History: Zidane remembers nothing of his home before he came to his life in Kledies. His earliest memory was a blue light before he woke up in an alley of the city. As a boy of 7, he wandered the back roads as an orphan. Taking up thievery to keep himself alive in the city. When he was 13 he was discovered by a Legionnaire and given a home.
Zidane was raised by the Legion, but never gave up his thievery. He never used it for ill purposes, but only to help others- along with a few pranks. In the Legion he soon met another thief, Mizu. Whom he has helped to take under his wing.

OKAAAYYYY~!!
1) Because his "Steal" ability is granted by his Thief Gloves (an item) you don't have to give it an Ability Slot. This gives you have extra ability slot biggrin DD!! You can use it to add another ability, or to upgrade an existing one ^^.
2) Could you add some numbers to the Steal ability? Just identify a success rate xD. It'd be low, for now. You can increase its chances by giving it to a Moogle to upgrade it ^^. Check the Info thread on how upgrades work, if you don't remember Ou<.
3) Free Energy: when you say "fire explosions", does that mean that the damage dealt has added fire damage? Or are they just explosions?
4) Shift Break: when the vortex surrounds all enemies, does that mean that it'll surround each of them individually, or only surround a group of them? As it is a vortex of wind, does it add wind-damage to physical damage?
5) Detect: what kinda traps are we talkin' about?
6) Sacrifice: seems a bit powerful for a level 1 spell. Maybe it could restore a fraction, as opposed to the majority, of the health and energy of his allies?
Yes, I'm picky and pedantic and want to know everything x33. Feel free to be as detailed as necessary!

Okay following changes were made:
1. Added Soul Blade in place of steal.
2. Added percent to rate of steal.
3. Changed wording so it is just explosions.
4. Also changed wording so that it has a limit to the group of enemies attacked along with what type of damage it does.
5. Removed Detect and added Protect Girls in its place. Cause well it is Zidane, he protects the cute ones.
6. I didn't change any of the wording of Sacrifice. Cause that is the type of skill it is. I really don't see how it is unreasonable for someone who sacrifices themselves, to the point the are KO'd. He gives his own health to the others in his group. And the fact that I know it can be extremely powerful is the reason I put a limit that he could only use it once during a fight, though I really doubt he would use it again if he is KO'd for the rest of the fight.

History:Richard's family was originally from Kleides. However, due to his father being a scholar, they traveled often. It was on the world of Edo, a very oriental world. It was here that Richard learned to fight.(hence the very samurai nature of his clothing and weapons) His father, obsessed with understanding both the light and darkness, had traveled to Edo to understand the latter better since it had been right on edge of the Safe Zone at the time. One day, his father disappeared without a trace. Not long after, The Minions of the Sorceress came and destroyed Edo, killing his mother and brother in the process. Richard managed to escape on a ship and ended up on Kleides. There he joined the Legion of Lightbearers to fight against the evil that had taken his family from him. One day, he found Mizu on the streets and got her to join the Legion as his apprentice. Now he does his best to fulfill his missions, and trying to keep Mizu out of trouble.

OKAY biggrin DD!! Just two things:
1) His katanas; can they -cast- magic of their element, or do they add their respective affinity (fire-damage and lightning-damage) to any strikes dealt? Sorry, I just like to keep things crystal clear XDDD.
2) Third Eye really bothers me, since it allows for GMing and can make him nigh-on impossible to hit. Unless you alter it otherwise, I'm going to have to deny it completely.

Zidane's profile looks good. mrgreen The only problems I can see are with Soul Blade and Sacrifice.
Soul Blade should have a lower percent chance to cause Poison, Paralyze, or Confuse. 25%, I'd say, sounds more reasonable for a one-slot ability. This is assuming that which status is gives is entirely random, though. Like, Zidane couldn't choose which status to try.
Sacrifice seems powerful. I can see it restoring one ally, but not all of them. Also, it wouldn't work on an ally that's already KO'ed.

