to fix later. "Can someone please explain what's going on?!" Yelled Keith, squirming in his seat. "Someone explain why am i still tied to this chair!"

Grumbling under her breath Scarlett relents. "Fine, but I'm doing this for her. Not you..." Sauntering out of the shadows, Scarlett plants herself atop the rookie paladin's lap, allowing him a generous view of her plump breasts. "Must you be so loud handsome... Some of us are trying to sleep..." Scarlett said seductively. Lilith returned, her leather armor draped loosely over her shoulders and torso as she struggled to tighten down the handful of loose straps that held it in place. The senior paladin silently nodded her thanks to Scarlett as the two of them made eye contact.

Keith blinked, Moving his upper body away from Scarlett as much as physically possible in his current predicament. She got him to shut up on instant though. The look of seduction, it even made him blush. "I am not heard otherwise." He said with as much of a straight face as he could muster, she was breaking down his mental defenses. Not like he had much any way, he had a thing for Lilith that made him one of the more weaker Paladin's to the code they stood for. "Wow, she's good..." Muttered Lloyd, watching Scarlett tempt the Paladin with her charms was quite scary. Even scarier that it was actually working. She didn't have to go that far. This wasn't a side of Scarlett that he was well acquainted with. Heck, the blood knight didn't know she had it in her!

Growling in frustration as one of the small leather straps evaded her grasp again, Lilith finally gave up and waddled over to Lloyd so he could help with the armor. Despite her hesitation to give up her plate armor, the senior paladin was beginning to like the leather armor. It was far more comfortable and even with a large pregnant belly, flattered the curves of her body. "You gotta remember she's been pretty cooped up here." Lilith comments, "And probably doesn't help that we were all over each other whenever we got the chance..."(Not really sure where to go with Scarlett's distraction so I'm leaving that to you if you have something in mind for it.)

(At this point we're just winging it without much of a plan for the middle, gray area of the RP.) Keith was beginning to blush. Whether he wanted to or not, she had gotten his attention. Though her latter sentence got him quite confused, what was going on here? "I apologize, things have been stressful for me since those two disappeared. We really need them right now, as you may have heard, the Black Knight has returned."Seeing Lilith's frustrations, Lloyd assisted the pregnant paladin with her leather armor. He wondered how she wore even leather armor with her body type. Was it not tight on her? Many times she told him she felt comfortable in it, and she did look good in it, even flattering her chest in his opinion. "Lilith, is that you? Lumina's light...what happened to you?""An idol did it?"Lloyd could already feel the stares coming from the two women. The stare that usually meant he said something really stupid. Well, something really stupid yet again. "What, it could happen..."--------------- Eric blinked, did Lloyd just, obliviously foreshadow things, without knowing?

(Yeah but that happens to the best of RPs. ^^ And I love your foreshadowing bit you just did there. blaugh ) Rolling her eyes at Lloyd and playfully pushing him aside, Lilith stepped fully into the light so Keith could see her clearly. "Aye its me. Well me plus one..." She answered nodding to her swollen middle. "Upon completion of our mission we took leave to recover from our injuries. During that time we got to know each other a little better and one thing led to another..." She left her sentence with the cliffhanger ending and allowed Keith's imagination to fill in the rest. ---------------------------- "That mans smarter than they give him credit...." Roxanne commented with a grin.

(Thank you, gotta add references somehow!) Lloyd held up Roxanne and looked at her. "Least you believe me, don't you, Roxxy?" He said before making silly faces to the small child. "No kidding...you're..." "Say it and her foot will go so far up her a** you'll be wondering how it even got there for days." Warned Lloyd to Keith, he was speaking from experience there. "Okay Scarlett, I think you're done there with your stellar performance."--------------- Eric squeezed Roxanne's hand lightly. "Meh, it could be coincidence."

Roxanne giggles happily at Lloyd and pokes his nose. Sensing the danger had passed, Eclipse trotted over to sit beside the blood knight. One if not all three heads remained wary of the newcomer, watching his every move. "Good, I'm going back to bed..." Scarlett replied, standing from Keith's lap. "Put Roxanne in her crib when you're done..." She adds with a yawn as she disappeared into the darkness of her room. Smiling at Lloyd's defense of her, Lilith nods in answer to Keith's unspoken question. "Indeed I am. Now whats all this about another blood knight? I personally kill... err... disposed of the last one." Lilith stated, failing to cover her stumble. ----------------------------------------------- "No way there could be this much coincidence in one book..." Roxanne countered. "There is something deeper to this journal that we're both overlooking. I mean how many of those are likely to be roaming the countryside?" The warlock nods towards the slumbering hellhound at their feet.

(That's quite a look you have there.) Keith frowned some as she left. Despite the charades, he really did wish she stayed, as herself this time. "Well you may have done it personally, but not properly, Lilith. He claims to be the same, returned from the afterlife. He's slaughtering villages a day if a paladin doesn't confront him."
--------------- "And not be injured or slain? Very, very rare." He answered his warlock companion. She was certainly not wrong in her thinking at all. This Cerberus that seemed to have affections for him and her came out of nowhere, drawn to them. He looked to the book, realizing there was far less than he had expected there to be. "This book, we're nearing it's end already. I, I think we really should finish it here and now."

(Thank you. ^^ I didn't have a whole lot that could go with the hood so I just pieced together what I had.) "Is he making any demands or just mindlessly slaying all he comes across?" Lilith asks, looking at Lloyd for help with the situation. Despite the months they'd spent together here, the couple had spend little to no time questioning each other of their pasts leaving Lilith very much in the dark about the Blood Knight and its ways. Had the demon given up harassing them here and decided it better to impersonate Lloyd? ------------------------------------------ Roxanne nodded in agreement. She had nothing against pulling an all nighter, the story was just getting good. Besides dawn was still a couple hours away at least.

"More like methodical killing. He waits in Blood Valley for Lumina Knights to face him. He'll wait nine days before his patience runs out and leaves his post to go slaughtering the innocent." Keith reexplains to Lilith. His head lowered some in defeat. Things were beginning to look dire for the Lumina Knights. Not one of their own were able to match the Blood Knight's power. "He's looking to settle the score with you, but you're in no shape to fight."Lloyd began to think about this. Would it be possible for the Lumina Knights to hold out for a bit longer? He could always try his hand to fight alone, but knowing Lilith she'd have his head the moment she caught up with him. He turned to the Roxanne for advice. "What you think I should do?"

Surprisingly enough the toddler answered with impressive clarity. Raising her arms (as if cheering in victory) she babbled something that sounded close to the word "fight". "I can still fight with reasonable skill..." Lilith countered, crossing her arms atop her belly in defiance. "It will take us at least five days to return to the Blood Valley, three if we push our horses." Lilith added, slowly pacing back and forth now.
