Once he had ensured all of his equipment was prepared the Count took out his phone and checked in on the progress of the search for Joker's car. The location was being narrowed down but even with control over all the traffic cams he would have a few blocks to search. It was times like this that Edmond considered investing in tracking device arrows. Edmond put his phone back and looked at Rosie. "Time to go, your location, you lead."

The little girl frowned a bit and looked towards the opening of the alley. She took a few moments to inspect each building she could see, and her frown grew farther. She didn't recognize any of the buildings. She wasn't sure where to even begin moving towards. "Are... are we anywhere close to Crime Alley?" she asked, looking back at the Count.

When Rosie asked her question and looked at the Count he shook his head. "No, but I can get us there if that is where we need to go." Edmond claimed as he looked up at the sky. He came to realize that he would not be able to run along the rooftops like he normally would with Rosie. He would be struck to alleys like this for transportation around the city. The thought bummed him out a little, he liked the running.

"It's... it's the only starting place that I can navigate back home from." she replied, trying to slip back down off of the dumpster. "Mommy... Mommy usually teleports us around the city." she said as she slid down. As she hit the ground, she let out a small yelp as her injured leg. The Crime Doctor looked down at her, and moved to the side. "I'd try to keep off that leg for a while. Walk home if you must, but I'd be sure to keep that elevated and pampered for a bit." he said.

"Then I will get you to Crime Alley." The Count claimed before his phone buzzed. He took it out of his pocket and read the message that had been sent to him. This time it was not about anything regarding his nighttime activities. He ignored the message and put his phone back before looking at Rosie again who seemed to be in pain. When the Crime Doctor recommended Rosie stay off her leg he responded by asking Rosie "Do you think you can walk to crime alley and then your house or do you want me to carry you again?"

Cold Doubt And now the semester is over!!!! Angelica blinked twice at Jason declaration, and then mentally put her thinking cap on. Breathing a sigh before she responds, Firestar stares directly into Jason's eyes, "If you're looking for Penguin, he should be at his Lounge... considering I splashed down there before... Anyway, since I'm a known quantity at the moment... Do I need to go incognito or not -- to throw off Penguin's information network?"

Rosie looked down at her leg for a moment, then shifted her gaze towards the ground in front of her. ".....Can... can you carry me?" she asked. "There won't be anyone home when we get home, and I don't want to be too tired when I get home. Just... just in case something happens while I'm there alone." she said, looking back up at the Count. "I... I can walk once we get there. I just don't want to walk too much."

Edmond nodded to Rosie and picked her up bridal style. It was the easiest way at the moment and if something went wrong he could set her down easily. "I will carry you towards crime alley, if you see anything you recognize along the way tell me and I will adjust our course if I need to." Edmond explained before turning so Rosie could see the Crime Doctor. "Alright now thank the nice doctor and we will go."

Rosie looked towards the Crime Doctor and gave him the best smile she could manage. "Thank you..." she said. The Doctor returned her smile and gave her a little nod. "You're quite welcome. You just be sure to take it easy on that leg until it's healed up." he replied, then turned towards the Count. "I'm sure your friend will make sure you're all set at home before he leaves. Well hydrated and all that."

"I will make sure she is home. She can take care of well hydrated and everything else. The longer I wait the less likely it is I find her mother." The Count explained in a monotone. It wasn't completely true though. He couldn't find her mother until the search program on his phone narrowed down the area she could be within so technically he had nothing to do but get Rosie home until the program had completed itself.

The Crime Doctor gave him a small smile. "Very well then. Off you go. I'll clean up what bit of mess is here, and go about the rest of my day." he said, then looked back at Rosie. "And you, keep yourself safe. Hate to have another visit like this from you." he said.

Edmond nodded to the Crime Doctor and then began walking away. He made it down the alley and took a left. The streets were more or less empty right now so he didn't feel concern about hiding from anyone.

Rosie watched as they walked out of the Crime Doctor's alley up until she couldn't see the doctor any longer. She sighed lightly and turned her head around to pay attention to where they were going. She kept quiet and held her hands on her bandaged let, trying not to pay too much attention to what pain was still there. After a few moments of silence, she spoke up. Her voice gentle and a little nervous. "Thank you.... again. I'd be dead if you didn't come and help me..."

"Don't thank me. I only showed up because I thought you might have more information on the lab." The Count claimed as he walked. It was true if she hadn't been Rosie, he was unsure that he would have shown up. Gotham had crime everywhere and he could only stop so much of it. So when a kid and her mother get mugged, he doesn't really worry about it that much. However if he had seen the Joker on the video footage he would have shown up regardless of who was around. Edmond didn't like clowns anymore.

Jason originally had the idea that the two of them would just burst right into the Iceberg Lounge, kill any guards trying to stop him, and do his usual thing; making everyone pray that the maniac standing on a table with a massive gun doesn't point the barrel in their direction. That tactic hasn't failed him yet, however a key point in that tactic is that no one sees you coming... and having a popular, bright-haired woman on fire doesn't exactly fit that definition.
It seems he'd have to re-think that a little.
"Hmm.." he said to her suggestion. "For your sake, you should probably be a little incognito. And I bet I could 'stumble' across some sort of suit and tie on the way there" He smirked at the thought of trying something new for once.
