He looked at the sky for a moment, that seemed like a good idea. The question was, would they make it there and back again.
"That does sound like an idea," he admitted.
It wasn't that late in the day right?
"Would we be able to make it there and back again in time?" he inquired looking back down at her.
He caught a glimpse of Garrick trying to grab the flowers and seeing Hana looking at them as if she was questioning something. He had to chuckle at that.

Elnara looked at the sky thoughtfully. If they rushed they could ... but her grandmother and grandfather would be getting the inn ready for dinner, so it wouldn't be much of a visit ...
"No," she murmured softly. "I mean, we could ... but with them being so busy at this time of day ... and the twins need a nap before dinner or they're going to be very grumpy tonight ... I don't think it would work. Tomorrow perhaps?"
Then they would have the whole day after all to do all the visiting they wanted. No rush ... they could just relax and enjoy themselves.

Lore nodded, "We could make it a day trip then tomorrow."
Speaking of which he looked down at the twins.
"And if we are to give them a nap before dinner we should do so now, though I think Garrick and Hana are too interested with what's around them. Well, at elast Garrick wants to eat flowers again."

Elnara giggled. "I have to say, if one of them is going to be a troublemaker when they get a bit older my bets are on Garrick," she confided to Lore, slipping her hand out of his and heading over to pick up said troublemaker. "Once both of them are walking I don't know how I'll get through the days without you ..."
Garrick managed to grab half a petal as Elnara lifted him up, but she took it away from him before he could stuff it into his mouth.
Hana watched as her brother was picked up and she looked at Lore expectantly, holding one hand out to him. "Abah!"

Lore chuckled as he picked up Hana, in some ways Hana in her need to be held and like staying close reminded him of Skye a bit. Holding her close Lore turned to Elnara laughing a bit.
"I'll help you child proof the place, before they both get into everything."

"At least there's one room that's already childproofed," Elnara smiled, cuddling Garrick against her chest. "The nursery. If all else fails I can just let them run around in there while I take a nap on the floor or something. On the other hand, with so many other siblings I'm sure at least one of them will be able to help me out."
It was sometimes hard to remember that the other children could help out ... so many of them were gone so much of the time, and of course Storm and Starr were the only ones who still lived with her and Lore.

"You could... though I don't know who would be on the grounds.... then again the way the whole land had been arranged all the businesses are done on the grounds as well," Lore looked thoughtful.
He wished he could be more help, maybe if he did work in the morning and came home in the afternoon and also do work at home?

"I'm sure Starr would be happy to help," Elnara mused. "She's getting older, even if she's not growing yet ... and let's face it, Idhril's younger and already has a daughter of her own. There's really no reason not to let Starr help out ..."
She felt sorry for Starr. Storm had been growing distant lately, distant from everyone, and it was Starr who felt it the most. She was physically too young to have a business of her own, and besides school there wasn't much that she could do. Perhaps helping to take care of the twins would make her feel special again.

Lore wondered if that would be alright, he didn't see why not. Though he too had noted how Starr and Storm interacted, or lack there of actually. He looked thoughtful at this, he was going to have to take time out and have a talk wtih Storm, something was happening.
"That sounds like a fine idea," Lore replied ,"Both Storm and Starr have gotten to the point where there's little left in their education...."
To top it all off....

"Now if only they could decide what they want to do with themselves," Elnara smiled faintly. "Neither of them has any idea ... I know Starr likes to dabble in potions, but she's afraid of wandering into Cindy's territory there ... she doesn't want to make anyone else feel like she's taking over their hobbies."
She also wanted to do more with her magic, but Elnara knew that more than anything she wanted her brother back to how they had first been.

"I sort of understand that," Lore agreed, "Though I don't think anyone would mind."
After all from what he understood Cindy was now teaching and with the time difference, she might like teaching after she got back than making potions full time.
"After all didn't Cindy get that from your adoptive mother?"

"That's true," Elnara laughed, "but I think Starr's very self-conscious. Perhaps we should just sit down and talk with her."
Her smile faded slightly as they headed inside. "She's starting to seem as distant as Storm ... I don't know what's going on with either of them, but it's starting to worry me. Not only that but their lack of growth ..."
Idhril was younger than them, but older ...

"It happens sometimes," Lore admits, "That's the thing about stage growths, they are at times unpredable unfortunately."
He wondered if that was why the two were growing distant, he hoped not after all their aunt Cindy, the very person that Starr didn't want to take a hobby from had been from what he heard a child for far over a year. The oldest having several siblings adults while she was child.
"But if Cindy can turn out alright, then I'm sure they'll be fine, except they'll both probably need to be talked to."

"Maybe we should make that a priority when we get back home," Elnara suggested. "We've both been so busy lately ... you with work, me with Hana and Garrick ... and with all of the other children living out of the house, they could just feel lonely ..."
Or maybe it was something else ... Starr had said something about school, maybe that was it. After all, Elnara couldn't be with them at school anymore, now that she was no longer a healer there.

Lore nodded absently while deciding that he was going to arrange to do his work at home in the afternoon. Hopefully that would help more than what they had managed now.
"Yes, we should," he murmured as they headed back the way they came, "And I'll see about doing the research at least what I can do at home."
