Dude, he didn't fix it, look at my post above you. It's bumping down old posts and the preview below the text box when you go to post doesn't even include old posts.

I figured out what the problem is. It posts below whatever post was on your screen. So if you click reply on that post then it posts before that post. The fix. No one reply to specific posts and everyone use the Post Reply button at the bottom of the page.
