Her hands which had held his shook and then she dropped them and turned walking from him, she was heading down to the stables now.

Matachi nods his head to what she says knowing she needed this sides abit of time alone was always good. Matachi watches her leave before turning to black "Black shut up." he says to him before walking past him "I could care less what you think my children will be and black do you think thats appropriate at this time?." he says waving him to follow not mad at him just wanting to go somewhere

She knew she had given him little choice. She hated that to but what could she do. She went out towards the stables. She didn't have her sword on her just her garter of little knifes. Just one missing, Black still had that one. She braided her golden hair back and took a bigger broader horse out than her small bay she usually rides. She went through the forests at breakneck speed.

Black follows warily, but shakes his head. "The only problem we're having is Katherine right now and we're leaving her alone. I'm acting on my opinion as her advisor and her foster brother." Absentmindedly, he placed the bloody knife in his pack. He had a plan for it later. "Besides, what do you want me to follow you for?"

Katherine rode and rode until the horse had tired out, she felt breathless herself. She got down giveing the horse a break, she could have went on and on forever it felt like. Her legs didn't take and she sat on her knees. She looked down at her arms but didn't draw the knife. For some reason Matachi might sense it, which was a crazy thought but she couldn't bare to meet him in the eyes if she had. She was most of all full of nothing but shame.

"To give katherine breathing room." Matachi says "She will be ok." he says having complete trust in katherine just hope she doesn't dig some trouble up. He smiles softly. "Come on lets go get something to drink and calm our nerves." he says to black as they head down the hallway heading towards the kitchen.

"I don't need a drink." Black replied as he continued to follow Matachi through the hallway. "I just wish Katherine would stop doing this. She can't keep doing this or people won't respect her." He said honestly as to what he thought. "She has all this responsibility and she keeps leaving us to clean up the mess."

No mess she had made sure everything was taken care of for Asami. She had spared nothing and even given the temple her weight in gold. No the only mess she had left was her awful self. She sighed alittle leaning back aginst a tree, "What is wrong with me?" She said in a whisperd voice.

"All leaders need alone time black and I could careless what you think about us cleaning up messes because to be honest it keeps me occupied and I love her, so anything she wants me to do I'll do it. Sides we can both agree she does need some time alone." Matachi says as they walk into the kitchen, he walks over to a bottle of spring wine that has been chilled. He pours himself a glass.

"Yeah, though Katherine actually has people that keep her motivated to go on. What's keeping me alive? My alchemy?" He asked with an almost laugh.

Sekain was unsure of how to interact with Katherine, and watched Black and Matachi talk to her, after they all left he too went to shire, and began to ride out of the city, the shire was more powerful than her horse and they had caught up after a while. The heavy hoofs pulling upside Katherine as Sekain smiled and looked down at her from atop his shire, then held out a hand to help her mount the horse with him.

It was probally one of the most foolish things she had ever done but she had a feeling that he wasn't going to do anything dumb. She knew the horse she left behinde could find its way home. For now she needed him as she needed Aiden in the past. Someone else caught in the web.
