Seeing that Yuan didn't take Xeion's healing well, Rakey ran to Xeion's side. Yuan had already gotten up and opened a gargantua. Just as Rakey was going to say something, Yuan had already closed the gargantua, pursing her lips, she then opened her mouth and asked, "Xeion, Dousuru? (What will you do?)". Referring to the arrancars that had left for Karakura.

Rakey smiled to Xeion's reply, of course she knew what he was going to do, but she wanted to hear it for herself. As Xeion wobbled off, she could tell he was under unbearable pain. She walked over to him and lifted him up, of the ground. But then remembered something, "What's going to happen to Yuu-chan?" Rakey said as she pointed to the girl laying down, sleeping.

Xeion smiled when Rakey-chan helpd him up to his feet again. "Thank you," whispered Xeion, a small smile coming to his face. As they were about to take a step forward, Xeion heard a familiar voice from behind him, and as he looked over his shoulder, he saw Yuu-chan run to his side, finally awake after being asleep through the entire duration of the battle. Placing his hand on her head, Xeion ruffled her hair. It was painful for him to do that, but still, he needed to reassure Yuu-chan that he was okay. "Yes, I'm fine. Rakey-chan here helped me," said Xeion, gesturing over to the kind Arrancar lady who was helping him by carrying him to his feet. "No need to worry though, Yuu-chan. Onii-san is strong. He has to be if he wants to keep his promise of always staying by your side."

Xeion stopped ruffling her head when he noticed that his blood was getting on her beautiful blue hair. He was also thrown aback when Yuu-chan asked as to what she can do in order to help him out with this predicament. Looking into his little sister's innocent eyes, Xeion couldn't bear to tell her that she couldn't do anything for him in this situation and that she would only worry him more since she hadn't obtained her zanpakuto yet. The look in her eyes screamed out her desire to help him and that was enough to melt Xeion's heart.

"Yuu-chan, you want to help, right? Tell you what -- you know the little blue ball you created a while ago, right? If you can create a weapon out of that, I'll tell you how you can help," said Xeion, giving her a confident smile. He promised her that he would help her become a shinigami by first teaching her how to make her own zanpakuto. This moment was the culmination of that training. If Yuu-chan can create her zanpakuto from her reishi ball, it would mean that his promise to her would be complete. He wanted to at least finish training her since there was no guarantee he would even survive the next battle, given the state he was in.

Their celebration would prove to be short when a gigantic beam suddenly came out of nowhere and crashed into the mansion courtyard, destroying the fountain in the middle while leaving a giant crater in its place. This was merely a sign that the creature was growing impatient, and if the man still allowed himself to dilly-dally with idle chatter while he had more important things to deal with, the creature might just skip playing with its prey and simply destroy the man and the entire mansion along with him.

Xeion's happiness soon turned into a cold sense of fear when a giant ray of light shot out from the horizon and crashed into the central courtyard, destroying the fountain and leaving a large crater in its wake. Xeion stared at where the fountain used to be. If the monster wanted to, it could have easily destroyed the mansion in one, fell swoop. It was obvious to him by now that this was just to show its blatant distaste for Xeion and him relieving some stress from the previous battle by talking with his friend and little sister.

"How could I've been so foolish?" asked Xeion in his mind, gritting his teeth, realizing just how much danger he was putting his friends and loved ones in by simply not arriving to the appointed place on time. By procrastinating, Xeion was indirectly signing a death warrant with the the beast...and putting Rakey-chan and Yuu-chan in danger because of it. "We need to move now!"

Xeion, forgetting that he was being carried by Rakey-chan because he was too concerned on getting to the place on time so that the monster wouldn't have any more reason to fire something of that magnitude again, took a step forward without waiting for Rakey-chan to move. In effect, because of Xeion's weak muscles, he fell down to his knees, causing him more pain to the point that he was already crying slightly out of the intense pain he was feeling right now. But still, he held strong, but it was obvious that he really couldn't do it alone. It was a good thing that he had his friend, Rakey-chan, and his little sister, Yuu-chan, there to help him out.

[exits when Rakey-chan and Yuu-chan exits to Karakura Town]

Masato lays in the hot water of his bathtub and finishes off the bottle of wine. Half drunk he looks around himself and says, "Holly s**t .... I hope Ky has good homeowners insurance with all the noise that is coming from downstairs. Can't a guy just get some rest ... just 24 hours of rest. I'm outta here ..." Masato gets up out of the tub and gets dressed in some new clean cloths. Once done and happy with his appearance, he heads downstairs and for the front door. The damage to the mansion is unreal. Shaking his head he tells one of the servents to tell Ky that he's getting a room in town and that once this place is liveable again to let him know .... still half drunk, Masato walks out whats left of the front door.

Walking to the garage he looks at one of the drivers and says, "Well come on, get off your a** and drive me into town to find a place to stay." Masato get's into one of Ky's limo's and the driver takes off with Masato ....