The middle child of a well respected Paladin, Zeiq’s idealistic life was shattered at a young age when a slip-up by his father led to a heartless invasion that left his mother dead, brother crippled, face mutilated by a stray fire spell and family’s reputation in tatters. In an effort to restore the family name, his father left the planet to search for a way to bring an end to the Heartless and the Sorceress who led them. He was never heard from again. Cast to the fringes of society, Zeiq was left to pick up the pieces of his life and restore his family’s reputation. Never a very good athlete or warrior, he dove into magical studies to an obsessive degree, to the point where he only interacted with his teachers and his brother on a meaningful level. His obsession paid off in the end, as he became recognized for his magical talent and prowess with offensive spells. Assigned to perform research on the ancient warding spell ‘reflect’ by Camelot’s ruling council, Zeiq leapt into his research reluctantly; due to his poor abilities with the reflect spell, he suspected that the Council was deliberately trying to tear him down via an impossible test. This test came to an end more quickly then he thought, as his world once again came under assault by the heartless, with his brother trapped at the front lines. Vowing that he wouldn’t lose anything or anyone else to the beasts, Zeiq raced to the conflict, only to find himself quickly overwhelmed by heartless and half dead with his brother right beside him Just as the heartless mobbed the two in an attempt to finish them off, light poured out of Zeiq’s being and shaped itself into the Keyblade of Light. Overcoming the initial shock of what had happened, Zeiq managed to use the Keyblade and his newly powered reflect spell to keep the Heartless at bay until they were rescued by the city guard. Upon his recovery, Zeiq was once again brought before the council where they informed him that due to his status as a Keyblade wielder, his very presence on the world was dangerous. They would keep his brother safe and he would be allowed to visit whenever he wished, but he would be better off relocating to Kleides and joining up with the Legion of Lightbearers. Packing his things and promising his brother that he would return, Zeiq got on the next transport to Kleides, the only sure part of his future being that he would have to transfer ships at the Olympus Coliseum.

Potion Mastery- Due to his summon Magic Pot, potions that Matt uses will have an increased effect on him.

Megalixir - Protect and Shell status. Pot Lid - Matt has an increased resistance to magic due to the nature of his summon (Magic Resistance +1). Limit Breaks:
Level 1: Lifebreak - Matt's weapon glows until it next connects with its target, whereupon it will deal damage to the target equal to how much Matt has received. Level 2: Angel Whisper - Matt rejuvenates an ally to full health, even if they were knocked out. Level 3: Bad Breath - Matt exhales a noxious cloud from his mouth, which has a chance to inflict Poison, Silence, Blind, Confusion, and Sleep (calculate for each). Level 4: Force Field - Nullifies all magical attacks of one element at random. Level 5: Mighty Guard - Matt grants the Protect and Shell statuses on himself and all his allies. Level 6: Death Claw - Matt's weapon dissipates and talons appear on his hands. While in this state, Matt's attacks have a low chance to send his target into critical status and paralyze them. Level 7: Grand Delta - Matt opens a vortex that causes a great deal of non-elemental damage to all enemies. Drive Form(s):

Personality: Matt is a very jovial fellow, and tries to keep a smile on his face and his friends'. He also considers himself a bit of a scholar and will impart knowledge whenever he can. He cares deeply about his close friends, and does whatever he can to keep them happy. Flaws: Matt has an inferiority complex, and always assumes he does worse than others. He is also dependent on his friends and may crack if forced to be alone for too long. Given the chance he'll try to keep things the same rather than face change. Bio: Through most of his school years he was usually made fun of by his peers for his size, but had some good friends that helped him get through. He usually spent his time playing video games or reading books, rather than interacting with others. He also took well to his school work, and found that he actually began to enjoy learning about new things.
Matt developed a very numbers-oriented way of thinking, as Math and Business were the courses he excelled in. After graduating from high school, he left his home town behind to attend a college for Accounting courses. It was there that he was studying, when the world fell apart.Summon: Magic Pot Summon Appearance: Magic Pot is a small purple imp with a red top knot that lives inside a golden pot covered with images of eyes. Summon Personality: Magic Pot is very greedy when it comes to potions of all kinds, and is willing to help those that get some for him. He also likes to pull pranks when he has the chance. Summon Attack: Magic Pot appears next to Matt and immediately begins nattering at him for any kind of potion. After offering a potion, Magic Pot snatches it out of Matt's hands and ducks down into his pot. The pot then shrinks in size so that Matt can easily carry it. While Matt holds the pot, any magic cast at him will be absorbed into it. The number of spells that can be absorbed depends on the quality of potion that was offered. After absorbing all the spells it can, the pot will fire a burst of magic with all the properties of the absorbed spells.
