Master_Glink, because I doubt Decavolty can see through those lightning bolts, and one of his hands is stuck inside some kind of swirling vortex. All Glink has to do is to walk near him and his circular chain deflector barrier would do the rest for him.

Diana Godstone. With the Monkey King's staff she'd be able to deflect the flames and stuff and even when out of range she could attack because the pole exteneds.
