The ghoul who'd come before her seemed to have a rough time of it. Freya hoped that didn't bode ill of the temperment of the birds right now, as she came to see if Balthazar wanted to play. Sure enough, her favorite bird was out of his cage, but it was yet to be determined if he was going to favor her with his presence or not.
She held her arm out, as usual, and whistled to the phoenix. The exotic bird fluttered down from the tree, and landed gently on her arm.

"Such a sweet thing." Freya coo'd, enamored with the phoenix hatchling. He puffed up proudly, quite happy with how much attention and favoritism she seemd to give him. But of course, the point of the game was to put him back in his cage, so she looked for the proper one.
The tiny one was not it, she was certain as usual.

But then came the hard part; choosing between the two cages that were almost the same size. She never seemed to get it right, which made her think she should choose one, and then go with the other.
So she did.
"Aha!" She put the bird back in it's correct cage, and closed the gate.

Freya tapped on each of the cages, giving each bird a gentle hello, before finally leaving them to go collect her prize. This particular booth was one of the ones that gave her a strange sense of calm - it was the birds, she assured herself. They always had that affect on her. kurotomato dear sweet god it was one off from the consolation prize D< I can't trade my token win for a sticker, can I? christ did I ask this already? I'm sorry if I did, it's all starting to run together around here XD

Oops. One of Sparrow's birds (here's lookin' at you, Balthazar...) seems to have gotten free, and in the process knocked over a whole bunch of stuff! Crap!
Maybe you could help pick it up? Who knows, Sparrow might let you keep it...

It had to be her favorite! She should have known she would love the troublemaker the most. When Freya returned to Sparrow's booth, the place was a mess, and she knew just who to blame. The first thing Freya started to put away were the shirts. They felt so nice. She kind of missed the one she'd been wearing earlier, but it had a new home now, a new.. glittery.. home. Mayaa came back to see if she could find Balty again. Out of all the bird, he was her favourite~
Though when she got to the booth, she noticed... everything was a mess.
"Did... Balty do this?"
Maybe he threw a temper tantrum for always being stuck in the cage. She wouldn't blame him if he did.
Mayaa sighed, and bent down to help pick up some of the stuff knocked over.

Oh wow, it REALLY was a mess here.
It probably didn't help that she just picked the stuff up off the ground and plopped it on the booth, creating an equally-abysmal mess.
