I think they mean his creative mind, love. ^^ Well he never said that. And they want his brain not him. Which means they want his knowledge. Best way to get it without any problem would to have his brain in a robot and he doesn't control it.

Ph34r is hiding. I am close on finding him and yet I wont dare post where I believe he is. Rex van Kwaad and Kalibern are supposedly on his trail. We need to work hard and fast to find Ph34r and get him to safety while trying to stale or even stop this group from finding him.
