Techinally as off now my rc can be counted as a jounin because just beat a jounin

I'm pretty sure that is false...
Though it is true that you may have defeated one jounnin, you still need to take an exam (Like everybody else) to become a jounnin.

Look in the village it's in the park and yss you wil it's two ranks above you so you will proably go up one rank

My 2 cents on this matter.
While yes, from a content perspective, (aside from countless grammatical and spelling errors) you defeated him, he was more realistic.
He had been training for some time, exhausting much of his Chakra. I'm guessing that if he had brought up a power-play, he would have won.
If you had fought Kame after he was completely rested, it would have been a clinched victory from him (realistically).

Um dude it wasn't me even trying at all and he was completly readyto fight anyone he had all his chakra and I have about three fourth of mine

If I may Bullene, Kills, Kame was exhausted after only a couple of posts thus he did not have all of his chakra. You did beat him in the long run, but keep in mind he was not at full strength.
Along with my repetition of Bullene's post, I'd like to challenge to a fight. Not right now, but as soon as I get back from work. You are a gennin correct? If so then it should be a fair fight against my freshly created RPC. Do you accept my proposal?
