The captain couldn't bring himself to look Saberie in the eye as she spoke to him. A cyclone of emotions swelled in his mind. Was Ace really there? Was his spirit watching him, encouraging him to keep going? Or was Luffy just having illusions, spurred by his growing anxiety for his captured crew and by the strange lights on the cave walls?
He was tempted to mutter, "It's nothing," but lying just wasn't in Luffy's code. He was terrible at it, for one. Anyway, there was no sense pretending nothing happened after Saberie already witnessed his outburst.
"I saw Ace," Luffy said, staring at the dark horizon of the cave. "I'm not sure why I ran. I know he's not alive. It's just that... sometimes you get a mysterious spark of hope in your heart. That's what I had."
The rubber captain shook his head and used one hand to grab at his black hair. "I'll get over it," he insisted, meeting Saberie's eyes. "I'm sure it won't happen again, don't worry about me.."

Hadlar looked at Luffy as he walked into the distance, away from the group, about to speak up telling him it wasn't safe to wonder off he hears him mention Ace, a moment of sympathy passes through the cold blooded lizardman, as he turns to the skeletal musician "Go ahead, play him something lift his spirits back up, just be careful incase it draws the cawchaps in again." He says, crossing his leathery arms across his chest, his thoughts shifting over to finding his own brother so that the same fate would not fall to him, that was if he was still alive. "We had better get moving while you play though."
Skarner and his group stood idly by as Luffy's crew attempted to console their captain during his moment of sorrow

"Lacking in nostalgia it may be, though a necessary sacrifice as moving the poneglyph from it's.. new location, is far more trouble then I would care to go through for a simple translation." He states as he takes a drink, holding the glass in the palm of his hand, the thin glass stand resting between his index and ring finger.
"Short but sweet it would seem, the conformation provided by your translation of the glyphs confirms their function." He says as he takes the papers from her, tucking them back inside the jacket of his suit. "The information the translation contained was all I needed, you see, I have additional information regarding their locations, this information was procured from Ohara many years ago. I personally own several volumes of translated texts, the last remaining fragments of your home I'm afraid. Their pages reveal locations of several of the Refractors, as well as the location of a small poneglyph site which had yet to be translated. Sadly the island's downfall made my work somewhat more difficult, however over the years I have located not one but two refractors, currently your captain is obtaining the second of them as we speak, in return, I release you and your fellow crew members."
He pauses for a moment taking a final drink from his glass and setting it on the kart which had been wheeled in earlier " As miniscule as the translation may have been, I still appreciate your cooperation." he said, standing in front of Robin he turns to look at one of the men who was in the room with them
"Raise anchor, we will prepare to head back to Isla Saurna immediately"
"Pardon my asking sir, but we have yet to hear back from the mercenary, Skarner, or any of his accomplices. How do we know if they recovered the refractor?" the man asks Sigrin.
"Monkey D. Luffy will not fail, especially with the stakes as they are, he has a astounding habit of pulling through the most difficult situations, now as I said, raise anchor."
Sigrin then turns to look at the second man who had escorted him into the room upon his arrival "Relay a message to the other holding locations, tell them to begin transporting the Straw Hat Pirates to the Coliseum."

"Oh..." Saberie couldn't read people as well as most could, but she could still tell that Luffy was still very upset, and that she should worry about him, despite his rebuff to not worry about him. "C'mon, let's just get out of here as soon as we can."

Gingerly did Brook rest his bow over his violin's strings, allowing the melody that poured from it to be quiet though soothing. Something to comfort an aching soul. These two years that passed by were unforgiving on his captain. The softness of the song hopefully wouldn't attract the attention of any cawchaps, though it surely beat the cold unwelcoming silence which lingered in these caves. "Come on, Saberie-san, Luffy-san. Just a bit further and all will be well." He assured them both, aware that he lacked much flesh to really pass on the comforting smile he'd intended on giving them.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Bitter is the taste of deceit, however so common has it been practiced that no longer did Robin truly react to its presence. "If I may, Sigrin-san..." She began, quite certain that soon she'd be in far more aggravating a situation. "You said your Ohara archives held notes regarding untouched poneglyphs." There was a bit of hurt in knowing that the information of her precious home had been stolen away and kept here, however now was no time to show herself resistant.
Afterall, she could only assume that whatever coliseum she'd be transported into, the treatment there would hardly be anywhere as pleasant as it had been here.

