What could Hel possibly learn to walk away from because of this field trip? An off switch would be nice. She was sorely lacking that at the moment. The reaper tensed as Eris’ body started to shift color, and then grow in size. She gritted her teeth and crouched into a defensive stance as the horsewoman grew more until she started to fill the hall, and the wall of fire that suddenly came at them? Well, Hel had no logical approach to try and counter that, so she threw her arms over to protect her face at least, though the only thing that rushed past her was hot air. Hel’s arms lowered as she stared at the two exiting Horsemen, and as Invictus issued her a challenge well, she simply gave a firm nod. It’d be cowardly to turn away from that…even if Hel was pretty sure it was going to be terribly one sided. The ghoul let out a huff, her shoulders slumping briefly as she took a moment to mull over these past few minutes and exchange of words before the ticking sound caught her attention as well. She looked around, trying to see if she could locate the source, but she was along the same lines as Riyo. Get these blocks moved and get out of here…that ticking noise…kind of reminded her of a clock…was that a reminder for time was running out…? With this in mind, the ghoul went over to help the cat demoness push the blue block.  And then well, hopefully this would be right too…Hel went and pushed the red block next, and once she had help, moved it into the hole on the left.

Mitsu offered Mot back his hat. With a relieved smile, he took it up, placing it back on his head. Instantly he felt a wave of protection overwhelm him, like his hat blocked out all the bad things in the world.
Of course, he didn't miss the Big Brother comment. He didn't mind ether. It felt right. Not like when Lizzy said it, then it just felt like he lost some kind of battle.
"Yeah, I heard it too." Mot replied, tilting his head as he listened for the ticking again. "I really hope we're not on some kind of timer.." If they failed, did the room explode?

The ticking was getting progressively louder....and somewhere in the room, there was a click like a door unlocking.

As the cat and valkyrie pushed blocks around, Shun stood by, watching. He moved over by the blue block, ready to reset it if needed. His eyes narrowed as the ticking noise grew louder. It was a bit of a foreboding noise, though he managed to pick up on what sounded like an unlocked door as well.
"We best get out of here soon I believe," he murmured while looking around to see where the door might be.

Okay…good…the house didn’t drop anything else on them after they pushed the red block into the pit. Hel shifted, agitated as the ticking sound grew louder, but the click of what sounded like an unlocked door rang loud and clear. So they didn’t have to push the last block in? That was good…she had no idea how they could, anyways. The valkyrie’s head swiveled this way and that, and soon she started to run up and down along the walls, trying to find this mysterious unlocked door.

The ticking noise was making her antsy. It was like the build up to something terrible. Somehow it reminded her of a game she had seen as a child. What was it? Purrfection? She remembered you had to fit pieces in specific places but there was a time limit. Always the ticking away and at the end there would be a loud cat shriek and the pieces would pop and go everywhere. Mitsu always hated it, the anticipation of knowing how it was going to end and scrambling with the pieces trying to make it stop only to fail. It was quite possibly where the lycan had started to dislike cats.
"Where is that noise coming from anyway?" She started to look around trying to find the source but another noise, not a tick but a click caught her attention. Now where had that come from?

The was a switch. It was labeled:
'YES' and 'YES'
It was stuck in the middle, both sides unlit.

The reaper paused as she suddenly came across a switch on the wall and her brows furrowed. Jack damn it. Yes and yes? This wasn’t helpful at all! “…OI!” She cried out. “Come here!” Hel beckoned her team mates over, shifting from foot to foot in agitation as she stared at the switch.
“…What now?”

Hearing Hel call to them, Shun made his way over towards the female Reaper, pausing as he saw the switch. Well.. that was an incredibly unhelpful thing.
"We pick a direction. I say left."

Turning in Hel's direction as she called out to them, Mitsu's brows furrowed as she made her way to the winged reaper. Curiously her eyes settled on the switch with their options. What....the....jack.
".....I would have to choose yes." Mitsu's tone bordered on being a little snarky. This house was making her crack. Her usual calm, meek demeanor had taken a vacation and instead she was getting a little twitchy. It didn't help that in the back of her mind lingered the thought that Hunters could show up at any moment without warning. Easy to say it made focusing on the task at hand a little difficult.

Heading over towards the panel, Riyo looked over Hel's shoulder at the switch. "Um." The ghoul started, scratching the back of her head.
"... I'm usually all for deduction and s**t... But I think for this we should just pick a damn direction and deal with whatever happens. So sure. Left."

Mot hung in the back of the group, because apparently that was now how he rolled. "Uuuuuh yes." Yes to whatever, really. "I'm with Riyo on this one." Making a logical choice just didn't apply here.

Hel’s gaze swept over her team mates briefly, a brow raised, scrutinizing them. Woah wait…did Mitsu just get snarky? The reaper’s lips twitched as they seemed to stumble onto the agreement of pulling the switch to the left and well, Hel wasn’t in a mind set to try and use logic and reason either. “ Bah, alright.” She just hoped this would be correct. The reaper reached out and flipped the switch to the left, and waited, tensing.

As Mitsu said something fairly uncharacteristic of her, Shun looked over at the wolf girl, raising a brow. He had to wonder what that comment was all about.
"Relax," he murmured quietly before looking as Hel went ahead to flip the switch. His eyes flitted around the room, looking for any signs of change.
