Okay I need a mod to answer this I'm un-sure of the answer. Can I apply for a bloodline? even though I've already started RPing, because technically most genin's don't unlock their bloodlines after being created in about a day. Is it okay?

I'm wanting Raiken Clan, non Tenkougan, plus I need to give this guild the updated form of the Raiken Clan, I like this guild to have a costant update of it seeing as it is the guild I use it the most in.

This statement is for HV but nobody will help me with this so Im asking here where people are more friendly:
Well Im trying to decide something, I am trying to decide on which bloodline I want, Hyouton Im god like with but the second stage techs here are different from SY and I dont really like them all that much. The Sharingan is a clan Ive always wanted to try but the limitations on copying here kinda irk me a little so Im not sure which would be better. Is there any good bloodline for a Katon and Raiton user ?