At the sound of Brook's soothing tune, Luffy's eyes regained a flash of their usual happiness. "Oi..thanks, Brook," he replied, turning back to look at the musician and shoot him a grateful smile.
As the group continued walking, Luffy matched his steps with Brook and Saberie's, not wanting to take off on his own in spite of his eagerness to finish the quest. He was comforted by Brook's music, but even more so by the fact that his friends were right there with him.

Even though Sanji could not fully fill the pain that Luffy has after losing Ace, he could tell that it was tremendous. Sanji followed behind the group, hands in his pant's pockets and listened to the soft music coming from Brook's violin. It seemed to have a calming effect on the entire group.

Andell broke out in a big smile, nothing was new about that however he started swaying to the music which brook was playing, with the use of soru he appeared in front of Skarner and grabbed both his hands and tried to waltz in an attempt to annoy the gunslinger.
Skarner quickly pulled back and punched the green haired kid on the side of the head "Andell knock it off you psoichopath!"
Andell fell to the ground laughing, though his hands where covering the area where Skarner had hit him "Hahahahaahowowow"
The side of Hadlar's reptilian maw curled into a slight smile, as usual it was a little of an unsettling sight given as it revealed his sharp teeth, Hadlar couldn't help but feel a little envy in the fact that Luffy had so many friends there for him in his time of need, although that feeling was greatly over powered by the sight of seeing him bounce back to being happy so quickly.
All of this was short lived as from within the cave a stirring began to rise, the cawchap where starting to make noise, thought it didn't seem to be drawing at any rate other then the speed which the group was walking in that direction. "Do you all hear that?" He asked in a somewhat whispered tone "It seems like they're waiting wherever they are, we must almost be there!" he quietly exclaimed, looking around to see if there where any cawchap in the immediate area.

"Indeed" he responds, "They hold note of several dozen Poneglyphs which have yet to be translated. Minus, of course, the one you have just read for me.
The ship begins to rock slightly, as the anchor was raised and the ship began to travel back towards the island. "Now, why is it you ask me this Nico Robin?"

Saberie rolled her eyes at Andell's antics. Human children were quite annoying. The music, however, calmed her nerves a bit, and she refrained from barking at the kid.
Short lived, indeed. Saberie crouched down on all fours, her long, elf like ears twitching up and down, listening to the noise as she let out a low intimidating growl.

((I'm really sorry, but I fear I'm gonna have to drop off from the roleplay definitively. I thought I'd be able to successfully juggle everything together; college, work, commissions, and roleplays. Apparently I took a bite larger than I can handle and forum roleplays just aren't an option for me any longer.
I really love you guys and I'm ever sorry that I can't be a part of this anymore. I'll keep in touch still whenever I can.

Those two are essential for a proper One Piece RP, so our thread is really lacking. YOU not posting has not stopped the guild at all. Our lack of characters has brought the guild down, as well as people like us who are too busy to make weekly replies. So, if you do leave us permanently, know that it is not you. It has never been you causing a problem. So if you leave, there will be no solution. Please consider staying and just dropping by whenever you have a minute. However, if you want to leave because it has started to bore you or something else about it bugs you, that is another matter altogether and if that is the case, of course you are free to take off. But as of right now, your reason for leaving us isn't exactly valid. I don't post much, either. I'm saying all this because I care. We always have so much fun with you. We missed you a lot when you left a while back, and then you only just recently announced your return. Just to leave us again? It's a bit strange. :< ))
