Mara giggled. "You are a strong big brother. That is why I am safe. You keep my safe Gouki." She said wrapping her arms aroudn his neck. "Even if this is my mamma with us, I still love you Gouki."

“I’m so glad you’re okay Mara…” Sakura looked at Mara from the bed where Fuu was sopping some sweat off her forehead. It seemed her amethyst hair was slightly damp as well as she laid there. She truly was sick.
“Your sister or friend is ill. I would suggest she rest here for awhile. I don’t know how long she’s been like this, but whatever happened to her had to have happened recently.”

"Thanks sis. I love you too." Gouki said smiling behind the mask. He found strength in the words Mara told him as he carried her to the bed Sakura was resting in. Gouki knew what happened to Sakura recently and wasn't sure if it was connected. The darkness might be trying to fight against the power of her headdress.
"We should get her in the tub. Maybe that will help keep her temperature down." Gouki said thinking more along the lines of mybe some fresh water would help flush out the darkness in her for a while.

Kyoji guided Ayaka into the room where they would be staying gave her a gentle, reassuring squeeze on the shoulder. Kyoji made sure that everyone was in and slid the door shut being careful to make sure that it was securely shut, still suspicious of the one who had scoped him out in the crowd earlier. He knew the feeling of a glance with intentions directed toward him. "So then... I am Kyoji Sahaku." He said with bow toward Gouki and Mara, introducing himself, wishing to break some of the ice between the two groups.

"Is there any way I may help?" Mara asked looking down at Sakura. "Thank you Sakura, I am sorry I ran off." She said blushing. "I didn't mean to scary you either."
Mara looked up, "Hello Kyoji-san, it is a pleasure to meet you!" She said reaching out to shake Kyoji's hand from her perch on Gouki's shoulder. "You are with my mother, does that mean that you are my father?" Mara asked tilting her head to the side.

Fuu thought over what Gouki said and agreed. “You might be right in taking her to something cooler than way she is now. Cho, may I get your help getting her into where the tub is? We should keep the men out of that area because I think it might be better to do this without her clothing. Also, little one you may help us. You know her better than us and she might appreciate her company. She’s asleep right now because of the fever.” Fuu smiled at Mara as she extended her hands to help Mara down so that she could possibly help Fuu with Sakura. “My name is Fuu, I am like the wind.”

"It is nice to meet you Fuu." Mara said taking Fuu's hand and hesitantly jumping to the ground to help Sakura.
Cho approached the bed. "Please tell me what to do." Cho said softly.

“I just need help carrying her to the area where the tub is. Mara would you mind making sure none of the men follow us? Little Ayaka can you get the water where it’s cool enough for her, but warm enough to keep her from getting too sick?” Fuu had some experience with fevers as she gently placed her hands upon Sakura and sitting Sakura up. She’d place Sakura’s arm over her shoulder while waiting for Cho to do the same so that they could carry Sakura into the room with the tub.

Ayaka looked up at Kyoji. She bowed to him, "I will be back when I am done." She said with a cute smile up at him. She skipped off into the bathroom to start the water running.
Cho nodded, she walked up to Sakura and helped to carefully lift her out of the bed. "I am ready to move when you are."
Mara stood by quietly, waiting for them to leave the room before she followed after them.

Fuu nodded as she’d help lead Cho with Sakura in arm towards the bathroom. She was glad the fever kept Sakura asleep while they did this. She was afraid the young woman would awaken while they did this, but she didn’t. She could feel how hot Sakura was and it worried her. “She really is burning up. I hope this works.” Once they were in the bathroom. “Okay Mara you come in now, close the door behind you, we’re undressing her now.” Fuu would begin to remove the sash that tied the kimono to Sakura’s sweat ridden body.

Mara closed the door after them. "Won't she be upset with us?" Mara asked joining them. She felt like what she was doing was wrong.
"No dear." Cho said smoothing Mara's hair. We are go ing to help her feel better."

“She’ll be better after this I’m sure. The cooling water should help reduce her fever. Cho help me lower her into the tub. I got her kimono off.” Fuu looked at Sakura. She was a beautiful girl, it was a shame she got sick so quickly. She didn’t take the headdress out of the hair leaving it right where it was ate to keep the hair out of Sakura’s face. “You did a good job you two, both you and Ayaka. Keeping the boys out for you little Mara and for you Ayaka getting the water just right.”

Cho helped lower Sakura into the water. "I hope this will help her." Cho said softly.
Ayaka giggled, "Thank you Fuu! I think the water feels nice too!" She said playfully splashing a little.
Mara smiled and fidgeted from side to side. She was nervous, with Sakura asleep, and three unfamiliar people, she missed Gouki.

“It should Cho.” Fuu smiled when she saw Ayaka play with the water a bit. Fuu supported Sakura to keep her from sinking beneath the water in the tub. “Mara would you like to hold her hand? I think she’s coming around.”
“Wh-where am I?” Sakura would have blushed at being the way she was before the others, but she couldn’t feel in her face cause of the fever. She felt only Fuu’s hands supporting her to keep her from sinking into the tub.

Mara approached Sakura's side. She grabbed a towel and draped it over the top of the tub to cover Sakura's body. "You're alright Sakura, we are trying to help you lose your fever." Mara said taking her hand.
